Got to try their onion rings today. These were great. I haven't had onion rings this good in over a decade. I'm going to have to go back and eat here again sometime soon. read more

Burger Fi has drastically gone down in quality & customer service. You order from a kiosk now, there is no way to add mayo or anything. Fries are not included and are $4.72. Burgers start at $9.99. The good drink machine is gone. No unsweet tea and no options for a diabetic. Drinks are $3.72. My burger & bacon were burnt and looked nothing like the photo. $30 for hubby and I. We should have gone to Costco for the hotdog like he wanted. I am so sad. I used to love this place. I will say the customer service was great. read more

The worker named Colin was very kind to me and even helped me read the menu. his service skills were off the charts. The food was also good, and I generally enjoyed the experience of being in the building because it was quite clean. read more

The location is at six forks and wake forest rd. two stars are for the food, it was really good. The women's restroom was horrible. The toilet had water running onto the floor and it was filthy. The guy who took our order took 10 mins to clean the table, had a a bad toupee and treated his employees like garbage. read more

Really surprised and please with this place! The burger was seasoned and juicy I would personally get different cheese for the next time but the crispy onions and BurgerFi sauce were really good! The shaker fries were pretty great I love the seasoning! Overall a solid spot definitely not as good as a five guys but on the higher end of "fast food" spots. read more

The food tasted great, we purchased an angus beef cheeseburger and 2 chicken sliders. However, we were taken aback by the service. When our food was placed on the table it went down so hard some of our food left the plate and landed on the table. The atmosphere was also humid inside. While our food was good, we are not sure we would ever return because this was the worst we have ever been treated in an establishment. read more

So I've been to the other location in Wakefield as well and let me just say that one is better. They are charging higher prices at this location and the guy making my shake didn't wear gloves and got it wrong and wore no hair net as well idk wassup w him but I'm not in the mood. Mind you the cooks have hair nets and gloves so I'm just lost as to why this man feels as though he don't have to follow sanitation ( man with the glasses) read more

I got a lettuce wrap burger because I need to watch my sodium. I guess I have to watch for foreign objects in my burger as well. I took it "to go" .I got to the near end of my burger and I bit into something hard. I spit it out. It looked like a hard piece of plastic. So glad I didn't swallow it. . I enjoyed my milkshake though with no problems. I just wish I could finish my burger. The customer service was great though. $25 ..gone read more

I normally never write reviews, but after what happened today, I feel like I need to share my experience with BurgerFi. My son's friend ate the chicken tenders and a burger it and shortly after his blood pressure spiked to 180/120, resulting in a trip to urgent care. While there, one of the nurses mentioned that another woman had come in earlier the same day with extremely high blood pressure after eating at BurgerFi as well. Not long after eating my burger from BurgerFi, I went to a chiropractor appointment and was denied services because my blood pressure was dangerously high at 179/120. In over 50 years, I have NEVER experienced high blood pressure like this -- my readings are usually around 118/80. I can't say for certain what caused it, but the timing was EXTREMELY CONCERNING for all of us. People should be CAUTIOUS and pay attention to how they feel after eating there. This experience was honestly scary. read more

There didn't seem to be a way to customize the toppings on our burgers and I don't care for the thousand island dressing that comes on them. The burger patties themselves lies were good and the burger was filling. The fries could have been hotter but the onion rings were great. It was expensive for what we ordered. read more

The Waygu Burgers are delicious and the onion rings are the best I've ever had, they are huge.

BurgerFi has really grown on me. The VegiFi Burger is at the top of the list. The original is preferred over the spicy simply because the spicy doesn't add as much flavor as expected although it could be your thing! They do offer gluten free buns for a more health conscious option. The staff is nice. The bathroom was out of hand sanitizer and when we asked about they said they didn't have any. Oh well Anyway give them a try if you're passing by and don't mind spending $15 for a small burger, (no side or drink included.) read more

Ordered the standard cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. Service was quick and the food impeccable. I have never tasted a better cheeseburger. The fries perfectly salted. The milkshake just the right thickness you would want. Downright incredible food. read more

Was not what I was expecting. It was actually really good. I had a gluten-free bun with the burger fries special really good.

