I went to this chic fa la recently I ordered two spicy deluxe both meals came with large fries, also I ordered two Mac and cheeses. They completely messed up both of my sandwiches, And even got my macaroni's wrong as well not to mention how I can clearly tell how old the macaronis were as if they sat on a cold shelf the entire day. Sandwich was soggy not to mention as well. When I got to the window and looked at my order I told them about it and the way they treated me was horrible as if I was doing something wrong. Customer service rate is definitely a 1-10 they still charged me for the orders they messed up and didn't even offer to remake my meals. So I was still charged for a messed up order. The girl with blonde hair completely had an attitude. I called complained about my order and was told to come back and that It would be taken care of so I went in of course the next day to get my meal and it was another disservice/ disappointment the manager had a veryyyyy bad attitude mind you MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. So I expected for the entire meal I paid for including both sandwich meals with the large fries to be redone as well as my one large Mac and my medium Mac to be re done too why was I being charged to pay for meals they got wrong and didn't even make fresh to begin with. That is not customer service at all! I have never been to a chic fa la like this. Not to mention the operator of this location seems to not even care about customers having a good experience where they spend their hard earned money to eat at. Not once have I seen anyone who had a bad experience here get treated the way they should have been after. I want to speak with someone because this is a shame I spend 30$ for a whole messed up order. Just to still have to pay for it after? The best burger place hands down! I always try the spice deluxe chicken burger because it's my favourite but I absolutely love all the other burgers on their menu. Hey CFA, I really hope you give this sweet employee recognition...she deserves it! I didn't catch her name but she was the sweetest. Please find out. She is the reason this review will receive 5 stars instead of 1 star. Due to having an Italian car (apparently they are difficult to fix in Raleigh) mine has been in the shop for repairs so I have had to Uber around to run errands this week. Which has not been fun. Believe me. So while out gathering supplies for house work in Cary yesterday, I decided to place a mobile order at the Cary location, like I regularly do a few times a week at my usual location on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. (LOVE them!) I figured I would be able to "check in" on my app in one of the parking spots, while wearing a mask, and collect my to-go order, before my Uber arrived. The lady outside in a pony tail (not the sweet employee of yours I had mentioned earlier) was very rude and made me feel unwelcome in an already difficult situation, and told me I was not allowed to get my meal. Awkward. So this sweet employee came out to handle the situation herself, and treated me like a human, and hand delivered my meal. Made my day! We are all picking up the pieces after the pandemic we have all gone through, and the world needs more people like her to be able to heal faster. Please tell her thank you. read more

I can't believe Chick fil A disappointed! I have my birthday reward, I am only a few hundred points away from becoming a red member, and I didn't get what I wanted. The order taker at the drive-through put in the caramel crumble milkshake as my birthday reward, but the app wouldn't scan. Waited, went up to the drive-through window, cashier tried to scan, and it didn't scan. Supervisor came, then finally manager. Manager says."Oh, she can't get a seasonal milkshake for a birthday reward, only the original vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or cookies and cream..." the lovely cashier suggested that they ring in a chocolate milkshake and just give me the caramel crumble. At this point, you know that the milkshake had already been poured... Manager says no I'm sorry we don't do that. Choose one of the others. You have to add everything individually which I'm sure is more expensive. My 2nd is that they often have a line wrapped around the building and 25% of the time something is missing from t My 3rd is that we placed our order at 10am to be delivered at 12:15 because we only get a 30min lunch break. What is there not to love about Chick-fil-A? The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and family-friendly, and the food is amazing. I'm all about the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and sweet tea, but if I happen to be here in the morning, a spicy chicken biscuit with coffee his the spot too. Their chicken bagel sandwich is also a winner on the breakfast menu. Don't forget to ask for your sauce of choice, too. They have a great barbecue sauce, and the Chick-fil-A sauce is pretty good too. Their milkshakes, though... one of my favorites in the world. Perhaps not as tasty (or varied) as Cook Out milkshakes, but still thick, creamy, flavorful, and never disappointing. One of the reasons I like summertime so much is that the peach milkshake at Chick-fil-A rolls out around then. Delish. Pretty ok for this Chic-Fil-a ... I was going to work from an offsite meeting & needed breakfast. It was about 9:30 on a Friday morning & yay!, no line! I made my order of the chicken, egg & cheese bagel meal (with coffee) & potatoes. My food & coffee were ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. While I dug into my box of potatoes, I noticed they were kind of soggy. They were edible, but not as great as they could have been. My bagel sandwich was delicious & had nice size piece of chicken on it. The coffee, as always, was too hot to drink for several miles of driving. They did put the creamer & sugar in it for me, so that helped me out! Not much parking, but it's pretty easy to get in & out. read more

I personally love this Chick-Fil-A in particular. I've been a customer for maybe fifteen years. The staff has always made me feel welcome. The ladies on the morning shift are so polite and personable, as if I were family. Most of them were working here when I first started coming. It's the biggest reason I enjoy this location so well. The customers are all pretty friendly too. My food is consistently good and reasonably priced and the store is clean and well maintained. Basically, he has very poor customer service when it comes to concerns (something respectfully being brought to his attention). Ok, there are many CFA locations and I am sure that everyone knows what to expect from CFA but this is my favorite location. I started eating at this location nearly a decade ago. Believe it or not, but there are some employees that have been there this whole 10 years. John in particular is fantastic. Just from going through the drive-thru, he came to know me on a first name basis. That probably tells you 2 things. I eat at Chick-Fil-A too much, and that John is fantastic at his job. Case in point: I went to get my usual order, which consists of 1) spicy chicken sandwich, 2) chicken strips and 3) side salad. One day, it took longer than usual for them to make me my chicken strips (it was busy). So as I stood there waiting, checking my phone, an assistant manager came up to me, apologized for the wait, and gave me a coupon good for a free chicken sandwich. I was with my 87 year old grandmother, who craves taste laden, fresh food with her dulling sense of taste as she has aged. We enjoyed the heck out of grilled chicken sandwiches and fries. She was happy, as I was I & the two other people we dined with.
