Tried to ask a question on how to order my daughter's food without the kiosk since the option she wanted wasn't there. The girl at the desk told me I had to order something else and walked away. Horrible service. We walked out.

I got a lettuce wrap burger because I need to watch my sodium. I guess I have to watch for foreign objects in my burger as well. I took it "to go" .I got to the near end of my burger and I bit into something hard. I spit it out. It looked like a hard piece of plastic. So glad I didn't swallow it. . I enjoyed my milkshake though with no problems. I just wish I could finish my burger. The customer service was great though. $25 ..gone

Customer service was good but the burger is a greasy mess with 1 pitiful leaf of lettuce. The bun was soaked in grease and falling apart. It's a nice looking place and the staff are nice, but that's all wasted if the food is no good.

Empty inside. I was the only customer. The restaurant is well-lit, but the floor had a few stray napkins in a few spots. It could use a quick tidy-up. I'm not sure if they had just come off a rush hour. The staff appeared pretty relaxed. I was starving after running my afternoon errands after a long day at the office. I spared a cow and opted for a VeggieFi burger at BurgerFi. I ordered just the VeggieFi burger. The staff here are polite. I used the kiosk for my order, and the staff brought it to my table. Very quick service for a fresh and piping hot VegiFi burger. The flavor is nutty and can be somewhat starchy, but still very good to me. The veggie patty is packed with surprising ingredients - quinoa mixed with green lentils, shredded raw carrot and zucchini, caramelized onions, and sautéed baby bella mushrooms with thyme in a red wine reduction. I added some grilled mushrooms to my burger. Not a vegan meal but close enough for me. Lol Very good! Yes, I'll be back for quick last-minute food.

Visiting our daughter in Raleigh and we were all hungry. We like trying new places so we spotted Burgerfi and hopped on in. Clean and casual atmosphere. Music on but not so loud you can't talk at the table. You have the option of ordering at a kiosk or with a staff member. Kiosk ordering is quick and easy and you can add or remove items from your order with ease as well. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Girls got regular cheeseburgers and we split an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Once you order you take a "flag" with a number and grab your table. They bring the order out once ready. Burger buns are "branded" with the kind of burger it is for easy identification at the table if multiple burgers are ordered. The fries are FRESH CUT. Really good but s little "limp" if you know what I mean. A basket of fries is enough for two (maybe three) people just so you know. The onion rings are huge and very crisp. My burger had a lot of bacon on it. I mean A LOT. No complaints mind you and the bacon was crisp! Two huge burger patties with a lot of cheese as well. My wife and daughters burgers were very good. Mine was good as well, good but not great. But you certainly won't complain about the burgers sizes. They are impressive. All told, the bill came to $44 for the three of us. Not terrible considering the amount of food we got. I'm glad we are here and I would eat here again if it was someone else's idea. The burger wasn't enough to "wow" me but it was good and it filled me up. Give Burgerfi a try and I know you will like it. It is definitely worth your time and money.

Burgers not bad at all! To me they like in-between Shakeshakeshack and fiveguys. With ssshack quality and fiveguys burger size, - burgerfi goes in-between to me. The staff in this cary location is turn off, not accommodating at all!!!

Burgers & fries

My wife and I went and liked the food (burgers & fries), but it was expensive for you get. We both said we wouldn't go back just because of the lack of value. There are places just as good or better for less money.

BurgerFi is located in a shopping plaza with several other businesses and a shared parking lot. There is plenty of seating in the main dining area and in the enclosed patio dining area. Multiple tables inside of the business were not in use to allow for social distancing while dining. The clerk that rang up my food was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Jr. BurgerFi burger that is made with a single patty of natural angus beef and served with lettuce, tomato, and BurgerFi sauce. I also ordered a strawberry shake and a regular size French fry. All of the items are sold separately. I paid a little over $14 for my meal. My food was prepared in a timely manner. There were a lot of fries served in the regular size. Depending on your appetite you may be able to share them. The shake was flavorful and can be topped with whipped cream. The burger was good but the patty was small compared to bun. Overall the food and service was good and I was satisfied after eating my meal.

Christmas time is beautiful, as they decorate the ceiling with garments and ornaments and other decorations around the massive restaurant, but reservations are needed no later than 6 months in advance. If you're fine waiting 3 hours for a table max, then you will be fine. Every single time we come to Angus Barn, something is different. Now they give you a soup or salad with your meal, along with bread! The cheese and crackers are famous among the people and are a great way to start your meal. The bread is so fresh also! All components in their house salad is great. Everything is awesome! The prime rib is tender and has such good flavor. Their mac n' cheese is the way to go. Their recipe is constantly changing. Like what I previously said, something is different every time you come to Angus Barn. The chocolate chess pie is the best I've had. This is a MUST when dining at Angus Barn. You HAVE to get the chocolate chess pie. The service is some of the best in the restaurant business and all do a great job at explaining things. So kind and professional! Once again, if you're around Raleigh and don't come to Angus Barn, you are missing out. I highly recommend you come. So good!

