Yummy ice-cream and great great service! They have lots of good and interesting flavors and I really like their London fog ice cream! It's a tiny place and here are no seatings inside or outside, so you def would need to take your ice-cream to go and stroll the streets. They have a few locations and I'm glad they have one on second street. Their merch are super cute also and I had to fight myself really hard not to get a tote bag, just because I have tons.
The line is worth it!!! Sorry Not Sorry has a line wrapped around outside even at like 9pm, but it's for good reason. They have a good variety of classic flavors as well as rotating seasonal flavors that are actually interesting. They use a really high quality cream that makes their ice cream extremely luscious. Paired with a heavy handed amount of mix-ins, this spot is a great stop for an after dinner sweet treat.I got the pistachio brittle off of their classics menu, and it wowed me. I almost bought a pint after finishing my scoop. It was loaded with pistachios and brittle and had a very fragrant and creamy base. None of their flavors are icy, not even the vegan ones that I've tried. Come brave the line, you won't regret it!

Otherwise, it was delicious. 2) Double stuffed cookies and cream (9.5/10) creamy and very delicious yet not overly sweet as compared to the Ube Honeycomb. Truly an up-leveled cookies and cream ice cream. Would get again TLDR: ice cream is creamy and yummy, just make the quick trip to enjoy their unique flavors
I got the snickerdoodle ice cream in a waffle cone in July and I'm still thinking about it. I swear it was the best vegan ice cream I've ever had! And I hope that flavor stays permanent! The service was also very helpful and friendly. The price for the size of the scoop was great and the store was very clean. It is in a busy area near packed residential streets so parking can be tricky. Can't wait to try the fall flavors!

My husband and I were in the area and we were excited to see Sorry Not Sorry. We were greeted right away upon entry. I like how we can sample before we choose what we want. I sampled the seasonal Blueberry Basil. I like how the taste was unique. You definitely taste the basil and get hints of blueberry. My husband didn't like it tho lol. My husband got another seasonal flavor - crunch PB&J and he enjoyed it. I love the different flavors they have here and I will definitely be back to try more!
This place is definitely popular for a reason. They opened up several months ago, and the hype hasn't died down! I've tried a few flavors here and there, and they were all delicious. The service is great, the employees are very helpful. It's a nice light, airy, open location by the ocean - highly recommend!
Lives up to the hype. Tons of gluten free options and 3-4 vegan options. Handmade cones and small batch ice cream = quality. Line can look long but it goes by quickly! Quick service. Cinnamon snickerdoodle (vegan) is great! Boyfriend loves their double stuffed cookies n cream and handmade cone.

