Kind of odd writing a review for a fast food place. We already all know what the food is like. Chicken sandwich, waffle fries, lots of sauces, ice dream, done! Chick-Fil-A is pretty good as a fast food option. I wish the fries were hotter (mine always taste like they've been sitting out for a bit), and the food is straightforward. I like that the chicken is shaped like a piece of a chicken, and not some processed patty. Service is fast and polite, and controversial politics aside, its a good option from time to time. I wish they didn't support all the groups they support, but I'm reviewing the food, not the other stuff. Very clean and friendly. Every time I go in, they are more than accommodating and helpful. Not your typical fast food service (ie: are you ready yet?) these guys go above and beyond. The building access is kinda weird especially if you are going through the drive-thru you are going to have to drive around the building almost twice by the time you are through. There is something about Chick-Fil-A's menu that makes it a little hard to figure at the specific options. I can't really put my finger on it, but that really doesn't have anything to do with this specific location. Fast service but no organization during lunch. What I assume was a manager was calling out orders as they were made, not verifying tickets, and occasionally calling duplicate orders. I not only got mixed up, but got called twice (after I had gotten my proper meal). Food was decent, what I would expect at Chick-fil-A. A tip, dont park in their lot during lunch. Park immediately across their enterance in Bass Pro's Lot and walk across. That way you dont get blocked in by the drivethrough line and can quickly get in and out. read more

A review for Chick-Fil A on yelp is like the first time you see a bacon wrapped scallop. It's confusing. You're not sure if it belongs. But it totally does! Here's why...having lived in the South for a year...you have your choice of sandwiches, bbq, and if you're lucky, one sushi joint that's decent. No kidding. Chick fil A is the McDonald's of the south...it's the guilty pleasure you're asking for at 2 am in the morning after drinking in downtown raleigh for 4 hours. TERRIBLE! I placed a mobile order, received the message my order was ready. No designated mobile parking so I received a message to proceed to the drive thru. I received another message as I was arriving that my order was complete. I had to wait SEVERAL minutes behind several cars for my turn at the window (what is the point of mobile ordering). When I finally got to the window I was told my order was not ready (despite the notice I received saying it was). Cars behind me were given their orders. On my emailed receipt, all my sauce and ketchup choices were listed but my order contained NO CONDIMENTS. The receipt inside the bag was for someone else's order. I emailed the store and to date (weeks later) have not received even an acknowledgment. This Chic fil A is NOT like most. The service and customer service are terrible! read more

Got a free frosted lemonade with my calendar card. It was delicious and really refreshing. Unlike their thick and very filling milkshakes, the frosted lemonade is lighter and not as unhealthy. It's basically half lemonade half soft serve ice cream blended together. I recommend getting one on a nice and hot summer day. read more

Friendly staff, quick service and bargain prices thats what you need when you are grabbing a burger. If you haven't tried there Deluxe Spicey Chicken Burger then you should go for it right now. You are really missing on a big delicious surprise this is. I will highly recommend there Honey Mustard Sauce instead of Ketchup and waffle fries. They come out crispy and just perfect each time. If you do an online or catering pick-up order you are NON-EXISTENT to them once you come to pick it up. The first time I blamed it on the lunch time pick-up but the second time with an earlier pick-up the same thing happened, totally ignored and actually a bit rude. read more

