We had a wonderful supper next door at the Eldo! An excellent experience once again. We told our waiter that we would be getting dessert next door at The Scoop because a person in our group is celebrating a birthday (The Scoop has the the same owners as The Eldo). Our exceptional waiter, Jake said to make sure to mention that a person in our group is celebrating their birthday. We walked over and when ordering we informed Scoop staff member that we had dinner next door and Jake said told us to point out that one person in our group is celebrating a birthday. We each got our ice cream and noticed our birthday member did not receive anything, not even a smile and happy birthday wish, nothing. Not that we expected anything free. It was just odd after the waiter had led us to believe there would be a surprise. It's a good thing our birthday individual was not a child! Just the same, it was still a let down. While the Ice cream was still good, this visit just was not delightful as it has been in the past.

The Scoop is owned and operated by the Eldo restaurant, which is located next door. It's on Studebaker and Spring and they specialize in serving cookies, thrifty ice cream, and other desserts. I came in to check it out after eating at the Eldo. I have to say that I do like Thrifty ice cream and their cookies are thicker than I'd prefer; however, their salted caramel cookies have the perfect texture and thickness, and I'd come back here for that cookie alone. If they discontinue the salted caramel cookie, then my review would come down by a star or two; however, the service was friendly!

The ice cream is amazing here (Thrifty's) and they have a great assortment of flavors. I tried the Eldo Royale cookie for the first time last night and it was INCREDIBLE. Chocolate chip coconut macadamia. Need I say more? Get your self over to the eldo and don't forget dessert at scoop! You can even order it while enjoying yourself or company at the eldo! Awesome.

We love this place and come here often. The cookies and brookies are soooooo good, don't sleep on those thinking that ice cream is only way to go. The brookie is basically a brownie and it's moist and rich. Our favorite cookie is the Eldonwhich as choc chips, coconut, nuts (basically everything). The cookies are big and filling and a solid value. All the staff here have been awesome. But Megan is our favorite scooper and is so nice to us every time. What you get for the price here is an amazing value. Highly recommend.

Quick and excellent service. I wish they had 10-15 min parking just for ice cream. Parking is tough since The Eldo restaurant is next door. Ice cream flavors changes but they're all Thrifty ice cream. & they give the biggest scoop ever!

I love coming here for the Thrifty's Ice Cream and cookies. Staff is always so nice. It's a cute set up inside and the main restaurant is next door. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but there is dedicated to go spots for "The Scoop"

Tiny shop next to the Eldo that serves Thrifty ice cream. Staff are patient and friendly. Prices seem to have increased recently as have most things but the scoops are HUGE and the cookies are a good size. I tried the Eldo Royale cookie which basically has a little of everything.

Yay thanks to Yelp I finally made it in here. For some reason I thought in order to get ice cream we had to visit eldo. I didn't know it was separate. Small spot but wow the scoops here are HUGE. So glad we made it in. Oh and it's thrifty's ice cream I think we found our new ice cream spot. Service here was great thanks Megan and Kirsten.

Been here several times but always ate what I got before I could snap a picture. We come here for ice cream on the weekends and we love it. There's a good variety of ice cream flavors, cookies, and almost too many toppings to choose from. My partner normally gets a scoop on a waffle cone and I order the Big Trev. It's an ice cream sandwich with ice cream in it. You can mix and match the cookies for the sandwich and mix and match your ice cream flavors as well. The girls working are awesome, super friendly and nice and it's just a cool little spot off the beaten path. Not where you would expect to find good ice cream. Will we be back? Of course!

After we stuffed ourselves at The Eldo, we came next store to The Scoop. You can't miss it, attached and store front stands out. Apparently this is where the pick-up orders for the restaurant are processed. Under the same owner and operation. Cute place with a lot of baked goodies to select from. Cookies, brownies, cakes slices and of course ice cream! Great place to grab some sweets for later! Ice Cream is Thrifty's, nothing special but we always enjoyed our Thirty's cones we would get from Naples' Rite aid (miss them!) and over at Two Islands General Store (Catalina). Cookies were very good. Ice Cream single scoops were ginormous! Prices were very reasonable! Service was excellent. Very patient and kind young girl scooping, offering taste tests, and packing our goodies with care. Definitely we will be back again and again!

This place has super friendly staff and great prices. The ice cream is thriftys but delicious and the don't over charge for it. The cookies were great and they also have other items such as baked good and take out options from the restaurant next door. There isn't seating as this was primarily a take out place but they hook you up with the ice cream. The lady who helped us named Jenna was helpful and nice and also recommended we try the restaurant next door. We will definitely be back as the parking lot was full.

Asked if we wanted to sample any of the flavors and etc. they don't have a HUGE variety, but they have the standard flavors and my favorite, birthday cake (which looks amazing. It's so colorful) You can tell they use good quality ingredients We ended up getting a scoop of Vietnamese coffee And a birthday cake scoop and made it into a sundae They have merch (clothes, but also they have the cutest pins and keychains) They have a private parking lot They have ice cream cakes They have ice cream bars Now, for my dogs favorite part. My pup only has a few teeth left and she's gotten stubborn when it comes to drinking water. So I'm always looking for treats she can have. They have pup ice cream (we've tried so many and they always have preservatives / all this added stuff, Or she doesn't like it) This is a peanut butter ice cream with just 4 ingredients and she goes CRAZY for it They have private parking Vegan options Service is extremely helpful and friendly And my dog is their biggest fan Don't forget their ice cream bars, floats, sundaes, milkshakes and more Also, 5 stars for Alec and Lelan If you have a dog, you definitely have to try the doggy ice cream PS before coming look up their hours. I was by myself, so decided to get a freshly made ice cream sandwich ("made with 2 cookies or a brownie or a cookie-brownie bar" for $9.25). The cashier/sandwich artist was so pleasant to talk to and gave a free sample, even on this busy, hot Sunday. I ended up getting a white chocolate macadamia for one side, and a peanut butter cookie on the other, with vanilla ice cream in the middle (wish they had had mint chocolate chip). It was good, but couldn't finish it since it would not survive the walk back. Next time, would get a darker chocolate based ice cream to go with the decent vanilla-flavored cookies. While I was eating the sandwich inside in the small eating area, noticed the next customers waiting for their funnel cake to be made. Thinking that would be a great choice, especially topped with the variety of ice cream flavors available.
