Grabbed breakfast from here recently for the first time and had a decent experience. Maybe it's because I came mid morning on a Sunday, but the drive-thru crowd was nuts! There was a line of cars snaking around the building and nearly extending out of the Biscuitville parking lot. Luckily, I ordered online, so I just wandered in and grabbed my order from the to-go shelf once it was ready about 1 minute after the estimated time :) I was pretty impressed by that! They were slammed and still managed to get me my food on time. Anyway, I took it home and my son and I dug in. I got the spicy chicken and honey biscuit and it was pretty good! The chicken wasn't overcooked and the honey hit the spot. Loved my first visit to Biscuitville! Such a nice concept and cute place. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat. Someone is making the biscuits fresh right in front of you which is so cool. I got the spicy chicken biscuit and loved it. My guy got the plain and also liked his very much. The wedge fries were good and cooked right. The grits were fine as well. My favorite part - the biscuits didn't fall apart while eating/biting! Stoped here on the way to an appointment for a late lunch. It was 25 minutes until they closed but I was told at the register they were closing " in a few minutes ". I had a coupon for $1.00 off and showed it to 2 people, but I did not get the discount. Food came out fast and was hot so that was good. I would give the food 4 stars. The place was clean and the station where you get drinks and things was clean, so again 4 stars. But customer service brought this down to a 3. Rushing a customer and not honoring a coupon is bad business. read more

I'm from Texas, and every time I visit North Carolina, my first stop is always Biscuitville. I've never had any issues in the past--until now. Unfortunately, I had two disappointing experiences back to back. The drive-thru staff were extremely rude, raising their voices at me as if I didn't understand, simply because I was missing an item I had clearly asked for. This was my first time at Biscuitville after over 10 years. I stopped by for breakfast, since I'm visiting family in NC - we got the sausage & egg biscuit (pictured), ham biscuit, and the spicy chicken and honey biscuit which was the STAR of the show. The biscuit was pretty good; but a bit dry -- I prefer more butter. The chicken biscuit was really good and balanced nicely with the honey. Definitely more on the corporate biscuit side, as opposed to a local spot -- but definitely still solid. read more

I used to be a big fan and regular customer of Biscuitville, but no more. I think their quality control team is missing the mark. The biscuits are much thinner than they once were and often fall apart as I'm eating. They switched to Sauer's brand jelly/jam, which is absolutely the WORST made. It is actually the ONLY brand that I can't tolerate at all! Their paper cups are now so flimsy that they often collapse on me if I try to grip them. The sausage patties have gotten thinner and have minimal taste. The sausage gravy is still good, but it's gotten thinner as well. Of course, like most businesses, as the quality and quantity have decreased, the prices have gotten higher! In an attempt to save $$, Biscuitville has LOST my business. read more

We stopped ordering the muffins because we received muffins that were not fully baked through. The food and service have gotton so bad that we will not be back. If the Ham Biscuit doesn't get you, the Chicken Biscuitville. Bring it on down to Biscuitville! Definitely one of the highlights of the local chain scene in North Carolina. Similar to Rise, but cheaper and more Carolinian and Chainy. Lol. This place has several locations in the Triangle and this one has particularly excellent service and delicious products. The pimento chicken was a little dry (most chicken biscuits are), but was definitely delicious and I would get it again. If this wasn't the closest location to me & if their biscuits weren't so good, I'd probably avoid this place. Every single time I've been through the drive-thru at this location over the last several years, they've gotten my order wrong. I've never had problems in any of the other locations I've been to. My office is 15 mins away so I don't always know until I get back. Same issue today. Order their special spam classic biscuit. Got to the office, opened the biscuit & no meat was to be found?!?! They gave me a scrambled egg & cheese biscuit...& first world problems... but I absolutely hate scrambled eggs. In the past it was Ham Biscuits soaked in some liquid on several occ.( a staff member told me they kept the ham in liquid to keep it from drying out .The Regional manager said that was not true.Unclear as to whether they hid it from him or I was misinformed ).Failure to put the frosting layer on the raspberry pastry so that all one tasted was the bitterness of the raspberries.Incredibky dry biscuit .Today my husband came home with a peach soda lacking the whipped cream topping.He does not drink these sodas so he did not know it was missing.Neither was it offered by a staff member. We stopped here with friends on our way back home from a weekend trip. I had the spicy honey chicken biscuit, cheesy grits, hash brown, gravy and peachy tea. I was so hungry that no pics were taken. The food was delicious. The gravy was kind of bland but I dipped my sandwich in it and added some to my grits so it wasn't wasted. The gravy was the only thing I wouldn't order again. My fiancé and I were driving through Cary, NC and seen a Biscuitville. The look of the building was kind of modern yet barnish so we stopped in to try it for the first time and we both were so glad we stopped. The landscaping was very nice and the parking lot was almost like new so very clean. They only had the drive thru open at this point but after they took our order we pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with a total southern belle, she had a thick southern accent and so friendly she was great. I will say when she first opened the drive thru window a wonderful smell of the south filled the car. We got our biscuits and sausage egg and cheese biscuits and OMG nothing can beat the taste of a fresh made from scratch biscuit from there. We are definitely new fans and will be going there for now on anytime we pass through there. Highly recommend to anyone that see one in their travels. read more

The biscuits are scratch made, most food is prepared fresh and very little is brought in to be reheated. The orange juice and coffee are what I would call solid average and could be better but not bad. The customer service is always spot on and considering its usually pretty busy, the order to eat cycle time is usually less than 5 minutes depending on when you go. However, if its Saturday morning and parking lot is full, set your expectations appropriately, especially if they are between batches of biscuits. They have most breakfast offerings, including really really good oatmeal, if you are looking for healthier options. Watchpoints; the food is good, so it gets busy. If you go at peak times, do not give them a bad rating for having good food, clean restaurant and a nice (behind the counter) staff wanting to give you a good fast food eating experience. read more

Well butter my biscuit! This is a great place. I stopped here to grab a spicy chicken biscuit. They make the biscuits right in front of you so they are super fresh. The smell is so sweet from the cinnamon rolls and fresh baked goods. Today they were featuring a pumpkin spice muffin. The cashier was the best. She was very friendly and told me she loves the spicy chicken or the original egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. Also, she asked if I have a dog because they make biscuit dog bones for our furry friends. The only thing they could do better is add greens like lettuce, tomato or avocado to the biscuits. i did not see this as an option. I plan to be back to try a pumpkin muffin and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. This would make great food for a road trip. read more

Drove past this place on 55 on my way home from an appointment at Duke Primary Care in Cary. Wow. My new favorite breakfast place. I got the breakfast number 8 combo - a fluffy biscuit, a generous container of white sausage gravy, a crispy hash brown, and a drink - all for under $5.00. I drove home and put the biscuit on a plate and poured the generous amount of gravy over it. Absolutely delicious. I wish I had taken pictures. Next time I will! Biscuitville - please build a location near Research Triangle - say on Miami Blvd or elsewhere. It was pretty crowded on a Sunday morning, but their friendly employees do a great job taking the order quickly, are friendly and the food came up in no time, fresh and hot. For a chain it's fine. The dining area was clean and has lots of seating. The biscuit was good, but not very fluffy. The egg was well cooked and the bacon was super crisp.
