    Soup and salad

This is a nice Panera Bread. Panera Bread is my go to place for fast healthy food. Love their duets and normally get the Greek salad and tomato soup. Very filing and they do great job here. Servers were friendly and kept the place clean. Atmosphere is nice indoors but my friend and I sat outside on a nice afternoon. My buddy got the chipolata chicken sandwich . Both of us enjoyed our meals. Decent value for the price. See pics. Pro Tip: Order from the kiosk for faster service. Panera Bread is located in busy area with shared free parking for several stores. We hiked nearby Umstead State Park which is good way to build up your appetite.

This is the new recipe for the toasted garden caprese. They need to work on something more than their recipes!?! Quality would be nice. I can't believe any employee would think this was sellable.

Though I have lived in Cary for over 20 years I seldom visit Panera for the reasons I encountered today. Basically they run out of stuff & don't tell you until after you've ordered & paid. Not a great customer experience at all & the food is meh. I ordered a soup, coffee & muffin for a total of $15.32! I used the kiosk for this order. Once completed my payment I grabbed a cup & poured what was warm coffee at best. I waited & my soup was ready rapidly. I was then informed that my pumpkin muffin was not available & I was asked if I wanted another treat. I commented no as that was for my daughter. The guy at the food counter said he would refund the $$ & within 24 hours it did go through. The time of my visit 3:29 pm. I'll avoid this Panera in the future as my experience today was very similar to past experiences. I'm not keen to pay top dollar for luke warm coffee & no muffin. I spoke with the team manager who said that it's normal for them to be out of stuff after the morning. He said I should see a refund within 24 hours. The girl at the front counter was on her phone & as I told her about my situation she was literally speechless. Maybe next time I should visit in the morning?

Gross and acted like it was no biggie. The salad which I unfortunately started to eat had a Ton of dressing and then this- so I was fine to cut my meal short

I gave it a 3 because of being quick. Now I think Panera needs to ramp up their food. We paid 20$ my husband got a tea I got a water I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a apple. Hubs ordered chicken avocado melt with chips. That's not much and if you see the sandwich they really put a thick slice of avocado but not enough chicken. Sadly we never come to Panera anymore or rarely because they just have not been up to par. This just showed us yet again why we rarely come here. Staff was friendly and nice. And fast and efficient.

WHAT THE HECK?! They are so nice here!! They actually anticipated my order at the drive through and were smiling at me when handing me my order at the window! I haven't experienced that at many other places so that says a lot how they select their staff. Small gestures go a long way to make someone's day. LOVE this Panera since they are SO ccommodating to folks with multiple food allergies! I am deathly allergic to nuts so eating out is hard. Also allergic to milk and avocado so options are limited. However they take the time to make choices that are are SAFE for me. Other Panera locations literally just said "just look online" and put little effort into helping. The staff seem to magically remember my order every morning really makes me feel valued and happy to support this business! Love their menu and how I can eat healthy foods even on a limited diet. Big fan of their Mediterranean sandwich without cheese and strawberry poppyseed salad without nuts! So beautiful too!

We finally got a chance to stop by Panera Bread to see what all the hype was about over their new Flatbread Marketing promotion that's on tv these days. Im also participating in their three month free coffee promotion which is an awesome deal by the way, so we went for it. The Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Flatbread did not disappoint. We ordered it through the drive through and it was ready in about 3-5 minutes after we got to the window. Id love to see how they are executing their flatbreads in the kitchen one of these days. Im going to have to go make friends with one of the managers LOL. It was a great flatbread, full of flavor, slightly crispy and quite enjoyable. Id recommend giving them a try. #eatingwithchefseanandre Its Gon Be Dope! #wefindthefood

    Trash under every table
    Kenneth D.

Wow where to start! Terrible stench as we entered. Must be from the carpet. This place is filthy. Lots of trash under every table and doesn't look like they ever sweep. These pucks were during slow time when they could be cleaning but looks like they would prefer to just goof off in back. Will not be back. Permanently off our list.

I love Panera Bread! It's the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I visited this location in the Park West shopping center on a Tuesday afternoon. I chose this location because I had an event later in the evening in the Cary area and I had a few hours of work to get done before hand, and Panera is a great place to get work done too. I tried the Baja Mac & Cheese for the first time as part of my pick two and loved it. They add the perfect amount of pico and avocado to pair with the Mac & Cheese. I also almost always get the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, which is always delicious. Another great visit at Panera Bread!!

