We stopped in for lunch which seems incredibly busy but they get the burgers out rather fast. Thought the burger was really good and they serve them thin style with a soft bun which Im a big fan of. Will definitely be back and overall I was real impressed by this place which I had low expectations for due to it being a chain. read more

burgers had hard things in them. tables not cleaned. wine in cans? wth. fries greasy.

BurgerFi is a good place to try if you're in the mood for a good fast food style burger. Definitely better quality than actual fast food joints such as McDonalds, BK, etc. One thing I really like is that they don't use hormones or antibiotics in their meat which a huge plus. I've been here a couple times but almost recently I came and ordered a cheeseburger with a single patty, an order of onion rings, and an Oreo milkshake. Everything was really good. One complaint I had is that the milkshakes are pretty skimpy.. there is only one size so it seemed weird they barely filled it to the top and gave me a small dollop of whipped cream. Normally milkshakes are filled to the brim and the whipped cream is seeping through the top. Another issue is this place gets PACKED!! I came at the perfect time but as I was waiting for my food I noticed about 15-20 people were waiting in line after I got there. Definitely plan for this!! Last thing to point out is that the service was awesome. The guy at the counter handling the food pick up was super friendly and asked if I wanted any sauces which I LOVED because I am a huge sauce person. Personally I'm a bigger Five Guys fan but BurgerFi is definitely worth a visit. read more

Great customer service. I was a first timer here and the guy explained the menu to me. The burger was delicious but it was expensive. I paid $16 and the fries and drinks were separate. They don't have combos so your sides and drinks are extra read more

I bought the Burgerfi Cheeseburger and I must say It was delicious and the fries are fresh and tasty. I also got a milkshake and it is so good after this burger and fries. BurgerFi - My first burger at Burgerfi - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

These are decent burgers but if you order delivery they pay absolutely no attention to getting your order right. The last three times I've ordered they've screwed it up. No cheese on a cheeseburger, then missing aioli that I paid extra for, then only one patty on a double cheeseburger. read more

Should have gone to McDonalds. At least my burger would have been hot... it's hard to understand how something can be so terribly overcooked and cold at the same time. I would give zero stars if it was an option. read more

BurgerFi - 2 BurgerFi Cheeseburgers & Large Fries Urban Style #Delicious 2 thumbs up - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

Wanted a burger. Expected something different here. Found it was just fast food on a smaller scale. Somewhat like Five Guys, burger and fries. Fries, fresh cut and hot, well seasoned. Burger not as expected, but just had the single. Will visit again and try a different burger. read more

Nice hang out spot, the BurgerFi cheeseburger with fries was good but I personally thought they were too expensive. I felt that the taste of food should have been a little better with how much we paid. read more

We have eaten here several times over the last few years. The service is always good when I patronize the restaurant however, in my opinion the food is bit pricey for the quality. Do not get me wrong the food is good. read more

So many burger choices, but this is always consistent experience, a great burger and fries, friendly and efficient service, and clean. This may be the best burger and fries in town at least in top 2 or 3 definitely give them a try. read more

Food is good, when you finally get it. They need new management at the raleigh wake forest rd. location. Someone that understands the importance of fulfilling online orders in a timely manner. I ordered food at 12:37. Website says ready at 12: 53. I know better. Go to pick it up at 1: 00, order hasn't even begun being made yet!! Nor the 2 people who ordered online in front of us!!! It was my birthday, we had plans, and we were on a time limit and needed to eat and go. Received the food at 1:20. Ridiculously overpriced with this level of service. read more

First time at a BurgerFi and we were disappointed. Cookout is how I'd compare it but much more expensive. Not to mention they forgot one of our burgers in our to go order. $29 for two burgers, fries and tenders, this may not sound that bad but for the quality I was upset. Not even worth going back for the free burger. Don't waste your time. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Because of my experience here on Dec 11th, at 1:10pm, I will never eat at a BurgerFi EVER again. Our order was placed, we waited 40 mins for our food and during that 40 mins I had to ask the girls at the register if our food would be ready soon nicely because everyone in the restaurant had their food , even people who ordered after us. She said it was next the first time I asked, saw another 5 orders go ahead of us and so I felt the need to ask again, only to be laughed at by all the girls at the counter. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people go through behind closed doors, but this was absurd and just very disrespectful. I only write reviews when I've had an exceptional experience somewhere, but today I wrote my first negative review in hopes it saves someone from being put in a terrible mood and eating gross food. read more

Worst hamburger I have ever had. Dry. Very overpriced. Onion rings very greasy. Don't think I will return.

