Went for lunch and the food was amazing! Tasty and FRESH! The butter naan and garlic naan melt in your mouth. The vegetarian thali was enough to split between two people. My son had the tandoori chicken and it was sizzling, moist and delicious! I would MUCH rather eat here than L & L down the road in Apex.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is a little too modern and Spartan, they could use more hints of India in the decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, my server was very friendly and informative, and my orders came out as quick as possible. My appetizer a Chole was delicious and really good size for the price. If I had known how much food I was getting with the Thali I probably wouldn't have got this appetizer. The lunch special Thali was also delicious and some parts of it a bit spicy even for me. Luckily it comes with a yogurty lassi to help with the heat. Good flavors and worth a try. Glad my friends recommended it to me.

My first time here? So I cannot speak to consistency- which matters to me a lot. That's said- I left thinking "where has this place been all my life?". Stopped in for lunch and it was a real treat. I get so tired of eating places where the food has less flavor than cardboard. They offer low, medium and hot on the spice level- which I thought to be considerate for this country boy- maybe they saw me coming...not sure :). I had the lentil soup and a chicken kabob dish with rice and cilantro. The flavors jumped off the plate- definitely making a wonderful impression. The chicken had a light yogurt crust- interesting and quite good! Even my unsweetened tea was the right flavor and density to ensure it offset the spicy food perfectly. The service was very attentive and polite. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is nice and the seating comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cleanliness seems a priority.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Look this place up in Apex, NC if you're tired of boring food. It's good y'all!

We ordered Dum Aloo (potatoes in a butter chicken-like curry) and Dal Fry and we got samosa chole chaat. My Punjabi husband loved all of it. My son loved putting all the rice in his face. We also ordered bullet naan and onion parantha which were good, too. The ambiance inside is quite cute when I stopped in for a menu. It looks pretty stylish and like a great date night place. We can't really comment so much on the service because we stopped in and it was ready. I'm excited for this new place in apex with great food.

    Who knows?

Not gonna try based on the first item on their online ordering menu. They won't say what their samosa is made of or what's in the filling. It's either wheat flour or maida for the samosa, and "generally of mashed boiled potato" for the filling. If you don't know (or won't tell me) what's in the food you're serving, how can I trust that you are competent to cook it?

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We came here for a weekday lunch and the place was empty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Nevertheless, service was prompt and food was served hot and quickly. There wasn't a lunch menu and the price was a bit higher than I'd normally like to spend for comparable Indian food. But our food came out quite delicious and the lamb biryani I ordered really hit the spot. I'll consider coming back again, perhaps for dinner.

Service - great! No complaints Food - excellent foods everything we ordered had flavor. Aside from the pictures, I ordered butter chicken too!! Was ever good with the garlic naan. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance - causal and family friendly! Took my two little ones with me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Glad to see this take over the old Aranda's space. They did a wonderful job of renovating. It had a cool modern vibe. Service was attentive and they made every effort to accommodate our spice levels since one of us can't tolerate very spicy foods. Lamb saag & butter chicken was very well made & flavorful. Mutter paneer was good too. The Baigan Bharta had chunks of eggplant & was well spiced but it was a too salty. The aloo paratha was very good & packed some heat with the unexpected chilies. Prices are higher that what I've been used to in the other Indian restaurants.

Food was great! The samosas were one of the BEST we ever had around the area. We tried the lunch special (basically a sampler of various dishes). The place is located conveniently in Apex near Mr. Dumplings. The service was mediocre. We didn't get to order until 30-35 mins later because no one ever came by. I assume they accidentally forgot. Overall, good place to stop by if you are down for some Indian food.

