Loved my first visit to Biscuitville! Such a nice concept and cute place. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat. Someone is making the biscuits fresh right in front of you which is so cool. I got the spicy chicken biscuit and loved it. My guy got the plain and also liked his very much. The wedge fries were good and cooked right. The grits were fine as well. My favorite part - the biscuits didn't fall apart while eating/biting! Open spaced seating, TVs, and cute framed photos were the icing on the cake. Only fail was a messy bathroom. We shall return.

Stoped here on the way to an appointment for a late lunch. It was 25 minutes until they closed but I was told at the register they were closing " in a few minutes ". I had a coupon for $1.00 off and showed it to 2 people, but I did not get the discount. Food came out fast and was hot so that was good. I would give the food 4 stars. The place was clean and the station where you get drinks and things was clean, so again 4 stars. But customer service brought this down to a 3. Rushing a customer and not honoring a coupon is bad business.

I just moved here from Florida and I am obsessed with Biscuitville! I had family visiting and they love it equally as much. It is always so delicious and super fresh. I've gone through the drive-through a couple times and everybody's been super friendly. They always give my dog a little bone shaped biscuit, which makes us both really happy.

This was my first time at Biscuitville after over 10 years. I stopped by for breakfast, since I'm visiting family in NC - we got the sausage & egg biscuit (pictured), ham biscuit, and the spicy chicken and honey biscuit which was the STAR of the show. The biscuit was pretty good; but a bit dry -- I prefer more butter. The chicken biscuit was really good and balanced nicely with the honey. Definitely more on the corporate biscuit side, as opposed to a local spot -- but definitely still solid.

Asked for no ice the gave me half a cup of the drink... I asked why my cup was half way full they said cause I asked for no ice, first time I've ever had that happen at any food place, will never go to Biscuitville again

This is what I got and was told this is the raspberry swirl - really......

I ordered a Raspberry swirl and this is what I got.........not at all what they advertise. False advertisement.....shame, shame, shame.......take a picture of the real thing and put it on your menu

If the Ham Biscuit doesn't get you, the Chicken Biscuitville. Bring it on down to Biscuitville! Definitely one of the highlights of the local chain scene in North Carolina. Similar to Rise, but cheaper and more Carolinian and Chainy. Lol. This place has several locations in the Triangle and this one has particularly excellent service and delicious products. The pimento chicken was a little dry (most chicken biscuits are), but was definitely delicious and I would get it again. The breakfast sandwich wasn't as memorable but then neither was your mother.

I sat at a table for a few minutes to browse them. I decided on a hot Hazelnut Brown Sugar Latte and a slice of Banana Bread. Both sooo good!! My first sip of my latte and I was so happy. It's super cute inside of Milo's Cafe. Plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. Even the ladies room is super cute. I'll definitely be back.

Positive helpful service. I would avoid the crowded times as I could see this area getting loud with the acoustics there. The Deets: Looking for a change from the normal breakfast places I frequent, I chose First Watch down the road from me (located near The Bradford apartment complex in Cary). I had been there years ago but not gone back to this location since then so they were due for a visit. I was seated promptly upon entering with menus to take in while my beverages came to the table. This location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as well decorated for a breakfast chain but I can appreciate that when the indoor area gets more crowded, the acoustics can make for a loud atmosphere. They have a good selection from their regular menu as well as a seasonal menu with specials at that time. I went with the Tri-Fecta breakfast meal, which has two eggs any style, either a Belgian waffle/multigrain pancake, choice of bacon/smoked ham/chicken sausage patties/turkey or pork sausage links. I went with my eggs scrambled, one multigrain pancake, and the chicken apple sausage patties. I enjoyed my selection, a good well rounded breakfast. The scrambled eggs were done just as I like them as in not too runny, not too solid browned. The chicken apple sausage patties were a pleasant surprise in that I loved the taste here in that they were not overly spicy and had just enough apple to make it delicious but not sweet...I will definitely remember these in the future. The pancake was pretty fluffy and not dense, as well as a good sized pancake as well in that one was enough for me with all the other choices. My server was very pleasant and helpful (note that refills are taken care of here by a small carafe of coffee left at the table as well as a small bottle of water, as these were my beverage choices). One other observation, not sure why the few regular non-flavored Half-And-Halfs were at the bottom of the bowl on the table and only many all flavored one carefully arranged on very top, but regular ones were there if you dig for them. You can take your bill up front to pay or if choosing to pay at the table then you must do so by QR code (I am not a QR code fan, just never know what you are scanning out and about to be honest why I shy away from it...I have friends in IT security if you cannot tell...). There was a small wait for someone to come to the front register to check me out for paying. I enjoyed this breakfast stop for the most part here at this First Watch location and would visit again in the future but early as possible like this time, to avoid crowds.

Our server was polite and present throughout our meal. I ended up getting the Piedmont omelette with a hot latte on the side, while my wife got almost the exact same thing :) Her latte was decaf, though! Our biscuits came out before anything else, and they were very tasty! I really liked the apple butter and the biscuit was flavorful, although some bites were a little too salty. Next, my latte arrived, and it was solid! They didn't have whole milk so it had to be made with 2%, but no big deal :) Finally, I thought the omelette was pretty darn good, and the side of roast potatoes were also tasty. The small container of hollandaise sauce served on the side was only OK, but no big deal. My meal ended up being quite a bit of food so I had to leave it unfinished. I will say my wife had a slightly more negative opinion of the omelette ("meh!") and latte ("watery!"), so experiences may differ a bit. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable and the parking situation outside wasn't bad. Overall, I'd definitely come back here to grab breakfast.

Once I got past the visual shock, it was actually a fantastic hot dog that stayed true to its Chicago roots. The real star, though, was the Reuben Sandwich. At around $15, it was absolutely worth every penny. Generously stacked, perfectly toasted, and packed with tender meat, melty Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and just the right amount of dressing. The cannolo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal -- crisp shell, creamy filling, and not overly sweet. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. For appetisers we ordered their cast iron goat cheese that came with their buttery sour dough bread chunks, the dip was a little too sour for my taste but it was compensated by the flavour full goat cheese. We also ordered their kale and chillies salad for the table and loved it. Highly recommended. For our main course we ordered their Harrisa bowl with crab cake and the Brick oven salmon.