Today was my second time coming here and the food is amazing but I will say it is very expensive, the burgers don't come with fries you have to pay extra, and today we went through the drive through I payed for extra sauce and didn't receive any. But overall food is good just a bit overpriced and customer service is good! read more

Food not good enough to be as overpriced as it is. What burger place doesn't even come with fries and is $6-8 to order them on the side. Complete rip off. read more

Empty inside. I was the only customer. The restaurant is well-lit, but the floor had a few stray napkins in a few spots. It could use a quick tidy-up. I'm not sure if they had just come off a rush hour. The staff appeared pretty relaxed. I was starving after running my afternoon errands after a long day at the office. I spared a cow and opted for a VeggieFi burger at BurgerFi. I ordered just the VeggieFi burger. The staff here are polite. I used the kiosk for my order, and the staff brought it to my table. Very quick service for a fresh and piping hot VegiFi burger. The flavor is nutty and can be somewhat starchy, but still very good to me. The veggie patty is packed with surprising ingredients - quinoa mixed with green lentils, shredded raw carrot and zucchini, caramelized onions, and sautéed baby bella mushrooms with thyme in a red wine reduction. I added some grilled mushrooms to my burger. Not a vegan meal but close enough for me. Lol Very good! Yes, I'll be back for quick last-minute food. read more

Visiting our daughter in Raleigh and we were all hungry. We like trying new places so we spotted Burgerfi and hopped on in. Clean and casual atmosphere. Music on but not so loud you can't talk at the table. You have the option of ordering at a kiosk or with a staff member. Kiosk ordering is quick and easy and you can add or remove items from your order with ease as well. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Girls got regular cheeseburgers and we split an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Once you order you take a "flag" with a number and grab your table. They bring the order out once ready. Burger buns are "branded" with the kind of burger it is for easy identification at the table if multiple burgers are ordered. The fries are FRESH CUT. Really good but s little "limp" if you know what I mean. A basket of fries is enough for two (maybe three) people just so you know. The onion rings are huge and very crisp. My burger had a lot of bacon on it. I mean A LOT. No complaints mind you and the bacon was crisp! Two huge burger patties with a lot of cheese as well. My wife and daughters burgers were very good. Mine was good as well, good but not great. But you certainly won't complain about the burgers sizes. They are impressive. All told, the bill came to $44 for the three of us. Not terrible considering the amount of food we got. I'm glad we are here and I would eat here again if it was someone else's idea. The burger wasn't enough to "wow" me but it was good and it filled me up. Give Burgerfi a try and I know you will like it. It is definitely worth your time and money. read more

Customer service was good but the burger is a greasy mess with 1 pitiful leaf of lettuce. The bun was soaked in grease and falling apart. It's a nice looking place and the staff are nice, but that's all wasted if the food is no good. read more

this was pick up so it might have been 15 mins from pick up to home but no matter the fries were literally so greasy where they had gone out of the container and into the paper bag it was so greasy it ripped. I reheated the fries and the burger meat and still found it not good! especially not for the cost! McDonalds or Burger King is way better! this is my 2nd try and I really don't want it again! I tried it before and didn't like it but did it again because my dear friend likes it?? i usually only take time to give good reviews but I truly think this place is totally overpriced, over rated, and just not good!!!! sorry!!! read more

Updated review, as it has been some time since I was here last. Noticed some changes to the counter area and some of the menu offerings have changed. Ordered the Breakfast All Day burger, with regular fries and a soft drink. Very minimal wait time. Very favorable and more than ample portions. While a pleasant dining experience, there are two things that I would like to mention. First, the smallest portion of fries is "regular" which is more than enough for two or three people to share and way too many for a single diner. I ate about 1/3 of the portion and hated to throw the rest away. The other is the price. The complete meal seems to be $2-3 higher than similar meals at other burger places. Delicious meal, but not enough of a better experience to justify the higher per meal cost. read more

BurgerFi is located in a shopping plaza with several other businesses and a shared parking lot. There is plenty of seating in the main dining area and in the enclosed patio dining area. Multiple tables inside of the business were not in use to allow for social distancing while dining. The clerk that rang up my food was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Jr. BurgerFi burger that is made with a single patty of natural angus beef and served with lettuce, tomato, and BurgerFi sauce. I also ordered a strawberry shake and a regular size French fry. All of the items are sold separately. I paid a little over $14 for my meal. My food was prepared in a timely manner. There were a lot of fries served in the regular size. Depending on your appetite you may be able to share them. The shake was flavorful and can be topped with whipped cream. The burger was good but the patty was small compared to bun. Overall the food and service was good and I was satisfied after eating my meal. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The employees don't even make eye contact with you the whole entire time you're there and make you feel like YOU'RE interrupting THEM! Always forget items in your order and the customer service makes it not even worth it. if I could leave no stars I would. read more