This place is so good. The burgers are great, fresh ingredients are used. The fries are probably some of the best fries I've ever had. You can get a great burger and fries at a lot of places though. What sets this place apart is that it is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The staff answered our many questions, made recommendations and were patient. I seriously love this place and can't wait t9 come back for their milkshakes. Oh, and they serve awesome craft beer! read more

If you haven't been to BurgerFi then you are missing out on some delicious burgers. They have burger options for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, low carb and your regular meat lovers. I have only gone during lunch time so it's always busy, however, they do have your meal ready in a decent amount of time. This visit I had their BurgerFi bacon cheeseburger but I have also had their Beyond Burger as well. Their burgers are always a hit and perfect for when I have a craving for a good burger and do not want to go to a sit down restaurant. I am an onion ring fan and their onion rings are huge, cooked to a perfect crisp and amazing! It is located in the Holly Park shopping center and if you are familiar with that area (where the Trader Joe's is located) then you know that traffic is heavy. The parking lot is sizable so you will find a spot, it just may not be right in front of BurgerFi which is fine by me and worth it. read more

This is quite possibly the tiniest burger patty I've ever received; not to mention it cost nearly $6. I asked for a single BurgerFi cheeseburger with Swiss instead of cheddar and received what could only be described as a kids-sized patty (on a far larger bun) with no lettuce, tomatoes, sauce or any other topping aside from the cheese. I received my "extra" side of BurgerFi sauce, but that's about it. Overpriced, way too small portions and disappointed customer. I could've gone to Chargrill for a better burger. read more

I've been to BurgerFi plenty of times before, but my experience at this one was made 10x better because of the cashier, Alexis (I made sure to get her name before I left). As someone who has a hard time making food decisions, she was patient and answered all my questions. She was, also, aware of a religious dietary restriction when an item had bacon in it and informed me. I was very grateful of that and while it might seem like a small thing it doesn't happen often. The food was great as usual, but I'll be frequenting this BurgerFi more b/c of the excellent + compassionate service I received. :) read more

This is a fantastic spot if you want a good, juicy burger without paying a fortune or waiting a really long time. As delicious as the burgers and fries are, their milkshakes are the best I've ever had. They are perfectly smooth and creamy and decadent and sweet but not a mouthful of sugar. I highly recommend the Oreo flavored milkshake. This might not be the fanciest place around, but it's very modern and the food is excellent quality. read more

BurgerFi - Classic burger with fries - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I'll make this short, sweet and to the point. The fries are great, and although I'm not a huge onion ring fan those were pretty tasty too. The Burgers are good however I don't like it when places claim their meat is grass fed and when you read the fine print you find out it's finished with grain. Finishing with grains completely beats the point of being grass fed in the first place. The prices are a little much for the burgers and drinks but with the fries you do get a fair amount for the price. All and all I would say it's a fun spot to go to every now and than especially with that outdoor seating but I won't be giving to much business to a place that tries to fool me into thinking their meat is "all natural" when it has been fed grains. read more

