This is my local Wendy's been going here for years and years I have gotten it 3 times recently, the second to last time I went, the lady who was taking my order at the drive through and handing me my food at the window, ROLLED her eyes when I told her very nicely, that she forgot my frosty, which I said that I had wanted a frosty multiple times. She handed me my food, and nodded to let me know I can go. I stayed there and she asked "are you waiting for something" I said "yeah I ordered a medium chocolate frosty" she then proceeded to roll her eyes while going to get the frosty. And when she was taking my order, I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times, which i don't mind that much but for her to proceed to roll her eyes after I told her she forgot something when I already had to repeat myself several times was the height of rudeness, I was very polite the entire time, it's not my fault she doesn't like her job. This Last time I got Wendy's, the frosty I got did not taste right at all. It tasted like expired dairy which has never been the case before, I order the same thing every time I go, spicy nuggets, fries, and a chocolate frosty which has pretty much been my order for years. Usually I've had a pretty decent experience with this Wendy's, but these current employees are clearly lacking training in customer service and sanitation when it comes to the machines. I understand it's Wendy's so it's at the bottom of the fast food chain, but I still expect decent customer service and for them to clean the machines. The 3rd to last time I went, they gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy. Not a big deal, people make mistakes, I ate them any way. But I found this strange since I said spicy nuggets multiple times. read more

Drive thru in Apex, West Williams street asked for receipt , they had charged me $2 for a booklet I didn't order , I parked went in and they gave me cash.. supposed to void ticket and ring it up again , this was not a mistake read more

I go to this Wendy's all the time after dealing with the bad one around the corner! My food is always hot and fresh and delicious! The staff is nice and I just can't say enough good things about them. I'm pretty sure this Wendy's is under new management because I can't see how this place would get anything less than 5 stars! Do yourself a favor and try them again if you've ever had bad service! You will not be disappointed! read more

Went through the drive through Wednesday night December 20 with my family and when we got home we discovered that we were not given the receipt, my coffee tasted like aluminum, and there was a hair in my sandwich. This is the 2nd time they have been below standards. We will not be back. read more

**Update** -1 star Incident 1: I ordered 2 potatoes are well as a combo, We didn't want any sauce, but just extra sour cream. They said they could not give us extra sour cream and gave us two packets and no sauce for the entire order. Incident 2. Claims to be open until 1 online. Arrived at 1150, took the order in front of me, and I waited 10 minutes at the order screen until 12 for someone to tell me they're closed. I don't expect much from a wendys; however, I would give them negative stars if I could. Bunch of lazy wusses working here. read more

I brought my daughter and her friend here after the trampoline park and was blown away by the great customer service!! The man in the white shirt working the front end was cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. You can tell his co-workers enjoy working along side him. I always say the hardest thing in business is to find someone who loves your business as much as the owner. You can tell the staff takes pride doing what they do. Also on a side note the food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. I would eat here again read more

I agree with other reviewers who say this location has gone massively downhill recently. I have been coming here for 12 years but I never will again. One of the new drive thru staff has a horrible attitude. She gets orders wrong and flips out if a customer asks for an item she missed or a replacement for one she got wrong. I have also had issues with stale bread. They don't hand out receipts so customers can't do the survey to let management know how bad things have gotten. There are enough nearby Wendy's locations that you have no need to go to this one. read more

