So we hadn't been to KFC since I was a teen. We showed up for the new Beyond plant-based fried chicken. Honestly the location of this one wasn't the nearest but it is definitely the nicest and safest. Pro: this one is a fast-food hybrid of KFC and Taco Bell. Con: because of that, you can't select this store on the KFC app to order ahead. The Beyond chicken is grub and I recommend the honey mustard. Note that it is cooked in the same oil as the rest of the chicken so is more for a flexitarian mindset. We're probably going to get catering amounts for house parties. Always check your receipt and your order. We were overcharged for a meal vs. the nuggets only, which I questioned, but they thought they were right so declined to fix. So careful with that. You may want to load it on the app so they can see their mistake. They did also close down their dining room and thus the line was very long at midday. I recommend going early if you can at opening - just after 10am. They also got a Taco Bell part of our order wrong and when I called from the parking lot because the dining room was locked, they tried to have me wait in the long line again. I refused and finally got them to fix it- what was even more petty was that they even demanded I return the soft taco made wrong which they were just going to throw out. All in all, it's your basic fast food experience and I would go back to this clean, convenient store. read more

We were really really looking forward to a chicken sandwich. We ordered in the drive through got a spicy chicken sandwich and a 3 pc combo with coleslaw and diet pepsi. And the only thing that was good was the Pepsi One star for the lady who took our order, she was friendly and patient and also gave me refund for the sandwich, in which the chicken was rubbery and cold, probably stale, the chicken pieces( of the combo) were so tiny, not even warm and/ or crunchy and the coleslaw was icy (just out of the freezer ) the biscuit felt stale too read more

This location is truly hit and miss. Today, the drive thru wasn't available and you needed to go into the store to order. They had a limit of only 5 people allowed in the store at any given time. I am sure this might cause for some issue for a high traffic time frame. This time, we only ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. They were as per normal. The only thing I would say, when ordering large separate items - confirm your order a few times before paying. This way you are ensured to get the proper breakdown - request and not what they normally give with each other. For what I needed, it took all of 5 mins to receive and I was in/out. I don't write reviews but I feel I have to warn you.. We ordered a meal for 6. The chicken was way over cooked. The wings were cooked so much there wasn't any meat in it. The mashed potatoes were not only obviously instant but was so hot it melted the container they were in. I called and complained and all he said was well I remember that order and it was just cooked. I have had very bad experiances with them until about a month ago and they seem to be trying more this time. I agree with Kevin in it almost felt like they were trying to drive me nuts. One time the drive through window lady told me to just come in to get it fixed... I told her I came through the drive through so I wouldn't have to come in. Please do not go here ever (to this specific KFC/TacoBell location). I do not exaggerate when I say it took 20-minutes for me and my friend to receive our order even though there were only about 2 people ahead of us. The food is what you expect (it's "fast"food for crying outloud) and thankfully they got my and my friend's order right. I don't know how it's managed to stay open this long... but unless some DRASTIC changes are made in management I surely hope it'll shut down soon. read more

EVERY time we order KFC items from this location the employees mess up. Whether it's the wrong drink, wrong amount of chicken to missing compete items, even items from the box specials. Worst experience of my life. Went a week ago, and I was mortified. I only eat poorly once a week so I'm usually pretty excited to treat myself.. Except I made the wrong decision coming here. They were out of chicken at KFC, out of refried beans (and when I had to choose something else all they did was charge me extra), the employees yelled at one another over me, in my face, about actually pretty sexist classless things to say. The floor made my shoes completely sticky to where I left them outside my house. When I got my food, it was gravy with some mashed potatoes, and the gravy was leaking through the cup, and the tacos I paid 6 dollars for were all flat and soggy, and weren't even containing all the ingredients at all. I waited twenty mins to get food I dumped in the garbage. I'm a college student- I can't throw away money like that as is. By the Time I went back to my car, people working there were flirting and yelling with friends who came in in the parking lot. I know it was late, and trust me, I've had many jobs like this, but this wasn't just the end of the night kind of playful ready to get off type thing. This was disgusting. I know the money isn't great and I'm not for that at all, but regardless, you can't treat people like that. You have to grow up sometime. read more

I can't bear to eat anything else from taco bell, but nachos supreme. All I can say is be sure to check your bag if order from the drive thru. This place is extremely hit or miss. It's been a huge miss lately. I know it's just "fast food", but the employees are very unprofessional. My order is usually wrong. I usually just shrug it off and move on with my life though, it's just fast food. There is ONE girl who works there that is actually pleasant all the time. When she is there my order is right 100% of the time. I've had to sit in line for 20+ minutes before during a weeknight with MINIMAL cars in the drive thru lane. I always know I should stop coming to this particular location, but it's only a 5 minute drive from my apartment. I have had countless terrible experiences at this particular location. The cashier is very hard to understand over the mic when ordering. When I ordered. She asked me a question which I couldn't hear, so I asked her to repeat herself. She failed to and then told me my total. So I asked again. She repeated. I drove around and waited behind the car in front of me for 10 mins and then waited another 10 for my own food. 20 mins for FAST FOOD. Once I get my food I ask if I can have ketchup and hot sauce. Cashier says "what" so I ask again. She still doesn't understand "ketchup and hot sauce" so I said it again. She then proceeds to rudely say "Jesus you don't have to yell". At this point I'm more than just irritated so I ask for the manager. The manager is JUST AS RUDE as the cashier. He tell me not to yell at him when I complain that I've waited 20+ mins for food in the drive through and was spoken to incredibly rudely by one of his employees. He rudely asks me if I want my money back (all the while the cashier is standing next to him making snarky comments about how I got mad about sauce) I get my money back. Once I arrive home with my food I realize that this cashier gave me ONE ketchup packet and NO hot sauce. I also received ice cold Potato wedges with my order. For a fast food establishment this type of behavior and lack of prompt food delivery is completely unacceptable. If I could give this review ZERO stars I would. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I have had a similar TERRIBLE experience at this location. I have never had a problem at any other location. Fast food should be fast food.
