Honestly, if I ever went back I'd just do a regular burger without the bacon and no fries . Although the fries were decent. I'm not a huge fan! The service was satisfactory here. Nothing to really call out!

There is a parking lot next to the building - they will tow you if you park there and don't go into the restaurant though. So don't wander away. Sometimes they have a greeter, sometimes it's a seat yourself situation. Service is quick, the menu is large without being overwhelming, and the most important part: the food is good. I always get a classic, all the fixings, and fries. I also always bribe my husband to get the onion rings with his food and then we swap a little. The MoJoe sauce that comes with the onion rings is money! Also the onion rings somehow manage to stay together in each bite, which is awesome. I'm a big fan!

Pick up your meal at the counter and it's time to eat! I did their popular truffle burger with fries Italiano and OMG! The burger was amazingly tender, rich and delicious. Tender grilled beef, smoky Gouda cheese, caramelized onions and truffle flavoring throughout. The skin-on fries with shaved parm, rosemary and garlic made for the perfect side. While the bar is not open yet, it looks like CowBar North Hills will have some beers and drinks to go with your burger. Overall I am super happy with what I experienced at CowBar. While the food is a touch pricey, it's totally worth the money and a better option to dine here, versus a crowded, noisy spot. Enjoy, Raleigh.
