In our first visit to Burgerfi, we noticed that there were no clean tables. A staff member cleaned one upon request. Apparently, they need to hire more staff. The Wagu burger was disappointing. It was over priced and did not taste as good as other fast food restaurants. I wasn't that hungry, so I got the single BurgerFi cheeseburger, yet it was still filling and favorable. I ordered regular Cajun fries and their double cheeseburger. I made it halfway through the fries and devoured the burger. Excellent. I was kind of surprised at the small size of the burger, as was my dinner companion. I reminded him it was a burger joint that served natural beef for the health of their patrons. We like this BurgerFI location because it is bright and airy with an expansive terrace with flat screens. This visit we opted to sit inside. After taking a few moments to look at their menu we finally got decisive with the following orders: I went with the Breakfast All Day Burger: Natural Angus Burger, American Cheese, Bacon, Maple Syrup, Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Grilled Onions, Ketchup This.Was.Incredible. The ingredients may look a little weird on paper but this went together so well. The hash browns and fried egg just melded perfectly with my burger. The maple syrup was just enough sweetness to complete this burger of perfection. Hubby chose the CEO: Double Wagyu + Brisket Blend Burger, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese He commented how he loved the deep flavor profile. The candied bacon tomato jam was so unique he asked the cashier whether they sold this on the side to take home ! My little one chose from their fun kids menu(btw kids eat free on Tuesdays with an afult purchase): Single burger with a natural snack and a "freestyle" drink from their amazing soda machine, teas or Lemonades. We went with a side order of  "Cry + Fry" :                . Double battered Onion Rings and hand cut Fries. We choose one of their fry premium toppings of Parm, Herb and Garlic Aioli. BurgerFi is my jam! Hello Mr. CEO! Since I've tried the CEO burger I can't bring my self to order anything else. The tomato bacon jam is on point. I also love all the custard options they have, most recently we enjoyed a root beer float and it was delicious. They use Boylan's soda with their floats which I am a big fan of. Fries and onion rings are huge, perfect for sharing. The downside can be the wait. On the weekend they can get really slammed! On a good day you may wait about ten minutes for your food, on a crazy night it has taken over forty minutes. When you are hungry waiting forty minutes at a fast casual spot is no fun. When it gets cold they still keep their garage doors open and the patio has a ton of heaters for additional seating. Great for additional seats, but it makes the whole restaurant cold which isn't great. Overall great spot for a tasty burger, wouldn't recommend going in at peak times like Friday and Saturday night. read more

We stopped at BurgerFi on our way to the airport wanted something quick and yummy. We all thought this was a fun place to grab a burger and the prices were reasonable. They had a good selection of different burgers and fries. The burger itself was good but nothing I'd rave about. They have a fry option called the "cry fry" which includes three large onion rings on top of a pile of fries. My mom and I got this to share and it was plenty for the two of us. The onion rings had such a thick batter and were extremely greasy that neither of us were able to eat a full onion ring. If you can tolerate a lot of grease, then I'm sure you'd find this place delicious. Overall, I don't have any complaints other than the grease. Went in to pick up our order and the girl working the register did not care to acknowledge that any guests had just walked in nor did she care to ask if we were here to order/pick up..nothing. Finally got her attention (we were literally the only ones there) and got our order. When I bit into the burger the first thing I noticed was how juicy it was with oils and fats. The burger tasted amazing!! I couldn't believe how close it tasted to beef. I made my fiancé try it as well and she couldn't believe how close it tasted to beef. I was so happy to find a new sandwich that tasted so good that actually wasn't meat. As I begin to work on my final pieces of the sandwich I noticed a sharp pain in my stomach... I felt like someone had dropped a boulder in my belly. I hadn't felt this feeling in years! My fiancé told me to go double check with the guys that this burger was indeed the Beyond Meat. I didn't think to do this because all of the reviews that I had read were ones where people where saying it looks, feels and tastes just like real beef so I was sold that I had the right meat. Long story short I get to the counter with my plate and the young man behind the counter looked at my receipt then looked at my sandwich and he immediately apologized. They had given me a 100% BEEF burger (DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER TO BE EXACT). I was so upset that I couldn't show it. As I stood that with a major upset stomach the cooks looked at me with smirks on there faces. There was a lady working behind the counter that tried to "chastise" then but that was no good. They rebutted back to her and that was the end of that. The manager gave me a refund of the sandwich and a card to come back with $9 on it. Thanks for that but honestly that was not enough. The cleanliness could use some work in this area, but nothing that would keep me away. The menus are all nice LEDs and lists burgers, hot dogs, fries, custards, drinks, etc. I went for a classic cheeseburger with the Burger-Fi sauce and ordered Family Size Urban Fries. The burger was good but small. The fries however were massive! It could feed a family of 5 easily. The urban fries are layered with parmesan and garlic aioli. My buddy also ordered the Cajun fries, which were good as well. I suggest getting some Burger-Fi sauce on the side and dipping the fries in there too! The only negative we experienced was the rude staff member taking our order. He was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu. There was no one in line either!