This is the 2nd location we've tried of theirs, after also trying the Las Vegas Fremont St location last year in October while there for a soccer tournament. This location in Long Beach just opened up recently in April I read. You can't beat the sampler they have here, it's basically 4 full scoops of ice cream and you get to try 4 different flavors and share it, best of 4 worlds there. This day my wife got the guava cheese crisp flavor, my daughter a double scoop with Campfire s'mores & ube honeycomb. Honestly all 3 were excellent choices. I love how this spot comes up with their own unique flavors and also rotates them too. Highly recommend this quality product.
Got the double scoop with honey lavender and cookie butter again and it was just as good as always. I love how they sprinkle honeycomb on top. This is also the best cookie butter ice cream I've tried anywhere because it has the most bits and chunks of actual cookie butter in it :)
Can I give this place 6 stars!? We found this place while at a Yelp event literally across the street. We saw the line get big then small then big and once we saw it get small we paid our check and hurried across the street. I haven't had ice cream this good in years! The place is small inside but the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Do your sell a favor and get the waffle cone. We got the salted caramel I believe and we only got one since we just had dinner we both did not want to share lol. 11/10 recommend this place we will definitely be back
Amazing ice cream. I flipped a coin between the cookie butter swirl and the sea salt caramel and went with the precedent. Very good creamy flavoring and the texture of the cookie was awesome. Enjoyed it with a waffle cone. Will definitely have the sea salt next time!
What a delicious treat after having dinner off of 2nd street. Ice cream doesn't always agree with my tummy so I was happy to see they had a few vegan options made with oatmilk that would be easy on the tummy! The young lady who helped me was very nice and helped get my order and rang me up as well. I ordered the kids scoop of the cinnamon snickerdoodle cookie. It was delicious and the perfect amount! It was a little over $7 with tax which is a bit much for ice cream but it was very good!! The decor is cute and vey bright and welcoming. I'd definitely be back!
It is funny, sometimes in a particular category of food item, I can't help but compare everywhere else I go, to my gold standard for that item, somewhere nowhere near the place I'm comparing it to, not necessarily even in the same state, or even potentially in the US - but in this case, my absolute gold standard for craft ice cream, anywhere, even compared to the amazing gelato on almost every street corner in Florence when we were there a decade ago, is right here in Long Beach, namely, Long Beach Creamery. I'm spoiled having the downtown location so close to me, so less frequently try other ice cream shops in Long Beach - but a couple months ago, they were running a limited-time deal (not anymore) that shaved a couple dollars off a scoop when I happened to be nearby for another event, so I obviously had to stop in and try theirs. Like Long Beach Creamery, they have a wide array of interesting flavors, and you can tell they're all made fresh from scratch with. Like Long Beach Creamery, you can taste everything first if you wanted, which I pretty much did - they also definitely had more employees working on the consumer-facing side than LB Creamery ever has, meaning, while the line was quite long, and even though everyone obviously wanted to try everything, it moved *super* quickly. If I lived closer and thus came here more often, I would probably also like that a majority of their board is dedicated to flavors that are there year-round, and only a handful that rotate frequently, vs Long Beach Creamery's approach (the opposite of that), as everything I tried was super tasty, though being my first time there, that was obviously less relevant. It was definitely difficult choosing just one flavor (unlike LB Creamery, they charge slightly more for split single scoops, at 7 bucks compared to $6.25, which is totally reasonable, the coupon I had, was just for a "single scoop" specifically.) The base ice cream itself, I would say, is definitely as rich and as creamy as LB Creamery's, as perfectly balanced in sweetness, but just a bit *thicker*. Almost, but not quite, too thick, texture-wise, compared to LB Creamery. It definitely feels *dense*. I would also say, their definition of a single scoop is... pretty generous. Between those things, and with inflation the way it is, their prices are quite reasonable. I don't think I'd ever *want* a double scoop unless I were sharing with someone. LB Creamery might still be my absolute gold standard, but if I lived on this side of town and Long Beach Creamery were on the other side of town, instead of the reverse, I would definitely be happy to have a great craft ice cream shop near me, and if I were in the mood for ice cream while I was on this side of town, I would definitely consider stopping here, even without the discount. Entirely recommended. read more

An amazing little ice cream shop. They had some unique flavors of guava and cheese flavor, but they tried to mimic from 85°. I tried it. It is great. However, I ended up sticking with their mint and a chocolate mixture, and it was downright delicious. The service was amazing, super helpful and really, really nice being our first time there. I'm Definitely late to the game. The entire experience is so fun. There was a line (even at 9 at night) but it moved quickly...so don't let it derail you. The flavor selection is so unique...I'm ready to come back to try more!! Sooo creamy and rich and the flavors I had weren't overly sweet. Salted Pistachio brittle and black sesame cookies and cream. I never thought it would come to this, but it seems like the race to be the crown Jewel of ice cream in Long Beach has become a three-way battle. I'm still not quite decided whether it should be Handel's, Long Beach Creamery, or the newcomer, Sorry Not Sorry. Pando's ice cream wins when it comes to variety and the serving size, but more it's not necessarily better. The quality of ingredients are all comparable among the three, but I would say that Sorry Not Sorry has the most innovative and exotic flavors. Service is very personable, but it's more professional and less mom and pop like Long Beach Creamery. The decor is also more Instagram-worthy than the other two brands. Take advantage of the fact that this store is relatively new, and the line is not wrapped around the building yet. It's just a matter of time when throng of customers will overrun this place. read more
There's a new ice cream spot in town and locals are lining up down 2nd Street for a taste. We stopped by Sorry Not Sorry after a few beers at a nearby bar. It also happened to be their grand opening weekend, which included BOGO ice cream. My lucky day. I ended up ordering a single scoop of their hojicha tea and the matcha brownie. Very different menu items, but both were absolute perfection. A single scoop can easily feed one adult human. Their team does not skimp on the ice cream - you can barely fit the lid! I saved the matcha as a treat for a different day and was pleasantly surprised by how well it held up. Highly highly recommend this new ice cream hot spot. read more

