Let's start by saying that you shouldn't have one person covering the dinner shift. This is on the management and franchise owner as much as any employee. That said, this place is gross and underwhelming. There was garbage spilling over on the food-prep side, beside a wall splattered with who-knows-what. Their health score is 91-point-something and, for NC, that's pretty low. The bacon in the grease-tray looked sketch. How long had it been there? The lone person on the floor was trying to fulfill online orders while handling walk-ins and it wasn't working for either task. More than once they had to go to the back room to fetch the right ingredients, further slowing things down. I didn't get food poisoning but I was kinda expecting it. If this place wasn't next door to a game shop, they probably would've folded a while ago. Don't give in to the temptation of proximity: find a better place to eat. read more

For me, Jersey Mike's Sub is one of the most consistent chains. My favorite location has a process where the individual that handles money, only handles money, so there really isn't an issue with cross contamination. Because you literally watch them make your sandwich, I don't generally call in advance. I remember once, about 8 yrs ago, when the store was still technically open, but the staff locked the doors 5 mins early. I was annoyed, but I understand things happen. This was my first very good experience with a Jersey Mike's, so this location is good compared to others. My bride and I stopped after church on our way to the fairgrounds for the RV show to grab a quick sandwich and be on our way. Good service, personable staff. The only knock on this place is the lack of cleanliness of the tables. People sit down and eat, and when they get up to leave, the staff does not come out to sanitize and wipe down the tables. read more

Jersey Mike's is the real deal for subs. This one of the few places that reminds me of home in New York. New York is home of a good sub. The #8 here is delicious. I give them credit, the employees that is. For a JMS the work area is very tight but the workers seem to be able to deal with it, busy as the place is. At lunch time if one doesnt call in ahead of time, expect around 20 minutes or so in and out. But who knows? They are probably understaffed like everyone else these days or maybe no more room for additional workers. My only complaint is the two times I visited the rock music on the speakers was too loud for me. The subs are great though, I am a JMS fan. read more

I have never had any complaints about the quality of the food itself from Jersey Mike's, but I'm almost certain every time I've gone in person to pick up an order from this location, something goes wrong, or they make a mistake, this past occasion has really annoyed me more than before, the store is basically empty when I walk in, (this is about 15 minutes after I've placed an online order btw) I let them know I have a pickup order, they say they're working on it, so I assumed the bags with peoples names on it on the desk behind the cashier were empty and they put the sub in them when they're done. Almost 20 minutes of standing by the wall later, the cashier decided to look inside my bag and see my sub that's been there since before I arrived. Complete cluelessness, idk what's happened to the staff at this location in recent months but it's becoming almost laughable. Not to mention my sub was supposed to be hot. read more

The staff here is always very friendly and ready to help! They make sure the ordering and paying process is quick and efficient and I've never had any trouble when I have visited. I've had both the cold subs and hot subs on different occasions. I prefer the cold subs, where they slice the meat right in front of you and assemble everything to your liking (gotta get it Mike's Way). If you order a hot sub it may take a little longer to come out, because they obviously have to cook everything to order. To me the cheesesteaks are pretty standard and I prefer the cold cut subs. This location is clean and there are plenty of tables. So if I need a quick bite and want a sub, this is my go-to spot. read more

Went to this location on Friday at around 5:00. Walked into this location and it was totally empty. That should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I walked up to the counter to place my order and was totally ignored by the three people at the counter. One girl was making a salad bowl dumping a ton of mustard on someone's salad so she kept her head down. Then some guy walked by me and said nothing. Then another guy came from the back and walked by me and grabbed some bread and went right to the back. "Said nothing to me". Now I understand that sometimes that the staff may be busy but they could have at least said that we will be with you in a minute. Look, nobody is making you make sandwiches for a living. Ordered a #9 online. Picked up and returned home. The sandwich is missing the roast beef, bacon and pickles. It's basically a turkey and cheese sandwich. Called the store and their only solution was to drive back to store for a remake. I declined and she asked what she could do. I said a PARTIAL refund for the missing ingredients. She refused and said that since it was a franchise the owner refuses to give refunds unless there is a hair, bug or whatever in the food. I frequent this location and have never had a problem. It is very clean but a little pricey. I had the Chicken Philly that took a little longer but was hot to the wrap. If you're not in the mood for cold food they also have hot subs available. If your on a Low carb diet get a sub in a tub. Don't forget to register for a shore account. I'm a customer that usually frequents the JJersey Mike's reedmoor location. Tonight, I got off work late, stopped by the duraleigh location. When I walked in, the workers behind the counter were making a online order. I wasn't greeted, they even hesitated to look up at me. I said "Hi". No response, the two workers proceeded to make the order. I awkwardly stood there until they calmly finished. The young lady seemed unmotivated as she didn't even ring me up after my sub was made. Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. With Salsa Fresh right nearby, it often loses out, but sometimes I'm just craving a Club Supreme ("Mike's Way", of course). The wraps always take much longer to make for some reason. They're pretty good, but they don't make them in the sub area because they use different ingredients. I haven't tried the salads or the hot subs. I just picked up a new frequent buyer's card at this location, so I'm on my way to earning a free sub! I've only seen this location very busy once, when dancers from the nearby NC Dance Institute and softball players all converged in front of me. I have been to Jersey Mike's twice to get their sandwiches. I have to admit, I'm very biased. Living in the Philadelphia area for most of my life, when you come down and they slice the bread all the way and call it a "sub" you usually have to brace yourself to be disappointed. The employees at JM are very friendly, the stores are decorated neatly, and the stores are very clean. What's not to like? Well, if you've ever had Primo Hoagies, a chain in the mid-Atlantic, it just blows JMS out of the water. Mind you, JMS isn't bad, by any stretch of the imagination. It's a decent sandwich place.
