It tasted alright, but the structure made it a little tough to eat since the meat tended to fall out with each bite. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of depending on what you order. One big plus is that they offer French fries instead of defaulting to chips, which already sets them apart from a lot of similar lunch spots. My coworker got a salad and was really happy with it, especially since you can customize it with up to six add-ins. Overall, it's reasonably priced, and while nothing blew me away, it was a good enough experience that I'd give it another try.

You walk in and have a little self-type market area and immediately to the right there are refrigerators with prepared meals to buy and take home. Straight after the Shelf section there is the butcher shop with all cuts of meats. I liked the concept where you could even pick your meats and have the chef cook them there for you and you can dine in! They also had an area for dining in and sitting at a bar. The bar had many choices of drinks and a wine section in the back to the side. There was a patio area as well. I decided to have some lunch so I got the salmon BLT which was delicious and I got the side of hot honey brussel sprouts. I ordered some lasagna to take home for a meal later. The salmon was cooked perfectly at a medium temperature and the flavoring was great. The brussel sprouts had just enough kick to them and was a great portion size for two or more. The lasagna was good and also a good size but it is a little bit spicy so if you dont like spice be prepared for a little tiny bit. All was delish. The pricing for everything is on point and not too expensive. They also have specials most of the days of the week! Peyton helped me with my to go orders and I met Ralph the owner who told me about the concept of everything. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend! Second time back was wonderful! Sat and dined in. I got the $1 wings special with barbecue, mac and cheese, and salmon salad. The wings were jumbo size which is great because unlike other places they weren't the size of your pinky. The mac and cheese was very flavorful with the small crisp. The salmon salad was neat because it came and deconstructed segments so you could really pick which toppings you wanted on each bite. The dressing on it was amazing and so was the ranch for the wings. I was attended to by Desiah and Liam who were other so personable and lovely! All of the portions are amazing and I love it because I have food for a few days. Definitely going to come back again to try some of the new items that they've added to their menu.

Something about being travel-hungry made one thing crystal clear: I needed a Wreck. And wow... this hit the spot perfectly. I ordered the A Wreck on multigrain, thin-cut, loaded with basically everything good in the house -- Genoa salami, roast beef, smoked ham, turkey breast, provolone, hot peppers, caramelized onions, pickles, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic aioli... the whole masterpiece. Every bite hit. The bread had that perfect warm toast, the meats were stacked generously, and the balance of tangy, savory, crunchy, and spicy was chef's kiss. The caramelized onions with the hot peppers especially took it over the top. Also grabbed a large Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, which was ice-cold and ridiculously refreshing after airport chaos and North Carolina humidity. Exactly what I needed. If you're anywhere near RDU and debating a stop before heading home -- do it. This Potbelly absolutely delivered. The Wreck remains undefeated.

My favorite order is The Wreck! it's loaded with all the meats and always hits the spot. One of Potbelly's biggest strengths is the ability to pile on condiments, veggies, and dressings, which makes it easy to tailor your sandwich exactly how you like it (also a big fan of their hot peppers). That flexibility goes a long way in keeping things interesting even if you order the same sandwich regularly. We've also used Potbelly for office catering, and it's been a consistently good experience. Orders are straightforward, food travels well, and it's a crowd-pleaser for a group with different preferences. It's not trying to be gourmet, but it's dependable, filling, and well-executed. A strong option for lunch, group orders, or when you want a sandwich that you can really customize.

The burger has a combo of grilled onions and jalapeños on top with blue cheese, bacon, and blueberry jam. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, tang, and every now and then, a kick. Whoever came up with this had a brilliant idea!! It's not only a keeper, but a must have and must try for those who haven't. Sorry, no pictures. Once I took my first bite it was gone in no time!
