The Waygu Burgers are delicious and the onion rings are the best I've ever had, they are huge.

I normally never write reviews, but after what happened today, I feel like I need to share my experience with BurgerFi. My son's friend ate the chicken tenders and a burger it and shortly after his blood pressure spiked to 180/120, resulting in a trip to urgent care. While there, one of the nurses mentioned that another woman had come in earlier the same day with extremely high blood pressure after eating at BurgerFi as well. Not long after eating my burger from BurgerFi, I went to a chiropractor appointment and was denied services because my blood pressure was dangerously high at 179/120. In over 50 years, I have NEVER experienced high blood pressure like this -- my readings are usually around 118/80. I can't say for certain what caused it, but the timing was EXTREMELY CONCERNING for all of us. People should be CAUTIOUS and pay attention to how they feel after eating there. Really surprised and please with this place! The burger was seasoned and juicy I would personally get different cheese for the next time but the crispy onions and BurgerFi sauce were really good! The shaker fries were pretty great I love the seasoning! Overall a solid spot definitely not as good as a five guys but on the higher end of "fast food" spots. read more

Today was my second time coming here and the food is amazing but I will say it is very expensive, the burgers don't come with fries you have to pay extra, and today we went through the drive through I payed for extra sauce and didn't receive any. But overall food is good just a bit overpriced and customer service is good! read more

There didn't seem to be a way to customize the toppings on our burgers and I don't care for the thousand island dressing that comes on them. BurgerFi has really grown on me. The VegiFi Burger is at the top of the list. The original is preferred over the spicy simply because the spicy doesn't add as much flavor as expected although it could be your thing! They do offer gluten free buns for a more health conscious option. The staff is nice. The bathroom was out of hand sanitizer and when we asked about they said they didn't have any. Oh well Anyway give them a try if you're passing by and don't mind spending $15 for a small burger, (no side or drink included.) read more

I got a lettuce wrap burger because I need to watch my sodium. I guess I have to watch for foreign objects in my burger as well. this was pick up so it might have been 15 mins from pick up to home but no matter the fries were literally so greasy where they had gone out of the container and into the paper bag it was so greasy it ripped. I reheated the fries and the burger meat and still found it not good! especially not for the cost! McDonalds or Burger King is way better! this is my 2nd try and I really don't want it again! I spared a cow and opted for a VeggieFi burger at BurgerFi. I ordered just the VeggieFi burger. The staff here are polite. I used the kiosk for my order, and the staff brought it to my table. Very quick service for a fresh and piping hot VegiFi burger. The flavor is nutty and can be somewhat starchy, but still very good to me. The veggie patty is packed with surprising ingredients - quinoa mixed with green lentils, shredded raw carrot and zucchini, caramelized onions, and sautéed baby bella mushrooms with thyme in a red wine reduction. Visiting our daughter in Raleigh and we were all hungry. We like trying new places so we spotted Burgerfi and hopped on in. Clean and casual atmosphere. Music on but not so loud you can't talk at the table. You have the option of ordering at a kiosk or with a staff member. Kiosk ordering is quick and easy and you can add or remove items from your order with ease as well. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Girls got regular cheeseburgers and we split an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Once you order you take a "flag" with a number and grab your table. They bring the order out once ready. Burger buns are "branded" with the kind of burger it is for easy identification at the table if multiple burgers are ordered. The fries are FRESH CUT. Really good but s little "limp" if you know what I mean. A basket of fries is enough for two (maybe three) people just so you know. The onion rings are huge and very crisp. My burger had a lot of bacon on it. I mean A LOT. No complaints mind you and the bacon was crisp! Two huge burger patties with a lot of cheese as well. My wife and daughters burgers were very good. Mine was good as well, good but not great. But you certainly won't complain about the burgers sizes. They are impressive. All told, the bill came to $44 for the three of us. Not terrible considering the amount of food we got. I'm glad we are here and I would eat here again if it was someone else's idea. Had a horrible experience when I went in to pick up my order at the store. The bald old lady at the counter exclaimed that she was about to get off in 15 minutes. And when I had told her I ordered something on DoorDash she said "What the hell took you so long?" I've been having a hard week and her saying that to me made it worse. She has been the rudest, ugliest, most disrespectful, and most disgusting person I've ever encountered. There was traffic I couldn't help I took long to get to the location. I work in a restaurant as well and I understand that the job working in food is stressful but l have never spoken to a customer in that manner. BurgerFi is located in a shopping plaza with several other businesses and a shared parking lot. There is plenty of seating in the main dining area and in the enclosed patio dining area. Multiple tables inside of the business were not in use to allow for social distancing while dining. The clerk that rang up my food was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Jr. BurgerFi burger that is made with a single patty of natural angus beef and served with lettuce, tomato, and BurgerFi sauce. I also ordered a strawberry shake and a regular size French fry. All of the items are sold separately. I paid a little over $14 for my meal. My food was prepared in a timely manner. There were a lot of fries served in the regular size. Depending on your appetite you may be able to share them. The shake was flavorful and can be topped with whipped cream. The burger was good but the patty was small compared to bun. Overall the food and service was good and I was satisfied after eating my meal. read more

Updated review, as it has been some time since I was here last. Noticed some changes to the counter area and some of the menu offerings have changed. Ordered the Breakfast All Day burger, with regular fries and a soft drink. Very minimal wait time. Very favorable and more than ample portions. While a pleasant dining experience, there are two things that I would like to mention. First, the smallest portion of fries is "regular" which is more than enough for two or three people to share and way too many for a single diner. I ate about 1/3 of the portion and hated to throw the rest away. The other is the price. The complete meal seems to be $2-3 higher than similar meals at other burger places. Delicious meal, but not enough of a better experience to justify the higher per meal cost. read more

When I mentioned that I was on a keto diet, he led me to switching my order for their keto burger which comes with bacon and a fried egg and no ketchup (because ketchup has carbs and carbs are bad). The burger was ready quickly and it was a great lettuce wrap. I was actually able to eat almost the whole thing before it collapsed. Nicely cooked with plenty of melty cheese, it was delicious! This is my son's favorite Soda place. I know that this is a burger place, but to my kid this is his spot for gourmet soda. By Gourmet he means the freestyle soda machine. In our first visit to Burgerfi, we noticed that there were no clean tables. A staff member cleaned one upon request. Apparently, they need to hire more staff. The Wagu burger was disappointing. It was over priced and did not taste as good as other fast food restaurants. The onion rings were very tasty, but were litterly dripping in oil. $48 dollars for (single) burgers, onion rings and drinks for three people was a surprise. First time here. Not the friendliest reception, however the cashier was nice to the toddler that was next in line, so I guess that was something. I got the CEO burger & regular fries. For the most expensive burger, I was a bit underwhelmed. It's a wagyu/brisket blend, candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli & swiss. It had flavor, but not as much as I was anticipating. All the burgers come with 2 patties, but you can get just one (which is what I did), but I would recommend the 2, b/c 1 was fairly small. The hand-cut fries were tasty & quite plentiful (but then again should be when the smallest size you can buy is $3.50).