I'm so happy they set up shop in Long Beach so I don't have to go to Cerritos. They took over the poke spot on the west end of 2nd St in Belmont Shore. I love the creative flavors. Sampling is allowed. Being open late is a plus. House-made waffle cones are available and get my thumbs up. There's no seating inside nor out but nobody is stopping you from taking your ice cream to the stools outside the burger joint, exit left. read more
Place is clean and bright. There's lots of postings of the menu and descriptions which is super helpful to ponder while waiting in line. The server was patient but I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted but wanted to try it first. It was super late so I was just into getting a cup. I definitely wanted to have 2 flavors for my first time there. I got the pistachio and the cookie butter swirl which is a great combo. Last decision was how big of scoops did I want? I tried to be sensible and just got a split. It's a good thing as it was plenty tasty, smooth, and delicious. The prices are reasonable. They also sell pints to go. I love chocolate and love rocky road but I was hesitant to try it vegan style. I chickened out to even get a sample. Maybe others will post and tell me how it is. read more
Stopped by the cutest little ice cream shop on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore @sorrynotsorrycreamery and it did not disappoint! I tried the S'mores and Honey Lavender flavors, and they were both absolutely delicious. The Honey Lavender was light and floral, while the S'mores tasted like a cozy campfire treat in every bite. read more
I love ice cream and tried to like this place. I came back three separate times to give it a fair review. 1st time: bumbleberry cheesecake - not a fan; overly sweet and felt like I was eating spoonfuls of jam. Tossed it in trash after a couple spoons. 2nd time: s'mores - did not taste like s'mores to me, barely even tasted like chocolate. Underwhelming. Also tossed into trash. 3rd time: OG Buttercake- literally tasted of sweetened cream cheese. I felt as though I could have frozen a stick of cream cheese and dipped it in sugar and got the same result. It's a cute spot for pictures and staff is friendly. I just don't think the ice cream is worth your time and money at all. It's not the worst ice cream, just not worth it IMO. I wouldn't ever buy again. read more
So excited to have Sorry Not Sorry just down the street! I have been driving tomCerritos for the past two years just to have their ice cream! So rich and creamy with very fun flavors, really concoctions! Today was their first day of business. Very happy to see it crowded already (that means it will stick around!). We came after dinner (saved some room). We tasted a few flavors before we ordered. So hard to choose and every flavor is soooo good! The staff was very nice and friendly. Add patient as two of our party of four were very undecided and one even ordered a split single (two flavors). The store smells so good as they are constantly baking waffle cones (reminds me of walking down main street at Disneyland). They probably should pipe it outside! My favorite flavor is Coffe & Donuts. The server suggestioned I try a new flavor, Vietnamese Coffee. She gave me a taste and I was sold! It's even Vegan! Nice texture and a deep coffee flavor. My husband had the Matchaberry. I tasted it and knew he woukd live it. Strawberry base, his favorite! My friend had the double chocolate and loved it! There are no tables inside or outside. This is the kind of place that you go for the experience. You stand in line with the huddled masses. You peer at the menu board to be ready to order the perfect flavor combination. You talk excitedly to each other as you actually make it inside the shop. Everyone is super polite holding the door for each other because for some reason they don't have a door stop. Finally it's your turn! You first politely ask for a sample of a flavor you would never order. Hm, you ponder, and then order what you had been planning all along. Payment is quick and you're out the door, as the people in line wistfully check out what you got. My recommendation - Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie in a cup because this ice cream melts fast! read more

Definitely not sorry I came here. Even the mildly lactose intolerant need to come prepared because this is the real thing!! Superb creaminess and texture, with really original flavors that are exactly on point. The coffee with doughnuts tasted exactly like a sip of coffee and bite of doughnut! And if you forgot to wear your stretchy pants, enjoy the smaller kids' cup portion. While the flavors I tried waxed too sweet for my dark & bitter palate and soul, I really enjoyed sampling the very high quality ice creams. And lots of time and encouragement will be offered to sample flavors until you've decided. read more

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was taking a lovely summer stroll on 2nd Street in Long Beach and stumbled upon this lovely place. The servers, Alicia and Julie were helpful, friendly, and fun! My vegan friend was thrilled she could have ice cream. She loved the cinnamon snickerdoodle ice cream. I enjoyed tasting the blueberry-basil and pineapple upside down cake ice cream. Such a great coffee shop with lots of flavors and very fast service! Opted for the honey lavender ice cream which was absolutely creamy and delicious. i love sorry not sorry! ive been the to cerritos location many times and so excited for a location to open up on 2nd. friendly staff. they offer samples. clean creamery! no seating inside tho. lots and lots of flavors to choose from. i ended up with cookie butter swirl and bumbleberry cheesecake crumble! yummmyyy!! their seasonal menu is rotating out next week to make room for their summer flavors. parking : metered street or paid parking lots or residential street parking read more
Staff is friendly. They explain what are the flavors in the ice cream. I got the flight. The scoops are small like kid scoops, 4 scoops with small waffle chips $15. Handles ice cream near the airport have bigger scoops for a lesser price. There is no where to sit so it's to go. Luckily I live nearby. One star off for the tiny scoops and 1 for no seating. read more
