That should have been my red flag to go elsewhere. I think it just had to be turned back on as it seemed the timer shut it off. I patiently waited for over 30 minutes for my check. Service here is a hot mess. I was tempted to just walk out as they had forgotten about me. The restaurant seemed to have plenty of staff and was not busy. But they failed to refill my iced tea, check on my table or other tables. I did complain about my 30 minute wait for the check so was given 10% off. But that isn't enough to get a return visit. I left a minimal tip, because service was non-existent. The small discount didn't make up for being ignored all night, no drink refill when my glass was empty, not bringing the complimentary bread and the delay in receiving my check. I do hope the employees receive better training so they can learn how to properly service their tables and multitask. This place also needs to be better managed. 3 stars for the food but 1 star for the poor service.
