Fried chicken at chicken Bee is not bad. I liked the batter and it was fried well. It was not greasy and the chicken stayed moist. Their fish bowls are just ok. Our food did take a long time to arrive at our table. They were nice though.

Everything was absolutely amazing fresh and delicious! The owner delivered my food! Everything was hot and made to order. I can't believe this place was empty on a Saturday it's definitely a hidden gem. Tell a friend to tell a friend about this amazing establishment!

This was the highlight of my recent trip to RTP. I was in the mood for wings and stumbled across this small fast-casual chain by chance. First, let me say this is NOT Wing Stop. This is Korean Style Fried Chicken, so don't expect Buffalo with a side of blue cheese or ranch. I went with the Soy Ginger (a must) and the Hot and Spicy. First, I've never had crispier wings in my life and they were big wings. The flavor of both were spectacular. These are made to order, so I recommend ordering ahead, as they will take 20-25 minutes and be VERY hot when they come out of the kitchen. The sauces can be a bit rich/heavy and I wasn't able to finish my order but I'm sure had I not been traveling, that they would have done well in the air frier the next day. Atmosphere is very unique (for US but probably not in Korea). A few flat screens playing K pop music videos, claw style game machines, well lit and very clean. I wish I had enough room to try the ramen, which I'm sure is fantastic as well. Only downside for me is that they don't serve alcohol. Having a small selection of imported beers would have been icing on the cake.

Chicken Bee soft opened recently in Mission Valley plaza where the Waffle House used to be. It's fantastic. I've tried the wings, drumsticks, and chicken tenders. All the sauces I've tried have been wonderful - they are so flavorful. I've tried soy garlic, spicy, and honey garlic. The spicy is very forward and doesn't build / linger beyond its welcome. The other two are the perfect blend of savory and sweet but each have their own flavor. My favorite item I've had so far is the wings, in whatever sauce sounds best in the moment. I am so happy this is open, it's a tremendous addition to the area and I am so so so happy to not have to drive all the way across town to Bonchon or the H Mart food court anymore. The people working here are super friendly. Ordering is done on a kiosk. It's a good way to explore the menu and I wish everyone there the best as this new location gets its legs under it.

My son and I were at NC State for a college visit from Chicago. I wished we had taken a picture of our delicious food, but I don't think it would tell the story. We have really good Korean chicken and this by far was on of the best I've had. Crisp and not overly breaded. The sauces were spot on. The own and family were warm and welcoming. Please support this business as they are new to Raleigh. It's worth it! Hopefully, my son gets into NC State as he loved the wings!

Cute Korean wing spot close to NCSU. Clean self serve ordering stations and fun claw machines to play on while you wait. Due to the Korean cooking technique in order to achieve the delicious crispy texture , food will not come out speedy but worth the wait! Lots of sauces to select from sweet and mild to spicy. Expect prices to be higher than other chicken joints. They mostly sell 1/2 (Aprox $16) - whole chicken (aprox $26) options. Lowest option is 6 wings for $10+ and it comes with a Choice of side. Definitely worth a try! I will definitely go back to try their different sauces.

I hate to rate this place a 1-star but the service during this visit was disappointing. Some of our friends arrived about 30 minutes before us and ordered something small while they waited. When we got there, there weren't enough seats for all of us, so we asked if we could move to a larger table. The staff told us we couldn't because our friends had already eaten, even though the rest of us were planning to order. On top of that, our water was never refilled, which reinforced the feeling of being an inconvenience rather than a guest at the restaurant. I remember the service being much warmer when I last came here about two years ago. I was excited to see the new market/shop front and updated seating, but unfortunately the service this time made the experience feel pretty unwelcoming.

I came here when I was visiting my in laws, so naturally, I wanted to expose them to KBBQ. Unfortunately, I picked this place because a lot of reviews said its the best and allat, when in truth, this place is one of the worst KBBQ I have ever visited. Not only they stopped serving lettuce wrap (sure, they have it in the menu but they didn't stock it because their lettuce supplier increased the price or whatever), they did not offer any other wrap options like a decent kbbq should have (rice wrap, radish wrap, or shisho leave...etc). The meat quality? It's the cheapest cut you could ever get. The kalbi cut is so thin and tasted old (spoiler alert, they should be thicker and higher quality..), the other unseasoned meat cut is lower quality too. The seasoned meat were so bad I had hard time enjoying it. The bulgogi did not taste like a propee bulgogi and once again, tasted old like it has been in the fridge for too long. The spicy bulgogi was so grainy and not spicy at all, almost like they're using low quality gochugaru. Honestly, you will be much better off buying your own ingredients at h-mart or any asian grocery than going to this place. The only saving grace was the kind server who tends us often. 10/10 will not recommend.

My partner and I both enjoyed a mocktail version of the roselle freezy - it was amazing! Either as a mocktail or a cocktail, you should try this drink. For starters, we had the crispy chicken wings, spring rolls with veggies, and the lettuce wraps. We all enjoyed the chicken wings so much that we got a second order of them. I enjoyed the spring rolls much more than the lettuce wraps as they had more flavor to them. For dinner, we shared an order of the Manda Amphone's Curry and the chicken pad thai. I originally did not expect to be blown away by the pad thai - boy, was I wrong. This is hands down the best pad thai I have ever had. If you love pad thai, you need to try theirs. I also thoroughly enjoyed the curry. Both dishes were rich and flavorful and came with enough to share between 4 adults. Overall, not having been to Bida Manda in 10+ years, I was impressed and will definitely return.