My friends and I are regulars and we normally go after work every Friday, it's been a few times now that the service is absolutely terrible. One time, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food and didn't even get all of our drinks. Then the employee came out and tried to argue with us that we did in fact get all of our drinks. They dont wear hats, gloves and dont wash their hands after handling cash. They had one girl up front and she had no idea what was going on or what she was doing. She was nonchalantly walking around like they were not busy at all. I waited 15 minutes for a root beer float. Should have just gone with a fountain drink at least they cant mess that up. So I asked the girl how much longer for a root beer float she finally went and notified them that there was a root beer float needed then she gave me an attitude when I asked what size it was. Wish I could put less than 1 star. The drive thru staff was incredibly rude, I only got one drink, a frosty, and they didn't give me a straw nor napkins with said drink. They also forgot my order and I had to tell them twice what drink I had ordered. Really disrespectful staff and a terrible experience, will not be coming back. If you ever go later in the evening the food is ALWAYS cold. This is the Third time in a row that they've lied about cooking food fresh when I've asked them to. Each time, when I get the food, I ask again that it's cooked fresh, and the worker says yes. Each time, the food is cold and dry. Every time its the same guy working... **Update** -2 stars Most of the staff capes ON THE JOB. I wouldn't care too much if they did it in the back, but they vape in the front which makes my head hurt. The hygiene rating is a sham, I've seen what goes on back there. I still eat there to their credit. This Wendy's is one of the best fast food restaurants around. The staff is very nice and they tell us about special offers. We come there regularly and they remember our meal preferences. The food tastes good and the service is fast. The seating is clean. I will continue to visit this location for the foreseeable future. The 4 for 4 it's great value BTW. read more

Go to this Wendy's if you love surprises since whatever you order through the drive through, they'll give you something completely different! I've gone to this Wendy's a few times and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. When I tell them politely, they just push the food at me rudely and mumble something under their breath (if they even give you it back.) The food is always lukewarm, the fries are stale, the nuggets take 20 minutes to make, and the vanilla frosty machine is always broken. Not to mention the poor hygiene that goes on in the kitchen. This is the epitome of lazy! I asked for a baked potato originally then was told they were out so instead I asked for the bacon cheese fries. Not only did it take a while to receive my order, but they just slapped some bacon on my fries and barely put cheese on them! This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My wife and I were going by this location to grab lunch to hold us over until dinner. We used the drive thru order service. We needed a few minutes to finalize our order. When the employee greeted us at the speaker, she didn't listen to our request for a few more minutes and completely made up an order. She asked "What would you like to drink with that?" My wife asked "Excuse me?" And the employee called out a Spicy chicken sandwich combo. Confused she responded "Can you give us a moment please?". We ended up ordering two 4 for $4 with lemonades. Service was great at the window. At over 90 degrees, it was a great day for a cold lemonade. My wife took a sip and said it tasted odd. I tasted mine, and it tasted spoiled (how do you have spoiled LEMONADE?! I don't even know). My wife went inside to exchange the drinks. She opened the lids and both the drinks smelled like aspartame (what's in nail polish remover?). The manager came over and found a fly in the lemonade. As the employees broadcast how bad the lemonade (in our cups and the lemonade dispenser) smelled, my wife proceeded to request new cups so that we could replace our drinks with the dining room dispenser. This was one of the worst Wendys experiences we've ever had. This is not the quality of service or product that I expect in general, let alone with a pregnant wife. How do you SELL spoiled lemonade to customers?! How do you not offer a refund after such a failure? Smh...I will never return to this location again. Severely disappointed. read more

I love Wendy's this one in particular. The staff is always super friendly. They are slow sometimes and understaffed but it's Wendy's. It's usually quick in the drive through but if you go in you might have to wait longer. They have the best chicken nuggets read more

The inside of the restaurant is very nice and girl behind the counter was friendly. But is it really that hard to put together a cheeseburger? We ordered a double stack with no onion and a Jr cheeseburger with mayo, No pickle, No onion, and no mustard. The double stack had ketchup, mayo, and onion on it; the Jr cheeseburger had ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Is that a twisted joke? Basically everything we requested NOT to be put on the burgers was the only thing they put on the burgers. Not impressed Wendy's, get it together! read more

Today, the cashier gave us coupons for each child to have a frosty; the manager offered me a free large drink for no reason other than to be kind. I try to avoid this Wendy's at all cost because the service is generally terrible! Haven't been here in awhile and wanted to try the Gouda Bacon Cheeseburger. Service was actually really good today, very quick. I requested no onion on my burger and they got it right, but the burger was cold, in fact, the cheese never melted at all.