I was on the road with a colleague all day, and we just wanted to grab a quick bite and go to our hotel. We spotted BurgerFi and decided it would be better than a drive thru fast food joint. Nice restaurant with online ordering at the counter. We both got basic cheeseburgers, I got onion rings, and my colleague got fries. I thought the onion rings were pretty damn good. The burgers were fresh and very tasty. I was impressed. I'd come back for sure. read more

Very bad of me to wait three years since I was here for the Yelp's Burger Bash Elite Event at BurgerFi event https://www.yelp.com/biz/yelps-burger-bash-elite-event-at-burgerfi-raleigh-raleigh?hrid=iyA45YhpUMFQdkhiJlVc0Q. My hotel isn't far away and I was craving a good burger so with positive memories of the event, I headed here. The restaurant is clean and the gent who took my order was helpful. When I mentioned that I was on a keto diet, he led me to switching my order for their keto burger which comes with bacon and a fried egg and no ketchup (because ketchup has carbs and carbs are bad). The burger was ready quickly and it was a great lettuce wrap. I was actually able to eat almost the whole thing before it collapsed. Nicely cooked with plenty of melty cheese, it was delicious! They do have some beers and there's a Coke Freestyle machine. I'll be back but sooner than three years. [Review 12957 overall, 273 of 2020.] read more

Had a horrible experience when I went in to pick up my order at the store. The bald old lady at the counter exclaimed that she was about to get off in 15 minutes. And when I had told her I ordered something on DoorDash she said "What the hell took you so long?" I've been having a hard week and her saying that to me made it worse. She has been the rudest, ugliest, most disrespectful, and most disgusting person I've ever encountered. There was traffic I couldn't help I took long to get to the location. I work in a restaurant as well and I understand that the job working in food is stressful but l have never spoken to a customer in that manner. Management, please talk to your employees and teach them how to have some manners, if not fire them. read more

Delicious food. The hamburger was juicy and full of flavor. Good service. The fries were delicious although they could have been hotter. One weakness is that they don't have combos on most options which makes each choice more expensive than it should be. read more

This is my son's favorite Soda place. I know that this is a burger place, but to my kid this is his spot for gourmet soda. By Gourmet he means the freestyle soda machine. Ordered 5 different orders with coworkers from DoorDash. It was TERRIBLE. Meat was clearly not freshly cooked and there was an issue with most of them. Stepped up the the register and asked if they took cash. No friendly greeting. Yes they took cash but she was not ready yet and I needed to wait. The fries were cold and under cooked. Every one in my party of 7 was disappointed. We really should have sent them all back. I got the deluxe bacon cheese burger. It too was cold and the bacon was just this "wad" of bacon strips that just did not work. It looked like zero thought was put into how the burger was put together and presented. I got a drink, the soda machine was out of 70% of the options, to include no diet options. I just got the unsweet tea. All for $20. Maybe my mistake was showing up at 11:10AM on a Sunday? With so many burger options out there, why would I ever go back? read more

Walked in at 8:30pm, before ordering we were notified no fries, no chili. well the only other side option is onion rings...and only 5 in an order. we ordered 1 burger, 3 chicken tenders, onions, 5 wings, and 2 soft drinks....$46.97. while waiting for food, we noticed the table over just got their order. Lo and behold they had fries! Really? Guess no one wanted to cook fries bc they close at 9:00. Yet wings had to be cooked. The floor was nasty! The drink serving area needed a good cleaning. Too bad we didn't look around before ordering. read more

First time here. Not the friendliest reception, however the cashier was nice to the toddler that was next in line, so I guess that was something. I got the CEO burger & regular fries. For the most expensive burger, I was a bit underwhelmed. It's a wagyu/brisket blend, candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli & swiss. It had flavor, but not as much as I was anticipating. All the burgers come with 2 patties, but you can get just one (which is what I did), but I would recommend the 2, b/c 1 was fairly small. The hand-cut fries were tasty & quite plentiful (but then again should be when the smallest size you can buy is $3.50). I will give them points for the manager stopping by each table to see how everything was... because of that, I will give them another shot. read more
