I stopped here for dinner on a weeknight. There was no one in the dining room. A nice young man explained the choices. The next one barely spoke and offered no help or suggestions. I had a club sub. It was ok, but the bread was thick and tough. I had sweet tea and it was below average. I needed to wash my hands but the bathroom was out of order! The tables were clean...I guess because no one eats there. They had a few takeout orders picked up while I was there. I think I will stay with my other sub place. read more

Grabbed lunch from here recently and had an OK experience. This Jersey Mike's is part of a small strip mall, so as expected, there was plenty of nearby parking. Inside, it was pretty quiet, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Normally, I'd give Jersey Mike's 4 stars, but somehow it felt like the ingredients weren't quite as fresh as normal. My tour of Jersey Mike stores in and around Raleigh made another stop to this location of off High House Rd. I placed an online order of a Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak with extra meat and added grilled portobello mushrooms and shredded lettuce. I walked in to pick up my order and it was just hitting the bag. Great timing! Under the 15 minute estimated time. A young man handed me the order and as I was walking to the door, a nice man greeted me with a "Good Morning" and thanked me for stopping by. Opening up the bag, I was greeted by the smell of meat, onions, etc. and a nicely cooked meal. It was very warm and lots of steam was still coming off the meal. The flavor was spot on as it should be. All in all, a great experience and I'll be a return customer in the future. read more

It is just okay with good customer service but nothing spectacular for the very high prices and not the healthy type of food. I decided to get subs from here sparingly about 2x a year to protect my wallet and my physical health. Will still frequent this business but not as much as I used to since I'm trying to go healthy and eat local unprocessed food. read more

There is an old saying about restaurants that is very true. How the owner/managers treat the staff will be exactly how the staff treats the customers. I saw a middle age man tell an elderly lady to move and not stand in the spot she was in. There was no sign or indication that she was in a place where she shouldn't have been. And he did NOT politely ask, he was a full on JERK! Sir, just because you are FROM New York doesn't mean you need to act like you are IN New York. Here in NC we treat people with a certain level of respect--especially elderly people! The young girl working the register was just as rude as he was and ROLLED her EYES at me because she got me the wrong bag of chips. Just short-tempered people who do not belong in customer service. Now for the good news! There is another Jersey Mike's in Morrisville (not like these Subs are authentic, ya know! Can get them ANYWHERE!) and it'll be well worth the extra mile to get my fav sandwiches from here on. read more

Walked in, no one acknowledged we were there. Girl at register was helping someone else. She finished took at the register still never acknowledging us. Was asked if they were closed she said no; we still stood there with NO service. Finally found a good sandwich spot in this area, despite how hard they tried to hide in this secretly odd half-strip mall! I've had a few bad experiences at other JMS locations in the Triangle, but after 5 orders from this location with solid, fresh consistency, I'm sold. If you're from the Tri-State area, you know what subs are supposed to taste like - stacked with thinly sliced meat, shredded lettuce and onions (I'm not a tomato fan), then doused with oil and vinegar, salt, pepper and seasoning. This location gets it as close to an old-school NYC Blimpie's as I've seen. Yes, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for. A giant sub with double meat and cheese will run you $18 for the sandwich alone (go big or go home, small fry). But the meat is sliced in front of you and then piled 2-3 inches high on soft, fresh bread, then made that nostalgic special blend of a dripping salad on top of a firmly packed sub. It's the perfect amount of "almost a mess," plus there's nothing skimpy going on here. Also, the staff is super-friendly, but I really get a kick out of watching their faces when you order a sub the way a linebacker-sized New Yorker orders a sub. I'm guessing they get a lot of dainty eaters in here which makes me glad they're trained to pile it on high when the customer asks. Overall, try it if you want an old school NY/NJ sub experience. I walk into this place and ask for a mini, and tell the dude what kind of bread. Then he grabs the bread, and literally MUMBLES his question. I ask him to repeat himself, and he RUDELY says it again with alot of attitude. I let it slide, its labor day, i get it. Annoyed, I said Turkey! Next thing i know hes cutting up cheese. I was not asked if i wanted cheese so i said, no cheese for me. He throws a body language tantrum. Literally, a tantrum. He rolls his eyes, stomps his foot, scoffs. You name it, he did it. He then takes the slice of cheese he just cut and TOSSES IT BEHIND HIM. I swear I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I immediately asked "IS EVERYTHING OK????" You wont believe what this idiot utters out of his mouth. He says "everybody waits until the cheese is cut to say they dont want cheese, its annoying. How are you?" I was too flabbergasted to say what I'd say now, but all i said was "ok thats not how to talk to a customer, you should not have come to work today." I had to walk out, cause that was ridiculous. Why would you short yourself the ability to bring in as much money as possible during business hours and shut down the grill. And I'm pretty sure your corporate trainers did not train you to greet guests with "the grills closed and we only have parm bread left." No hi, how are you, what can I get for you. I basically walked into a situation where I was immediately made to feel unwelcomed and my business was not valued simply bc this young kid was ready to go home. I work in the service industry too. I understand how annoying it is to want to go home but still have to provide even half decent customer service. But you still have to do it, it's your job. You dont like it, find another job. I did! And in the amount of time it took me to write this review, they could've just made my sandwich lol. And the OPEN sign is still shining bright, as they shut all the interior lights off Sunday @ 8:57pm. read more

Jersey Mike's are all pretty much the same. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Customer service has always been friendly, establishment has been clean and the sandwiches are always what I expect from a jersey mikes. I've also noticed that the ingredients used here have been fresh every time I've been. I can definitely appreciate the use of fresh lettuce over wilted lettuce on my sandwich. The only reason I don't go more than maybe twice a month is because of the price. A medium size sub with chips and a drink runs about $12. read more

Love this location! I used to work nearby so I would come all the time. Recently started working down the street again so this is my new lunch spot. The subs are delicious and all the ingredients seem really fresh. The inside is very clean and is always fully stocked with chips/cookies/etc. I also really like the guys who are currently working there. They are always super nice to me and get my sub out quickly. I have gotten a few $1 off coupons from the manager and he seems like a really nice guy. Always makes sure I have napkins in my bag and reminds me to put my phone number in so I get my points. Im always greeted when I walk in and when I leave. I've worked many fast food places and it is hard to find a staff like these guys. read more
