This is harassment , safety issue and hostile work environment concern. This is a BIGGER ISSUE ! The manager was very put off addressing "Yall have a good day". Attempting to minimize the issue I had witnessed. Dismissing this disrespectful experience of putting ice cream on someone's face and being subjected to harassment speaks volumes of the acumen of the management and culture of Chick Fil a . Do better Apex! Again Ice cream being placed on the Colored employee, appears to be more than horse play around food and more like hazing.
