This Zaxbys is really out of my way on any normal day, but I always consider popping in whenever I'm shopping at Costco in the area. I'm subscribed to a local coupon book and this Zaxbys location accepts the coupons, so I'm consistently getting good deals whenever I visit. Aside from the fact that I'm getting a deal, this location is pretty consistent and has proven to be reliable. Like all other Zaxbys, the food here is outstanding. I've ordered the tenders, boneless wings, and the sandwich here and it's just as good as it gets every time. The food comes out hot and fresh and the flavors always pop. I never have to worry about soggy fries or bland chicken here. The interior and service are also top notch as well. The dining room is modern, sleek, and comfortable. It is also clean, which I cannot say about all Zaxbys locations. The employees have always been respectful and the time from when I place my order to receiving the food is not too long. This isn't about this location but Zaxbys in general. The Zensation salad is very good, (not sure $15 good!!), however when it was previously offered, there were 2 egg rolls and the option of blackened and/or grilled or fried chicken. Now it's just one egg roll and NO option for chicken and blackened and fried aren't even a possibility. read more

The Texas Toast was not Texas-sized, and not the best; we couldn't finish that. Service was good for my carry out order, and the restaurant was clean. It was my first time trying Zaxby's. The price always seemed high for the fast food nature and uncertain quality. But they were doing a nearly-free offer if you sign up with their rewards app, so I gave it a shot. Dear zaxbys wtf is this? I paid 7.59 for this sandwich? Never have I seen such a flattened whisper thin bun. From order to being handed to me took less than 30 seconds which tells me nothing you make is fresh. On the plus side it did taste ok but 0/5 for freshness or presentation, one half a piece of bacon on a club sandwich is pathetic. No wonder your drive through was empty for lunch. read more

Daughter enjoyed the buffalo boneless wings and crinkle cut fries. I made the unfortunate decision of ordering the boneless wings with their BBQ sauce. Too much breading on the chicken that was swimming in not very good sauce. Annoying that you can't order a larger amount of Wings with more than one sauce. I was lucky to have the chance to attend Apex's new Zaxby's location grand opening, which was invitation-only. It is located in the same plaza as Academy Sports. Of course since this was their grand opening, the store is brand new and has seen minimal foot traffic. The store is very clean, and the decor rustic and bright. The service was impeccable, upon being welcomed into the store to the accommodating table service, and "my pleasure" pleasantries. The food is like any other Zaxby's location. I hope the store is able to keep up with their amazing status! read more

My friend told me to go try to Zaxby's chicken sandwich and was boasting about how good it was. At first i was hesitant on how good it truly was however, 2 bites in and i already knew it was the best chicken sandwich i've ever had. so juicy, hot, flavorful (the seasoning is so good), and crispy like it was so hot it burnt my tongue. and then the bread so buttery and the sauce (they put the perfect amount) the zax sauce. creamy, with a zesty and spice hit. 8.5/10. By far the best fast food chicken sandwich i've ever had. Everyone go and try it. I promise you it will surprise you. read more

Always been a big fan of zaxby's salads, however, never try the appetizers!! The thinnest and coldest onion rings, and the buffalo chicken dip is cold as well and not tasty at all. Learn from my mistakes. read more

Dropped by to pick up my daughter's birthday meal via drive-thru. Line wasn't too long and wait was very short! The Kidz Nibblerz meal was super hearty and my daughter loved the zesty fries (just a little too salty), the chocolate milk, only the fried chicken part of the sandwich, and the Goldfish cookies. She wasn't too much of a fan of the Zax dipping sauce for her fries, but liked it on her chicken (go figure). Great, filling lunch for kids! My only complaint is that there's no toy with the kids' meals... :( read more