I'm always on the search for a great burger joint, so when Yelp told me there was one that just opened...I went. BurgerFi is in a nice area, it's classy...and the establishment itself looks trendy too. There's a metal theme going on. There's a bunch of tables outside and inside as well as a stool/bar area for you to sit and eat if you came here for a quick lunch. Since this place is called "BurgerFi" I figured I HAD to get a burger (I mean, you gotta try what they do best right?) My hubby and I both got Cheeseburgers and chose our own toppings. I pretty much made your classic burger and threw some jalapenos on it. We also got the parmesan and herb fries and asked for them to be extra crispy. There was only one couple who ordered before us and it took a LONG time for us to get our food...probably about 30 minutes give or take. I thought the burgers were gonna be thick because of this (more time because the patty needed more time to cook?). Well, the patty was your standard thin patty (disappointing!)....and for some reason there were 2 patties. Apparently their standard burger has 2 patties....honestly I'd rather them just have one thick patty than 2 thin ones...but maybe that's just me. Other than that, their burger was average. And the fries....while the parm and herb topping was pretty good, the fries were either soggy or burnt. It's like they didn't evenly cook them...very disappointing. Overall, their burgers were okay and fries were below par. At least the place looked nice and the staff were friendly. I don't know if I'll be coming back to this place anytime soon though. read more

Meh... I've been here twice. Wasn't impressed either time. On my first visit I had The CEO and on the second I had the BurgerFi Burger. Both were tasteless. On the second visit I had a side of onion rings. The secret to a good onion ring is the proportion of batter to onion. These are cut way too wide so there's too much onion. So much in fact that you can't take a bite without the batter falling off leaving you with a big section of onion that you just toss because you don't want to eat the onion by itself. I won't return... read more

I am having a very off weekend...gave a 1 star review to a place that has all 5s, and now am giving a 4 star review to a place with lots of 2s and 3s...to each his own! On Saturday, we were out car shopping down the road at Southern States, and at 1:00 we decided we needed a break so we left to get some lunch. Jeff frequents Trader Joes and mentioned "there is a new burger place in that shopping center we could try". So, when we pulled up I was excited to see BurgerFi since I had been seeing so many reviews come in on Yelp (we live in Wake Forest, so I am not in this area often and wasn't sure where it was located). We walked in and it was crowded, but the line moved quick. I ordered a single cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoes and pickles, and Jeff got the classic BurgerFi cheeseburger (a double) and we got a large fry. We waited about 4 minutes and our buzzer went off. First thing I thought was, whoa, we should have gotten the regular fry. The large was huge (and cost almost $4)....we could have easily shared a regular. I also wished they had malt vinegar on the tables for the fries. They are that kind of fry, but they tasted delicious with just ketchup. The burgers tasted fantastic.I loved how the pickle was thick cut dill pickle slices, not tiny ones from a jar. It really made a huge difference. And like others said, the burgers are not huge, but really, do we need huge everything all the time? The size was just perfect for me, and Jeff agreed his double was a perfect size. Juicy and flavorful with fresh toppings...that is all I need in a burger! They also have beer, wine, and shakes. I will def be back when I am craving a good burger that won't make me feel like I just ate a whole cow :) read more

First, you have to know I'm a texture person and I have to gently smoosh all fries to see which ones I want to eat (I don't like the soggy or hard ones). All these fries were perfect! Weird, I know, but its a big deal to me. My original cheeseburger was oozing cheese. Yummy. I was moderately (read: foaming at the mouth) jealous of the guy with onion rings the next table over. Will be getting those next time. They had the new coca cola machines, otherwise known as the greatest invention in the past 12 years. Thanks cherry vanilla Mr. Pibb. Honestly, the best part about this place are the employees. The man taking our order was friendly, jovial, and sold us on a Red Oak (hubs fave). He was super nice and I saw him meticulously cleaning as we ate. We will be back! read more

BurgerFi - So good it will make your hair stand up!!! - Burgers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

This place stood out to me therefore I had to check it out. I noticed the decor and the strange sounding name. Is this some sort of hippie joint or a space station? No, not nearly as interesting. Not bad. I ordered a veggie burger. It was overpriced, but overall pretty tasty. The fries were generous as well. I was ravenous before the veggie burger, but pretty full afterwards. I will be back, but not when there's a crowd. This place is super uncomfortable when there is a crowd. There were not many places for one person to eat alone without sitting near the window. - lacks wheat buns - no sweet potato fries - burgers are too small for the price + tasty tasty tasty + plenty of seating (outdoors and inside) The owner messaged me and said that the prices reflect all natural ingredients, which is a huge plus to me! Who wants to eat sub-par processed crap? Not me! read more