Ironically, I went here because I rarely get out to eat and the service has always been consistent. 1. There was no one at the cash register and an employee who was just about to go on break took my order. He was polite enough but I found out later that he put in the wrong order. 2. There were no tables that I saw that were wiped off. Some had the dishes removed but I needed to wipe off a table. 3. A cockroach scrambled across the floor near my table to the left of the coffee station. I wish I was joking, or seeing things but I wasn't the only person who saw it. One of the female employees went toward it and stepped on it but since it was headed toward my table, I moved. 4. It was really hot in there. Maybe not AC completely broken hot, but AC on the struggle bus hot. There was a large fan in the back dining room that wasn't doing much of anything except redistributing humidity. 5. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and got delivered a grilled cheese sandwich. The server took it back but then I needed to ask for the bacon. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture because the same dish on Sunday was so elaborate and beautifully presented and the same order today was just meh. Not a good value for the price. I will say the server correcting someone else's mistake was clearly overwhelmed but doing her best. She was also the cockroach killer. I ate my lunch and read my book. My intention had been to linger a while and read but I decided to leave. The place was about 1/4 full when I left but all the tables still had crumbs, food debris and water on them made it too unpleasant to stick around. Very disappointing. I don't see myself going back any time soon. I do love their bread but I'm sure I can find someplace more pleasant or go to the downtown location instead.

Nice little shop, fun artwork on the walls themed to the store, simple counter order and they bring it out when ready. Unfortunately for me, they had a lot of options I wanted to try, we ended up with the edamame, some pork belly cheese fries, and since it was warmer we went with rice options instead of ramen. I got the tonkatsu rice bowl and she got the Japanese curry rice bowl. Between the appetizer and the meal we were both unable to finish and I enjoyed it the next day as a left over. They have a great self service option for take away containers which I appreciated, except my skills of 'dumping from bowl into container' were less than stellar. While we probably won't be back often as they're a 45m drive from our normal haunts for a 'whats open after 8pm on a Friday' they were a welcomely pleasant surprise and quite good.

On the first visit, the Chicago dog was sub-par, but that was my partner's order and I don't remember the details. I just remember she said she wouldn't order it again. On today's visit, I ordered a meatball parm sandwich. It was cloyingly sweet - both the meatballs and the tomato sauce were unappetizing, and I could only manage to stand eating a bit of it. My partner ordered a side of corned beef hash. It turned up in a little paper tray with some dry shredded corned beef sprinkled on top of some home fry potatoes - just basic cubed potatoes and some beef shreds on top. That's it. It didn't feel like any corned beef hash we had ever seen. And we paid extra for a fried egg that didn't make it onto the dish. Of course when we pointed this out, it was quickly cooked up separately and brought to the table, so no problems again with the service or resolving the issue. Also be warned that Thursday nights from 6-8pm they run a music trivia game that blasts music loudly throughout the large dining space, completely surrounded by reflective surfaces. It was so loud and obnoxious that it made conversation impossible and drove us outside. I wish I could report a better experience. We need more quality delis around here!

As someone who really enjoys big, spicy flavors in Chinese food, I find Q Noodles to be on the tamer side. This isn't necessarily the worst thing, my grandparents prefer these flavors a lot more. However, the style of food does not make up for some the unknown of a high or low experience. Q Noodles is one of the few places in the area that serves soup dumplings. Unfortunately, during my last visit the soup dumplings had no soup in them. The flavor of the meat inside was decent, but the lack of soup was disappointing! It makes the dish what it is. I also don't particularly fancy their rice bowls, and that says a lot coming from someone who eats an unholy amount of rice. I eat a lot of Taiwanese braised pork rice, so when I saw it on the menu I certainly had some expectations. I didn't get the Taiwanese version, rather, a more mild version where the pork was leaner and definitely overcooked. Their pork chop rice bowl is decent. While there are some misses, there are also some highlights. The popcorn chicken with the spicy powder rocks, the spicy braised beef noodle soup is packed with heat and delicious flavors, and their braised chicken is tender, juicy and kind of like a great Bourbon chicken. It pairs well with a rice bowl. Q Noodles certainly won't be my #1 choice when it comes to Chinese food, given the amount of options in the area. However, there are some really solid options that I think still give it some charm. I just hope that next time, my soup dumpling has some soup!
