After this visit to BurgerFi I can't quite understand why we haven't been in so long. Our food came out super fresh and it was way more satisfying and tasty than I was expecting or remembered. The service was also really good and they came and cleared our table for us when we finished. I ordered the regular cheeseburger which was really flavorful and really satisfied my craving for a burger. It was really filling too, which is good since it's not exactly a cheap burger. And then 4 of us split a large onion rings and French fries. The onion rings here are the best! They were superrrr hot and I love how big they are! I have always liked my onion rings with more onion and not too thick or messy of a batter and these meet that criteria. And the fries also came out really fresh and we devoured those as well. I always shop at Trader Joe's and this cute little spot had always caught my eye, so I finally went last night. (I had thought it was a sit down restaruant) We walked in about an hour before they were about to close, but the cashier still greeted us with a smile and asked if we had any questions. We explained it was our first time and he was very nice and explained the menu to us (it can be a little overwhelming if you've never been) and asked more what we were looking for in our burgers and advising on the best route to go. The only edge Burgerfi has over other "burger joints" is they offer beer, wine and frozen custard. The frozen custard treats are terrific and probably worth the price. It's the rest of the menu that's overpriced and not up to par. Almost $50 for 3 burgers, 1 large fry, 3 fountain drinks and 3 frozen custards. There's no tip involved here. The ingredients may look a little weird on paper but this went together so well. The hash browns and fried egg just melded perfectly with my burger. Hubby chose the CEO: Double Wagyu + Brisket Blend Burger, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese He commented how he loved the deep flavor profile. The candied bacon tomato jam was so unique he asked the cashier whether they sold this on the side to take home ! My little one chose from their fun kids menu(btw kids eat free on Tuesdays with an afult purchase): Single burger with a natural snack and a "freestyle" drink from their amazing soda machine, teas or Lemonades. We went with a side order of  "Cry + Fry" :                . Double battered Onion Rings and hand cut Fries. We choose one of their fry premium toppings of Parm, Herb and Garlic Aioli. This was our first visit here and I hate giving a place less than four stars (giving the benefit of the doubt) but our burgers were average. I guess I was expecting a medium cooked piece of beef but our meat was way over cooked. We walked in and it's decently decorated for a burger joint. We ordered the breakfast all day burger and onion rings. We didn't order fries as it was our attempt to "be good" ;-) it wasn't that crowded but our food took some time before our pager buzzed. When we received our food I noticed that they use the buns I love. Not too crusty but light and soft. The all day breakfast burger has cheese, hash browns, bacon, fried egg, onions, and syrup. The combo sounded amazing and looked great in the menu but the taste was average. We ended up taking the hash browns off as they weren't fresh and stale. Very similar to Five Guys, BurgerFi cooks up some mean cheeseburgers but they have their own little flavor. They also have more things than just burgers- they have veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, and custard shakes. AND they have several local beers on tap- a definite plus that 5guys lacks!! Though you can't get your burger cooked however you want, you can get whatever toppings on it for a great price. I ordered a cheeseburger with jalapenos, special sauce, pickles, and onions. Sara ordered the bacon cheeseburger with toppings, and we shared an order of fries. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine so I got a drink and Sara got a local Aviator beer, and our bill was $19!! WOW. This place is much better than Five Guys... their ingredients are great & they have more options. The only thing I really didn't like was that I was advised that their tip jar is taken up my management at the end of the night and saved up for a pizza party. They had quite a bit of tips in there, and the girl at the counter told me they've only had one party in the last 4 months.... so I feel that their tip jar is a bit of a scam! This place has an amazing burger! I got it delivered (via a service) for lunch & loved it. Their burgers are juicy and flavorful. I piled mine with cheese, pickles, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomato. Burger Fi sauce on the side (this was good too). The fries were also good, but could have been less well done & actually hot when delivered. They were not hot at all. I've been checking out Burgerfi for a few months now and finally decided to stop in. The first thing I noticed and loved was their menu. If you are picky about what you like/do not like on your burger, this is definitely the place for you. Next to their "custom" burgers is an array of burger sizes and toppings in which to build your own burger. It was a little overwhelming, but I am so glad that they have so many options just in case one does have any allergies or again is just particular about what they like. The lady at the counter was very patient with me as I looked over the menu and then handed me a paper menu when she saw I was struggling with what to decide. After telling her it was my first time here she took a minute to explain the menu and options to me, which I thought was very courteous. I decided on the Burgerfi Burger without cheese, a double patty, and green style (I love that you can get your burger wrapped in lettuce for no additional charge!). I also decided to get a regular French fry with no toppings--although there are tons of them just like the burgers. I waited a little while for my food, but it was worth it as I saw them physically cutting potatoes and their burgers are made fresh. The food is given to you on a metal tray, which I thought was cute and easy to carry. The burger patties were full of flavor and I loved their Burgerfi sauce, which is a mayonnaise base/mix. I also really enjoyed the French fries, which still had the skin on them. They were not greasy and you could tell that they were hand cut and fresh. The only thing I wish that they advertised that their fries are cooked in peanut oil on the menu, not on the paper which is covered by your food. Overall I really enjoyed my first experience at Burgerfi--the service and the food was great. I see why one of my co-workers drives here from Fayetteville to get a burger. The burgers and fries are fresh and they use natural/locally sourced ingredients, which makes one (well at least me) feel better when I am eating a burger and fries (smile). In other words, a really delicious burger!!! I've recently started to fall in love with burgers and fries. He liked the huge onion rings, burger (agreed on the small size patty)and beer - but BOY, the jalapenos were especially hot today! I was extremely disappointed in the size of the burgers for both of us. I had asked at the counter if they could cook it medium, and he said "no". But I didn't expect them to be flattened to a quarter of an inch and barely fill the bun (or lettuce in my case). Sure, they may be a little small, but that's actually a good thing considering you're going to want to engorge yourself with the best onion rings of your life.
