Best bojangles I've had in a while biscuits were wonderful and they were hot and delicious

I was desperate.. I had nothing solid all day, it was 6:00 and I had a meeting at 6:45, so here I was. First issue was having to wait for someone to come to the register. No line, just no one there. Finally a girl comes and was obviously unhappy she had to be bothered. Ordered a 3 piece strip meal that came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I got a sweet tea and had to ask to get my cup. It took another unusual amount of time to get my order. No one in line ahead of me just very poor assembly of the plate. Finally get my food and had a difficult time finding a clean table. Ate in a hurry due to the long waits and went to put my tray/ garbage away and the place to leave it was open and there were piles of trays and trash on the table in front of the garage can! As you can see from the picture I didn't get a 3 piece strip tray. I got small pieces of chicken....most more like nuggets than strips. One star for decent tea. Yuck! Never again! read more

I always enjoy a nice and hot piece of chicken. Bojangles has never disappointed. The biscuit was nice and fluffy and you could taste the buttermilk. The fries were my fav! I love the seasoning that they put on the fries. read more

Their food makes people sick. Raw chicken 1/4 times and old biscuits everytime. Laziness in the store. Not a single person there takes pride in anything they do. Just disgusting. Smells like rotten chicken in the store. read more

It was okay but the fries were not seasoned they did have good chicken and biscuits but drink was watered down

The food was gas, I loved the seasoning on the fries and the chicken was really good especially with the buffalo sauce. W price too not bad, but service was doodoo he said they messed up order so it took another 5 min, then my dad got fries instead of mashed potatoes but in the end we got the fries for free so W. The sweet tea is usually pretty good, but that's about the only thing that's good about this place. The fries are almost always terrible because they're usually stale tasting with practically no seasoning, even if you ask for extra seasoning, good luck getting it. The biscuits are hit or miss as they can taste old and not hot and fresh a lot of times too. The staff isn't usually to friendly either. Most seem to be annoyed when you ask them for something. Overall, it's not that great of a BoJangles, and it's probably worth finding another one if you're really in the mood for their food. read more

I usually don't really do bojangles bc every time I go to one of their locations in different states..chicken is room temperature..don't get me wrong food is good... anyway I was passing by and I noticed they had a crowd .. any other locations I every seen have never been packed like that.. I decided to give it a chance, but this time I got their breakfast. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit w tator rounds.. and side of pimento..my food was very good and hot! This is the absolute slowest and worst Bojangles. Drive thru takes FOREVER and the taste of the food is just not it, always over cooked or hard. Take the extra 10 minutes to drive across Apex to the other Bojangles. read more

It's like they try to be incompetent. Wow,!if you're hungry and have 45 minutes to kill then you should try the drive through. They don't substitute anything but then will ring things up separately and they confuse themselves into a little corner of "duh". Wish there was a kfc closer. read more

Always good quality chicken. Fries were nice and hot and I had a great, fluffy biscuit! Always a quick in and out. Their sweet tea is too sweet for me so I always get it half and half. That way I can enjoy without getting a cavity! read more

JUST DONT DO IT. If you value your time whatsoever please I urge you to go elsewhere. By far the slowest service myself and any of those around me have ever experienced in fast food. 3rd person in line when I arrived and took over 20 minutes to get a biscuit! No way would I have even stayed had they not already had my money. Drove up at 7:30pm and the worker ran and locked the door so we couldn't come inside. Went to the drive up. I ordered chicken tenders and they just threw them in a bag sideways. My husband's chicken was overdone. No napkins. It's clear they really could care less about service. Never again. read more

My wife and I LOVE Bojangles'! The food is delicious and the staff at the Apex location are AMAZING! They know many of their customers by name, and always greet you with a smile. A few years ago, after a rare but heavy snow storm, we actually hiked 2 miles to this Bojangles' just to have lunch... yes, it's truly THAT GOOD! :D read more

DO NOT GO HERE. So found out the hard way this is a franchise and they are ripping people off!! Ordered a 3 piece meal which should come with two sides. The guy made me feel stupid when I ordered and said it only comes with one. So while waiting in the longest line ever I decided to look it up and sure enough on Bojangles website it comes with two sides. When I pulled up to the window and asked the guy about it he said "it's a franchise and we don't have to follow nothing". So pretty much you are paying extra for something you are not getting. I was letting it go and then asked for "Bo" sauce with our order. He then said we don't have bojangles sauce here. Very confused I asked again (thinking he didn't hear me) I was asking for your bojangle sauce, and then he said we don't carry that sauce here. At that point we left. Okay, this is the second time in the last few weeks that a 1/3 chicken ALL WHITE MEAL IS TWO THIGHS AND A CHICKEN LEG. Now, breasts and a wing are what should be served. This is so blasted ggravating and when I called I was given the excuse that the person is being trained who messed up. Someone needs to check on what the person is packing since he/she is clueless on chicken parts that are considered white and dark The manager will be getting the box of uneaten chicken and receipt in a few days. I have been a long time costumer at this bojangles as its very convient to stop at and grab dinner for my family before I get home from working my 7-7 12 hour shift. Marshall who I think is a manager was the worst Fast Food Employee I have ever experienced. Not only did he tell the elderly gentleman who was behind me that he needed to go through the drive through after the man stood in line for twenty minutes. Marshall proceeded to get my order wrong and gave me THREE 3 piece supremes dinners instead of just one. Instead of simply taking the extra food and giving my money back, he insisted over and over that it was my fault and that I stuttered. Also I could see puss dripping out of his pimple covered face! I love Bojangles. I rave about Bojangles all the time. Since I'm on the west coast now, I dont get my fixing of Bojangles. I always get the kids supreme, french fries and ice tea with bbq sauce. Pretty on part with other restaurants in this chain. We've only gone through the drive thru, but the service is always friendly and relatively quick. We always request "all dark" for the chicken and they've never messed that up. The prices, like all Bojangles', are pretty cheap, and you can get a monstrous sweet tea for under $3 -- very sweet, but also a great tea flavor, perfect for a humid day! If you're craving some quick fried chicken with some flavor - not just tons of salt - it's Bo time! read more

We came here for pick up. I hate to compare but since Bojangles is a famous chicken in NC I'll be gentle. The chicken is good but lacks seasoning., salty yes. Taste generic if you ask me. French fries is good but very salty. We liked the mashed potato but not the coleslaw., it's not the typical coleslaw were used to., you know with mayo. Biscuits- flaky and good flavor but no buttery taste., smell and taste yeasty. And we fell into their TV advertisement and bought a jug of their sweet tea., oh Lord I can feel diabetes coming on., and it has a weird aftertaste, chicken and sides does not pair well with tea. Service is fast though but I don't think we'll be back for a second time. read more

Wow, this is the 3rd time Ive had bojangles and I loved it every time.. The 1st time I got the chicken tender box.. The Chicken was Ok but the fries brought me back.. So the 2nd time I got a sausage biscuit and small fry.. The biscuit was ok but fries were even better then I imagined.. The 3rd time, I got the same thing and the biscuit was good enough to where I'll get it again. Fries were ok.. But I'll be back soon! read more

If I could give a place 0 stars thus would be the Bojangles. Almost every time I go to this location everyone is extremely rude I just don't even get it. Tonight waited 20 minutes for the food and the workers just gave straight attitude. Don't get me wrong I understand things happen and that's why you make sure to apologize.