I have to admit that their new service of order online and pickup (on a special shelf in back of the store) has become one of my favorites. You specify what time you want your order to be done. I have used this several times and have never been disappointed. Their vegetable soup has become one of my favorites. It has so many vegies in it. Maybe even barley ? Quinoa ? I can't figure it all out by the stuff is delicious. Last time I got the "Pick 2" and had the soup and a half of the Frontega Chicken (I think) it's a panini. The sandwich was very good. Just a tid bit on the greasy side (from the grill). I will come again and I will use the "Rapid Pickup" again. Good job Panera.

They were doing everything right, even down to the Dr Brown's, and they had ZERO flavors too. There is a meat and cheese counter,r but most of the length of the shop is pastries, cakes, pies, es and other beautiful-looking treats. We ordered our sandwiches; I had an Italian sub, and it was just ok, kind of dry and lacking in flavor; frankly, Jersey Mike's makes a better Italian. But my wife got theReubenn, and it was simply the best Reuben we've had outside of Katz in NYC. I order Rueben's all the time, and I'm consistently disappointed. Most are dried out, have too little meat, and the corned beef is often dry, but not in this case. The sandwich was truly worthy, and we are ready to go back and have it again. Moist, flavorful meat, a generous portion, and the dressing andkraut weres well balanced. The bread was grilled, not toasted, and was itself rich and flavorful. Altogether, it is a Reuben worth driving a distance to have it. We are already planning to come back and try some of the baked goods, but also get the Reuben again too.

Nice selection of menu items, and breakfast items are available all day. Unfortunately, these are offset by impressions of the food after two visits. Just not up to snuff. On the first visit, the Chicago dog was sub-par, but that was my partner's order and I don't remember the details. I just remember she said she wouldn't order it again. On today's visit, I ordered a meatball parm sandwich. It was cloyingly sweet - both the meatballs and the tomato sauce were unappetizing, and I could only manage to stand eating a bit of it. My partner ordered a side of corned beef hash. It turned up in a little paper tray with some dry shredded corned beef sprinkled on top of some home fry potatoes - just basic cubed potatoes and some beef shreds on top. That's it. It didn't feel like any corned beef hash we had ever seen. And we paid extra for a fried egg that didn't make it onto the dish. Of course when we pointed this out, it was quickly cooked up separately and brought to the table, so no problems again with the service or resolving the issue. Also be warned that Thursday nights from 6-8pm they run a music trivia game that blasts music loudly throughout the large dining space, completely surrounded by reflective surfaces. It was so loud and obnoxious that it made conversation impossible and drove us outside. I wish I could report a better experience. We need more quality delis around here!

I liked the concept where you could even pick your meats and have the chef cook them there for you and you can dine in! They also had an area for dining in and sitting at a bar. The bar had many choices of drinks and a wine section in the back to the side. There was a patio area as well. I decided to have some lunch so I got the salmon BLT which was delicious and I got the side of hot honey brussel sprouts. I ordered some lasagna to take home for a meal later. The salmon was cooked perfectly at a medium temperature and the flavoring was great. The brussel sprouts had just enough kick to them and was a great portion size for two or more. The lasagna was good and also a good size but it is a little bit spicy so if you dont like spice be prepared for a little tiny bit. All was delish. The pricing for everything is on point and not too expensive. They also have specials most of the days of the week! Peyton helped me with my to go orders and I met Ralph the owner who told me about the concept of everything. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend! Second time back was wonderful! Sat and dined in. I got the $1 wings special with barbecue, mac and cheese, and salmon salad. The wings were jumbo size which is great because unlike other places they weren't the size of your pinky. The mac and cheese was very flavorful with the small crisp. The salmon salad was neat because it came and deconstructed segments so you could really pick which toppings you wanted on each bite. The dressing on it was amazing and so was the ranch for the wings. I was attended to by Desiah and Liam who were other so personable and lovely! All of the portions are amazing and I love it because I have food for a few days. Definitely going to come back again to try some of the new items that they've added to their menu.
