Not my usual Krispy Kreme go-to, but I happen to be in the area and donuts were my share for a potluck. Drove up and when I saw the sign that said the lobby is closed and it's drive-thru only, I knew it was gonna a long minute before they get to me. 4 cars ahead. My initial thought was, "Augghh..." ... but boy was I mistaken. Even with the car ahead of me taking longer than everyone else ahead of him, I was still outta there with 3 dozen of their goodies in less than 10 minutes. And I couldn't be more happy to have arrived at the time I did - there were at least 6 cars behind me by the time I bailed. But I was confident staff will get to them a quickly as they did me. Original Glaze is my favorite. Fortunate to have fresh ones rolling down at noon at this location. It's a 5 min drive from the 405 exit. (4760 E Los Coyotes Diagonal Long) Vanilla latte w whip cream $4.19 is good: Order half sugar for less sweetness. Outside seating is nice but has no cover, so can get hot. This is a VERY clean store from other locations! It's definitely my new stop from others. The store smells very clean and situated in a safe neighborhood. The staff is super friendly, Nice and welcomed customers. This TEAM works hard to keep store tidy and clean. The workers I interacted with: Jane help with my order, Kahlina greeted me with a smile/treat, Max was very courteous/hard working. Although I didn't get everyone's name, during my visit and after helping customers order first, I watched every single member (~7) work as a TEAM to tidy/wipe down areas with smiles. This made the environment very nice and workers seem happy that their "HAPPY" feeling flows toward the customers when they visit. The management style of this store should be model for other locations!! I've been in many locations (states/cities) of this chain. The Customer service experience makes it hard to not visit again (and it's 1 hr drive)! Great JOB.. ABOVE and BEYOND performance for this ENTIRE TEAM. So my son loves chocolate iced with whipped cream filling and my daughter got the holiday independence day chocolate donut. Extremely disappointed. Ordered a dozen glazed donuts, I believe they were 9.99. Cashier asked asked me if I would like them assorted, I assumed it would only be a few bucks more. I said yes and told her no jelly filled donuts please. Reminiscent of a bear claw without Apple because of the cinnamon. 3.75/5 -Cinnamon milk glazed with cream cheese. I liked this better than the dulce de leche one. 3.5/5 -Cinnamon milk glazed with dulce de leche. Way too sweet. 3/5 The cereal is pretty stale on top lol. This is the best thing...being able to go through the fast drive-thru and pick up a dozen donuts for the office, family gatherings or parties, or for a group meeting!! It's a time-saver especially before heading out to drive through the traffic in the mornings. Who doesn't like Krispy Kreme? I always get great compliments and excitement from everyone when I get Krispy Kreme brand of donuts (rather than generic brands from a genéric shop) because who doesn't love them? I most especially love the glazed donuts there is nothing like it!! Krispy Kreme is not very common throughout Los Angeles, many people would have to drive far!! so if you bring them, you're doing them a favor! ;-) It's located off the Traffic Circle that is south of LONG BEACH Airport. If you're flying into LGB airport and never had a Krispy Kreme, why don't you try it for breakfast along with your Coffee on your vacation?? Just 2 miles south of the airport. I go through the drive through 4 or 5 times a week but only when the donuts are hot - they are so good. I went through a few minutes ago and I saw the donuts going around the cooker and I specifically asked for the hot ones - I don't eat them cold or microwaved. Dear Manager, please train your staff to be attentive to your waiting customers. The last five times I've been there you have a line of customers waiting with plenty of staff. Customers leave (I see it every time) because they don't want to wait. It's not right. You have the team members to assist paying customers but they are doing other tasks. I pre-ordered and paid online. I set pick up time to be at 8:45pm. Got here by 9 and they still didn't have it ready. My experience was terrible. Walking in, there was a line. Nowhere did it designate for "online pick orders." There were about 5 people in line. No one greeted any customers and didn't hear any thank you's either. I had to stop a worker and ask her where do I go to pick up my online order. She didn't even look at me and said "anywhere" and just kept walking. Seriously? I had my hubby wait in line, just in case. Then when a worker rang up a customer I went to him and once he was done with that customer, I politely had to stop him (as he was walking away, even though I know he saw me waiting) and asked him "I ordered online and want to know if it's ready." Not once did he look at me either and said "it's not ready yet." How did he know?! Not once did he ask for my name and I saw a few boxes on their shelf. My hubby's turn finally came and we asked again if our order was ready. We still had to wait about another 7 minutes for our order. No thank you, sorry for the wait, nada! They looked fully staffed but very unorganized!! Needless to say, will not be returning. No customer service skills what so ever!! I was late running last minute Birthday pick ups and arrived at 5:10 pm and my order was never put together. For St. Patty's Day (2020), I ordered some green, clover-decorated sugary rounds the night before for pick-up. Pick-up was fast and easy. Drive-thru is the way to go to keep "social distancing" in check. We were only a little disappointed that they ran out of three doughnuts I ordered. I screened the call from them because I didn't know their number. They left a nice voicemail about a half hour before I scheduled a pickup. I called right back and I just told them to add whatever they had in stock that I had previously ordered. I had ordered two of six different doughnuts. They didn't have any original filled, green original Kreme™. Bummer. And only one Chocolate Iced Green KREME™ Filled made it to our polka dotted box. What we ended up with: 1 x Chocolate Iced Green KREME™ Filled 3 x Chocolate Iced with Shamrock Sprinkles 3 Chocolate Iced Custard Filled 3 Strawberry Iced with Shamrock Sprinkles 2 Cake Batter My order for this custom assorted dozen came out to $12.99. Krispy Kreme fresh glazed donuts were advertised as being sold at the national average for gas prices per dozen for a limited time. That seemed to overwhelm this location. When I arrived there was a line of at least ten cars at the drive through. I decided to just walk in for the advertised deal, but there was a sign on the door that they had sold out of ALL donuts. That was only partly true, since it looked like they were still making donuts but maybe not as fast as the demand. On top of that, I was told it was a minimum of two dozen to get the price of $4.11per dozen. I think they were just saying that to discourage people from getting their deals. I had already driven the five plus miles to this spot and simply wanted a few donuts. I ended up getting 6 glazed, 2 each eclairs and sour scream old fashioned plus one New York cheesecake stuffed and strawberry jelly filled - almost $18 for them. The glazed were the best and still warm when I got home. I just felt the staff was really unfriendly and also upselling the deal because I didn't see that two dozen purchase required anywhere on the announcements. If I didn't enjoy the donuts at all I'd have given this location a lesser rating because of not great customer service. It may not have been the best time to get donuts with their inability to meet demand but that's really the test of a business staff: how it performs under pressure. read more