Food: I was in a caviar mood. Hubby was in lobster roll mood. Well- they had both and they had both of those in one plate. We tried the classic caviar with house made potato chips and crème fraiche. Classic yet so delish- the house made chips were amazing. Delicate. Crème fraiche was just perfect. We ordered lobster roll which was the best I've had. But what was out of the world- dish was mini lobster roll and crab roll with caviar. I felt that this was the super star of what we ordered today - absolutely amazing. Note: it's not the same with the regular lobster or crab roll/ prepared different. (Mini: crème fraiche vs butter). We also tried the lamb and it was exceptional. Truffle fries were delicious. We loved everything we ordered. Service: shout out to Crystal who had a million dollar smile, enthusiastic to make the experience memorable. Recommendations from her was on point. She really was an amazing part of the experience at RH. Price: on the higher side. But - it was worth the experience and left with happy palate. I ordered the green bean Bibb lettuce salad and added salmon. I am telling you, the salmon that came was TINY. Like child portion tiny. I decided to wrap it up and take home, because there were other things on our table I wanted to eat....went home and got my trusty food scale out. The salmon was 2.3 ounces. Keep in mind the price of the salad was $24. To add the salmon it was AN ADDITIONAL $21. Just sit with that for a minute....no amount of vibes and atmosphere are going to make feeling like a sucker work for me. The fried artichoke appetizer was excellent. The warm chocolate chip cookies, great. My husband ordered the Chinese chicken salad and we both noted that the salad was smaller than when we visited 6 months ago, and it was 80% wontons for $32. There are other quality restaurants that also have atmosphere and great service in raleigh. There's no need to spend money endorsing this craziness. Oh and they have a "cocktail" menu, but don't have a liquor license.

The sampler has wings, pimento cheese balls, soul rolls and southern style deviled eggs. The wings had a good flavor to them very traditional bbq style taste, the cheese balls were right up my alley crunchy outside and gooey on the inside. My first time trying deviled eggs I can say they were actually pleasant. The soul roll had this good taste with a subtle head to it just to spice it up. Overall really enjoyable apps. With so many options to choose from we all ended up getting the Double combo. I had Brisket and bbq chicken with Mac n cheese, brussel sprouts and. Sweet potatoe casserole. The chicken was the only piece lacking in comparison to the others. The brisket was very solid, very good enough to order again. The sides however were amazing. The Mac and cheese had such a good taste to it, the brussel sprouts had a blend with bacon bits and something glazed on them that was perfect and the sweet potatoes was another great side addition to the rest. The staff is consistently friendly, the food is always great, and the space is clean, lively, and welcoming. It works just as well for families and date nights as it does for friend gatherings or corporate dinners, whether it's a large group or just a few of us out for an offsite meal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The appetizers are all solid, and I'm fairly certain I've taken down an entire guacamole plate on my own before. The Caesar salad is a favorite, and I usually choose between one of their steaks, which has never disappointed. We've also dined with people who have dietary restrictions including gluten-free and vegetarian needs, and the kitchen has always been accommodating. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and parking has always been easy and convenient, which is a big plus when you're coming in with a group. One small, constructive note from earlier visits is that a couple of servers were newer and less comfortable with wine recommendations. This is completely understandable and didn't detract from the experience, but having a quick backup or simple pairing guidance could make business dinners even smoother. On our most recent visit, I arrived late and the group had already ordered wine, and the selections were excellent. The food was outstanding, the service was seamless, and everything came together beautifully. Overall, Doc B's continues to be a reliable, enjoyable spot with great food, a welcoming vibe, and strong service. I always look forward to coming back when I'm in town, and if you're ever on the fence, don't hesitate. It's absolutely worth the visit.

We showed up early with our 1.5 year old daughter and they were able to seat us immediately. The area felt spacious, although that could be due to the fact that it wasn't super packed inside. I ordered the short rib benedict, my husband got the chicken & waffle sandwich, and we ordered my daughter a side of the mac & cheese. What a delicious meal! The short rib was tender and flavorful, and sat on top of a biscuit (what's not to love here?!) - horseradish hollandaise was the perfect touch as the horseradish pairs nicely with the beef. The chicken & waffle sandwich was the best guilty pleasure! Waffle crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, chicken breaded and fried with a nice crunch, and a nice hot honey syrup to go alongside -- wish this had a little more heat. To our surprise, the mac & cheese side was a highlight too! It's hard to get a good mac n cheese, but this had such a rich, white cheese, slight funk flavor - delicious. We came in today with reasonable expectations after finding the restaurant online and seeing mostly positive reviews. We ordered several items to share as a family: broccoli cheddar soup, a French dip sandwich with green beans, and poutine fries. Unfortunately, the broccoli cheddar soup was very bland and lacked seasoning. We had a few bites and ended up leaving the rest. The French dip was the standout of the meal. While the meat itself was a bit dry, dipping it in the au jus made it the most enjoyable and edible item we ordered. The poutine fries were disappointing. They were very basic and didn't resemble what I would expect from poutine--more like prepackaged frozen fries that had been deep-fried. We didn't finish them and left most behind, though we still paid for them. Our child wouldn't eat any of the food, so we ordered the fried ravioli appetizer, hoping it would be similar to versions we've had elsewhere. Sadly, that was another letdown. Although we were told there was no breading, the texture suggested otherwise. This was the one item we did send back. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone with food allergies or sensitivities, as much of the food appears to be made from frozen or prepackaged items. That said, our server was absolutely wonderful--the highlight of the visit. She was kind, attentive, kept our drinks refilled, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Her sweet demeanor and constant smile were honestly the reason we didn't complain more at the time. While I wouldn't return for the food, I might consider stopping by again strictly for drinks during a sporting event. Otherwise, this just wasn't the dining experience we were hoping for.
