They kept averting their eyes. No food was being made; no other activities going on. I'm not sure why this behavior is tolerated. The drive through person finally came over and took my order. Management: whether is laziness, apathy, or something else from the employees; it doesn't matter. Horrible behavior and I will not return to this location.

There were only about 2 customers ahead of us and it took more than 10 minutes to serve our food. When the female associate served our food, it was in a Take Out bag when we clearly chose Dine In. She said that they were closing soon, and her manager told her to change to Take Out because they are closing soon. We still about 15 min. left, and we would have more if it wasn't for their slow service. That's just lazy-thinking and poorly managed. As for food quality, we were not satisfied. From the outside it looks very simple and you might catch it just passing by. This place seems to be always busy and seats fill up fast. You order at front and take a number to your table. It's is on a slightly pricier side but the quality I think it's worth it. I think I'm not sure that they make the focaccia themselves.