I went in today around 2pm ordered a double meat mushroons and swiss cheese no lettice or no tomatoes only a little mayo. Asked for medium rare. And a drink. Wow $11.36 including tax. Way to much. Maybe I could see $9 what I got was a well done burger lettice tomatoes onion mustard on a Swiss mushroons burger. Drink was very small also. And only offered one size. They couldn't didn't get my order right was to expensive I won't be back. Burger21 is heads and shoulders better than this place. read more

My cousin and her son raved about this place, so I checked it out when I got a chance. I had the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and found it to be very good. It reminded me of what a Big Mac might be if it were built of quality craft ingredients and truly concocted to order. I also found it reminiscent of a Johnny Rockets burger. I ordered the onion rings, and my partner ordered the fries with no adornment. The fries were VERY good, and I'd get them again... And maybe play with some of the fry "accessories." The onion rings looked impressive and intimidating at the same time. They look as if an onion is only sliced once to make them. Huge rings. Sadly, I really did not care for them... Very greasy, hard to eat, a vague hint of cinnamon, nutmeg, and or allspice made me think of hot greasy donuts. Did I mention greasy? My partner opted for one of the featured "concretes" for dessert. We concurred that Goodberry's has nothing to worry about. BurgerFi is yet another establishment offering non-slenderizing foods and chairs for tiny bottoms. Bodies with any back at all will want to sit at the sideless chairs around a large communal table. On cold evenings, icy breezes rush in with every new guest. Bear that in mind when choosing your seat. Despite the negatives, the burger and fries were good enough that we would try it again. But for best in the Triangle, I'll stick with Only Burger. read more

You'll read that the service is friendly - it is. Fry portions are huge. However, 2 average burgers for $38 isn't worth it.

I had really mixed feelings about this place but overall, I don't think I'll be going back... I'll stick with local burger places that grind their own meat.... The Cons: Overpriced.... The full meal is overpriced for what it is... To order a beer would be a joke at their prices. The burger ... You can find better burgers at better prices in downtown Raleigh... Additionally, there are multiple places that grind their own meat and you can get it medium-rare... Much better than the medium well at Burgerfi. The fries... The portions are too large and they're too crispy. The chili cheese fries were pretty gross and the salt and vinegar ones did not have enough flavor to them. The Pro: The combination for the breakfast all day burger (piled with bacon, grilled onions, cheese, a fried egg, hashbrown, and drizzled with maple syrup) is awesome. I only wish that it was done on top of a better burger. read more

I'll admit that the burger is good. Exceptional? No. Onion rings were crispy and large, 5 total in the order. Burgerfi burger with cheese, ring, drink = $13. I wish I had heeded the other reviews. Five Guys is better and cheaper. The worst part was the 30 minutes it took to gets order. Fast food this isn't. Not sure I'll be back. Too many better options for burgers in Raleigh. read more

A great, quality burger, yummy fries though the service and speed could use a lot of improvement. Even with a non-exsistant line and an almost empty resturant expect a 15 - 20 minute wait for a simple burger and fries. Also expect to see a whole lot of staff standing around not doing anything while you wait for your meal. Right after I arrive a woman came in apparently picking up a call in order. Despite being told it would be ready when she arrive it wasn't...And she proceeded to have to wait another 15 minutes while it was prepared. Obviously she was upset (actually she was VERY upset it seemed as she was very vocal about the wait) and despite speaking to a cook from the back still had to wait quite a bit longer for her order. Then after she left the staff proceeded to make fun of the woman from the kitchen. How do I know that? Because they have an open kitchen. And they were loud. I don't care how obnoxious a guest is, common sense says don't make fun of them where customers can see you. Totally unprofessional and makes me second guess coming here for lunch. read more

A very expensive burger that doesn't live up to the hype. Fries were extra. I wasn't impressed. On top of that, they got my burger toppings wrong so I had to wait and my friend already finished his meal by the time mine arrived. We were still hungry after the burgers and didn't want to spend more than $12 on a lunch so bailed and went home to snack. Not a place to take kids due to cost. read more

Not bad but a little overpriced for what you get, I've had better/less expensive burgers.