Thursday May 25th, 2017, we bought a sandwich from 1803 N Harrison Ave. Cary, NC 27513. My son was trying eat, but wasn't able to bite... Finally after he wasn't able to bite the sandwich, he opened the sandwich, and we found a huge piece of plastic!!!!!!!!!! Next day I went to Chick-fil-A to talk to the manager or the owner. I saw someone was coming out of the restaurant so I asked him about the manager/owner, and he said that he is the manager. I told him about the piece of plastic in my sandwich and tried to show him the sandwich but before I open the bag he took it from me and stared to walk towards kitchen. I am sure why he did that was because there were a few customers sitting right behind where me and the manager were sitting. In a few seconds, the manager came back and told me with his very low voice "You right, by mistake when our employee was making the sandwich, the glove came off of his hand." !!!!!! The manager did ask me what I wanted for compensation, but I wanted to know how the "Chick-fil-A" manager/owner will handle this issue. The manager offered me that he can refund our meal expense or give a same amount of coupon. I asked coupons for 5 meals, but manager denied my request. When I requested him that if I can talk to his superior or the owner. Manager told me that "Chick-fil-A" is a family owned business, and although he wouldn't give me his own name, he gave me the owner's business card. The manager was talking with some people so I waited for him and finally I was able to get his name. Luckily I did take pictures of the plastic in the sandwich. Owner of Chick-fil-A sent me an email saying, " Ms Shah, My son -------- made me aware of your experience and said he offered to replace the meal and refund your meal expense. We felt this was a generous offer. The people at Chick-fil-a Cares are mailing you a coupon for a free Chick-fil-a sandwich. You requested follow- up from somebody higher up but I am the owner-operator and there isn't anyone else to take this to. I hope you understand my position and will visit us again in the future. Sincerely --------------------- Owner- Operator " My respond to this email, " Mr. ------, your offer is not acceptable at all. I just want let you now what was the problem/issues with the sandwich that we bought it from your Chick-Fil-A. There wasn't any issues about ketchup or mustard or something else got extra in our sandwich. THE GLOVE WAS IN OUR SANDWICH There is big issue call " HYGIENE ", and that's can create big health issues. So please, do not send refund our meal expense or free meal coupon. Really??? I mean...Really??? I've visited this location a few times before but have always gone through the drive through. Well Friday night at 7pm was beyond crazy in the drive through lane so my group and I decided to go in instead. First of all, there were many people moving about behind the counter, but only one person committed to a front register. Remind you...this is a Friday night and there were a number of folks in line behind and in front of us at the time. So eventually another team member got on a register to take orders. After ordering our food, we didn't have to wait too long before it was ready. But while we were waiting with our drinks, we searched for straws and there were none. (I should've taken a picture!!) there was trash and sticky residue all over the condiments area. My friend told one of the team members that they were out of straws and she looked surprised and I guess went to get some. I don't know because it was at that time that our order was ready. We get to our destination and the fries are beyond horrible for ChickFilA! Now I understand that they weren't going to be piping hot when we got to our location, but I was expecting them to be warm and soft. Only a few at the bottom of the container were worthy to be eaten. Truly a disappointment. So, will I return to this location? More than likely...yes...because it's a convenient location for me when I'm in that area during the week. This Chickfila has been the Only Chickfila in my life that has been a disappointment. I asked for a Large Fruit cup 86 Apple Sub Berries. Just like the Chickfila in Burlington told me to ask for it when I want it. When I got to the window the Manager said here is your fruit cup. It had like three strawberries 4 mandarins. He said I will not sub fruit. I asked him politely what makes Chickfila's different because this is the first time I have been told this. He said he doesn't know however he isn't doing it and if I didn't like it I was free to cancel my order. So I did. I came to the Chickfila in Cary town center and they took care of me. I normally love this Chick-fil-A but after this experience I just had makes me not want to go here anymore. Chick-fil-A closes at 10pm and I pulled in 5 min prior to that which there was others in the line as well and I went to order my food and nobody answered and I was like that's strange maybe it's messed up. Pulled up to the window after watching the three people in front of me get there food for the worker to make straight eye contact with me and lock the window at 9:57pm. Ashley Y. today at the drive thru window was the rudest person I have encountered at Chick-Fil-A ever. As a business/medical professional I am always in awe of the professionalism extended by ever person I have encountered at any Chick-Fil-A establishment but today's visit let's me know that I will never visit or order another catering meal from Harrison Square if I have to deal with individuals such as this. After working through lunch at the dentist office, I wanted something quick and after passing multiple restaurants, I choose Chick-Fil-A. I had points so I figured I would use them and pick up a kids meal for later. I went to redeem my points for a 8 piece nugget and a fry (the points have been deducted) from my points status and my reward status says redeemed (Ashley assumes even though I have multiple advanced level degrees that I cannot read). Ashley tells me that the system can not scan my phone so I can not get my items but I can pay for the "free" items and then earn a reward for them. Now this did not and does not make sense. Why would I pay for something that is already free. I was given the reward because I paid for items previously. I explained to her that I order quite a bit of food from Chick-Fil-A very month (work related) and I use my points often. I do not get an extra reward for using the points and I can see where the points are deducted. They scan my phone and I get food. She said no when you scan it that gives you a reward for you to get more food. This does make sense because that would mean I get the free food and then they give me a reward for the same free food (so in Ashley's words; I get food and then they give the same food that I can come back another time and get). She said that she did not know what the other Chick-Fil-As were doing but they were doing it wrong so did I want the food or not. With blinking eyes (I do not have the emoji) I told her that it did not make any sense to pay for something that originally was free and to just give me the kids meal that I ordered additionally. She handed me my food no thank you or anything after I was gracious enough to say thank you. What happened to "my pleasure" and the customer service that Chick-Fil-A is famous for? Did she think that I could not pay for it or that I was trying to get something free. No because again if that was the case I would not spend $300 plus dollars a month feeding dental offices Chick-Fil-A; I would take my business somewhere else. Truly disgusted, frustrated, and mad about the situation. We must do better training our millennials on conflict resolution. Getting in your feelings because you do not know how to explain a situation that clearly is not making sense is not the customer's issue but the establishments. The food is great and the staff are friendly. The biggest problem is that the drive-thru is so slow. I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food. Not only is the slowness an inconvenience but it creates other problems. Given the layout, the cars in line block the parking spaces in front of the building. It also causes an issue getting back out of the drive-thru once you've received your order as you have to circle back around the building. While the food is good and the service is what I would expect, I rate it so low because I don't want to go here because of the hassle to get in and out of. read more

First of all I want to say that I eat chikfila weekly, however this was my first and last visit to this location in the Harrison shopping center. I ordered a chickfila at 10:48 am I requested it to be cooked fresh no pickles and put the pickles on the side, I also said I would wait if I needed to due to my request. I paid for the sandwich at the window and asked was it as I requested I was told yes. I drove a little ways and remember I said I ate a chickfila weekly but not this location so I know the quality of the food. I opened the sandwich it was dry looked and tasted as if it was recooked in the grease. I sent a email to tell them about my experience and the general manager sent me a rude return email address stating they didn't recook food and at that time he knew it was fresh Jeff is the GM he needs to learn customer service etiquette. I go to Crossroads, Lake Boone Trail a lot especially with my first 100 card and was told by the associate manager (for the first time at a chic fil a since I've had it) that I couldn't exchange a number 1 with a 3 eventhough they are the same Price. This Chick Fil A was one of the best I have ever been in. The staff was so friendly and accommodating- the manager made a point to check in with us multiple times and even told us about a new sauce (and brought it to our table to try!).
