I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich today and you can truly taste the fresh ingredients. The slaw had a sweet apple flavor, the buffalo sauce wasn't spicy (to me) at all but it was deep in flavor. Chicken was crispy and the sweet potato fries were thin and perfectly sweet and salty. I also tried the prickly pear refresher, it was light on flavor, heavy on sparkling water. Quick and friendly service and it's the perfect time of year to sit outside on their patio.

I wanted to really like this place. I came in with high expectations but left feeling very disappointed. The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is easy to find with public parking. The restaurant is beautiful and with a great layout. The food is where the disappointment lies. The dumplings came out good - hot and flavorful! But that's where it stopped. I asked for my burger to be medium - it came out well done. The mayo wasn't on the side, it was on someone's plate at the table. The fries were cold. Like COLD, COLD. I had to add my own toppings to the fries that should have been hot as well - from what I gathered from the menu. My friend had to ask them a few times to make them over - with watching her - I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just wouldn't return. It's a shame - the concept is good overall - but the delivery isn't all there. To charge extra for air fryer fries is wild when they don't come out cooked well and hot for the customer.

We ordered off of the brunch menu which goes on until 3pm (at least on Saturday anyway). The food was good but a little pricy for what you get. The sweet potatoes were fantastic and the avocado is fresh. The grilled bread was lovely and nice to dip in your food/runny eggs. The chili crunch, which is like a chili crisp, is phenomenal. Highly recommend. They had cholula as well and the other woman was extremely apologetic bc apparently they ran out and that was all they could get. But it was more than enough cholula. The demeanor of the separate servers was starkly diff with the one who brought the hot sauces being very friendly and apologetic and the other having a very flat affect, no smile, absent of any emotion. The "steak" is paltry so be warned if you decide to order anything with steak. It was a measly 3 or 4 tiny pieces that hardly qualify as steak. It was almost as if they had one steak strip and sliced it up to make it seem like there was more than there was but it had the opposite efffect. I asked our server Kourtney for medium rare and she said that it tends to be closer to medium rare than medium which was NOT true at all. That's like calling a pigeon a goose. My friend whom I dined with got the same thing and she noted that she also got hardly any steak at all and it was tiny. She asked for medium well done because she is expecting. Maybe they just nuked all the steak to make it easier on themselves. Ambience is chill and open area. Big open windows are good for people watching. High ceilings and modern type of place. Similar to tender greens but fancier. Hostess was nice. Apologized for the wait and mentioned that they were busy. This was on a Saturday at late 1ish/2pm. I would come back but would order something different.

Came here for a book club meetup! I was really excited to try this place but the expectations were not met for me. Granted we had a bigger party, our waiter was pretty slow. We had a few girls come after drinks were ordered and he never checked back in with them to get their orders. Next, the food. I ordered the air fried chicken tenders and my goodness were they a disappoint. It was very much giving Tyson chicken tenders that I made at home. Not super juicy, had some burned spots on the end. Just not what I was expecting at all. A few of my friends said their food was ok, but no one really raved about it. The drinks were pretty good so I will say that had a lot going for itself. Not sure if I'll be back, but maybe it was a one off as far as experiences are concerned.

We sat in the screened-in outdoor section, which was really nice, but the inside had a fun vibe that would be great for a date night or girls night. We ordered the spicy pineapple margaritas and really enjoyed them. Our server recommended the edamame dumplings to start, and they were very good. We shared the Margherita pizza, which was just okay. We like that they use healthier ingredients, but the toppings were uneven, as you can see in our picture. We also ordered sides of the Tuscan-dusted fries and the kale salad, and both were great. Service was respectful and prompt. We'd come back to try other menu items, but probably wouldn't order pizza there again.

One of my favorite pizzas. The dough is fantastic. Pair that with a side of their fresh ranch, and you have a perfect pairing. True food offers many clean and healthy options with food that's sourced from verified farms. You can always expect seasonal menu changes and food options that are on the healthier side.

If you're not a vegan loser don't go here....their burgers are mid, fries were cold and bad, pizza I couldn't taste after the torture. Their steak is so tough. Hostess had attitude, server was fine. For the price that was paid for you could've gotten a better burger at Five Guys a stroll away, better steak at Village Tavern across the street. It was a First Watch wannabe with the menu style, at least First Watch makes me wanna come back. I stuffed myself mindlessly just to get full but I left feeling hungry still. I knew it was over when I saw the fries were air fried. Type of food that is meant to be composted not consumed. Type of food that inspires me to be medicated. If you wanna have a 13th reason, this is the place to go. (Warning: the food are catfishes at best)

Pretty solid burger the caramelized onions carried but it was seasoned very well also. The fries were meh nothing too special. The bun was interesting I didn't like it at first but it grew on me by the time I finished the sandwich. I definitely would come back to try other things on the menu!

I tried and loved this pizza 4 years ago, so we ordered it for takeout. It's a great combination of unique toppings, and the pizza feels so light and healthy to eat. The restaurant itself was spaceous and pretty. Almost every table was full and the service was very fast!

I really enjoyed the food at True Food Kitchen. I loved all the healthy and plant-based options that are 100% seed oil free. It's also really helpful to see the macros listed for each menu item. It was difficult to choose, but I was excited about the air-fried chicken options and went with the Crisp'd green salad. The air fried chicken was delicious and all the veggies were fresh and perfect. My husband's seasonal salad was also delicious. True Food Kitchen had some great kids meals options as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my iced lavender matcha latte-it was earthy, floral, and refreshing. I'd love to go back.

For drinks, I tried the pineapple mimosa, but it was warm, which really affected the flavor. I also ordered an espresso martini, and unfortunately it had an artificial taste that I would not recommend, especially for the price. One issue we ran into was the number of flies around our table. Even though we were seated inside, there were several constantly circling, and one ended up landing in my water. Our waitress tried to help, but the problem continued. The NY Strip arrived more than well done, so we told the waitress and she apologized and sent it back to the kitchen. As I was eating the meatloaf, I noticed an off taste and texture. I looked closer and realized it was still pink/slimy/raw! How can meatloaf be raw? It's supposed to be fully cooked first and then grilled. Whoever sliced it from the "loaf" should have noticed it was not cooked before throwing it on the grill! We notified the manager when he came to apologize for the NY strip, so he took the meatloaf back to the kitchen. When the NY Strip came back out, my husband cut into it and it was shiny and purple inside, from top to bottom...absolutely rare. The waitress agreed it was rare and took it back to the kitchen again. When it came out for the third time, it was perfect (third time's a charm, I guess?). The only saving grace was the kind waitress who felt awful about the sub par food. The kitchen put her in an uncomfortable position, but she handled it with grace. We ordered the chocolate torte for dessert and it was very good, but that's the only thing I'd return for.

My fries were served hot but needed some salt. I asked for my burger to be cooked well done but I was brought a burnt burger. I took one bite but it was too overcooked.
