Plenty of parking- Upon entering you notice the place is really clean. I was greeted by several cashiers. I placed my order and it was quickly filled and delivered to me by name. The chicken biscuit was good a little greasy- it was the correct temperature and the coating was delicious. What was really nice is that they waited on me right away- all of the other fast food restaurants worry about the drive thru and not the counter. read more

I will say that the woman who brought our food didn't have your normal Chick Fil A warmth and kindness and then I watched as an employee directed a young woman to the pickup area. She saw the sign and walked to get her food. The woman hastily moved her out like the world was ending. While this is an issue warmth and compassion and recognition that a male employee directed her there would have been a better way to handle it. Just some extra training needed for the employee. As someone who managed hotels for a long time the service is key. This location lacks it and honestly it's why we rarely go. Food was fine. I've gotten take-out from this Chick-fil-A a couple of times and it's been very solid! The wait time has been very reasonable and the orders have been accurate. I went in this morning to get breakfast & the service was not good. They didn't even speak when I came in & that location had only 4 customers (no one was in line but me). Disappointed this is a Chick fila like no other. My husband recently sent a complaint to chick fila after we had an unpleasant experience when asked to park as there was no one behind us I asked if we could wait. I explained last time we parked we were forgotten and waited nearly 45 minutes which I showed the manager at the time. They said the delay was chicken sandwiches at the time. (The number 1) one of their most popular items - really? So this time when I mentioned it to the manager on duty she asked verbatim if we had called them to remind them to bring our our food. I asked her sarcastically "is this chick fila" and she said yes. Instead of the owner calling and apologizing he his employee worked at Disney and could not have been rude. How could a respectful manager have asked a client they asked to move forward that they had forgotten to fill the order ask someone to call to remind them to bring out their food. He requested that we not come to his location anymore which we had already decided on as the same day we went to the location at Parkside commons which took care of the very same order I. Lightning speed. When asked that day if they had the same ownership they said No. which was obvious by the one who took our order reminding us to ask for a treat for our chihuahua and everyone we came into contact with was DISNEY delightful. I heard numerous my pleasure and had the experience you'd expect from an industry leading company known for its customer service. When something is rotten all the way down it shows and maybe that's why associates at this location are not cheerful , forget orders, and provide disappointing service. My husband was also told by the owner that we always order strips and they take awhile. 2nd time ever ordering strips in over 2000 trips to chick fila. Perhaps we all look alike. Sad very sad. Brought my kiddos here for the first time the other day with the goal of getting some food in their belly and some energy out on the playground. Mission accomplished! Food was good. I'm personally not a Chick-Fil-A Super Fan like 99.9% of people seem to be in the south. We split a 12-piece nuggets and fries and I got them each a kiddie ice cream cone. Nugget size was on the small side. I liked that it was real meat tho- not the chopped, pressed, formed like the McFrankenNuggets. The service was great! I love how they bring your food or to you. So helpful when you have 2 toddlers and a baby to get to the table. The kids enjoyed the indoor playground. Though, there were unsupervised kids in there who were yelling and acting a little out of control which upset my oldest child. Excellent food, friendly service, what else could you ask for? I come here occasionally for breakfast, and the staff is always very warm and welcoming. If on the off chance they mess something else, they always make it right, and do it with a good attitude. I think service is an undervalued and underappreciated aspect of fast food or fast casual places these days, but I'm glad Chick-fil-A (including this one) still does it right. I love getting the Chicken Biscuit or Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel for breakfast. Their coffee is also tasty. I had a huge catering order and the owner lady was sooooo kind and personally came with an assistant to drop off the food. They helped us arrange the time so that the food would be hot. The heating coolers worked well and the fruit salad was kept cold. Everything was mowed through and there were no leftovers (as was expected!). WHY are there no Chick-fil-A's in New York? WHY!? Came here right before my flight back to NY because it had been years since I've eaten here, and I have no idea when the next time would be. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a lemonade. The spicy chicken sammy was delish - plump and juicy piece of chicken, and well seasoned. It comes with only pickles, and when I asked for lettuce they charged me .15. Oh well. They gave sides of sauces with it, I opted for the honey mustard which complimented it quite nicely. The lemonade was good, not too sweet - just right, and it's just lemons, water and sugar which is good, no one needs high fructose corn syrup! Finally, the fries. The waffle fries were just okay. I would have liked them a little bit more well done, and they don't give you a whole heck of a lot, but they ended up giving us three fries (maybe because we were dining in with my cute nephew and kids = freebies?) Anyway, that was appreciated and with the 3 fries, we all left stuffed. Service was smiley and friendly. If I lived in N.C., I'd be here often. read more

The food was excellent and the customer handling at the order/pick up counter was consistent with any other Chick-Fil-A location. But I have experienced better at other Chick-Fil-As. I have experienced Chick-fil-As where they come to my table to grind fresh black pepper from the huge mill, where they came to my table to clear the finished tray and take my ice tea cup for a free refill, where they come and give a mint candy, etc. This place gave me none of those. The fries were almost completely dried and brown, the wraps were on the small side of fillings and tortilla was stale, it used to be so abundant. 'Twas one of my favorite ChicFilA's to visit until this afternoon. I work hospitality as a manager to a local CARY establishment so I understand how important food safety is especially with the health crisis at hand. During my visit ( a fairly busy drive thru) I noticed a group of employees chasing a Rat one of them casually watching drinking a beverage, as another drive thru employee took my order. They then surrounded it and scooped it into a cup. That's the story, that's the experience. I understand what has to be done in a situation where rodents are present, but in front of your guests is very displeasing and hard to watch. Let's coach the staff (who are very young) on how to properly deal with rodent or bug issues especially in front of the guests; especially during a time like this where health & food safety is everyone's top priority! I wish I knew the biys name that helped me but knowing how big my order was and seeing me holding my 10 month old, he walked my food out to my truck for me which was super helpful. What I like about this particular fast food restaurant is that it employs adults. These employees are courteous, friendly, and they get the order right--quickly. They've taken coupons from the Crossroads location, too, so that can't be beat. The inside is clean and during lunch I have had employees come by to see if I needed refills. There's no doubt that Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is heavenly good - just keep in mind that a #1 combo (chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a sweet tea, and two Chick-fil-A sauces) comes in at 1250 calories. I wish I could stop eating here even knowing that... but it's impossible. It's just that good. There's just something about how they're marinating the chicken with the combination of their delicious sauce. Also, they have flavored coffee creamers (including a very good hazelnut one) so that's always nice. This one, located at the corner of High House and Davis can get a little busy during peak times, but if the drive through looks really long, just park and walk in.
