I'm standing in the lobby right now with about 10 other people waiting for online and call in orders and no one is at the counter to help people have any idea how long their orders will take or if they are even being prepared. Humorously, the cooks are ignoring everyone staring at them so they don't have to engage with them...I realize that it's Friday evening...but terrible service is just terrible service!!! While there ended up being a technical issue at the location. Things happen. Systems glitch. Busy nights get chaotic. What truly matters is how a business handles it and this team handled it with integrity and professionalism. The staff were clearly under a lot of pressure from frustrated customers, yet they remained respectful. I especially want to acknowledge General Manager Holly. She personally spoke with me, sincerely apologized, refunded my order, and offered a complimentary meal for me and my husband. Her empathy and accountability really stood out. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how tough those moments can be especially when you care about your team and your customers. I could tell she genuinely felt bad about what happened, and that means a lot. This Wingstop has always had great service, timely deliveries, and friendly drivers, and one rough night doesn't change that. I appreciate how they handled the situation and I will absolutely continue supporting this location. Please remember: the people behind the counter are human too. This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to! The employees are great, my food is always hot and fresh with decent amounts of seasoning and sauces. I ordered the Boneless meal deal on the app for us for $20! 20 boneless wings with 4 sauces, a large Voodoo fry and a ranch and blue cheese dip. Their ranch is beyond reproach. It's the absolute best. Don't get the blue cheese. I ordered the hot, Cajun, Louisiana and hot honey. We have a lot of leftovers. LOL!! read more

I ordered some food from Wingstop to be delivered. It took roughly 50 minutes for the food to be delivered which was within the range of time that was estimated. The person that delivered the food was friendly and handled my food with care. The food was fresh and still warm. The fries were still crispy and had sufficient seasoning on it. I ordered three different flavors of wings: lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and Cajun. My favorite of the three was the Cajun. The lemon pepper was also good. The Louisiana rub was just like regular chicken wings. Nothing special about it in my opinion. I enjoyed the meal. read more

Wingstop is the place to get wings in the Triangle area. We were so excited when they opened this location in Raleigh. I know there is a Wingstop by Cabela's, but this one is closer and better! The wings and fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly and they offer excellent customer service. We are fans of their other locations in the Triangle region, but this stores provides better food and service. I recommend their garlic Parmesan and regular Buffalo wings. I was so hungry and excited to try it that I forgot to take a picture. I'll try to remember next time since we will most certainly return here soon! read more

I called in to order, and informed the person I had 3 orders. He tells me that they can't take orders over the phone that amount to $50 or more. Mine was just under $50 before tax. So he took it. When I arrived to pick it up, it came to $53 and change. I handed them a $100 bill. The guy said they can't take $100 bills. Of course, he never mentioned that on the phone. Excellent for a chain. Excellent fries. Tenders: thick, juicy, crispy. Boneless wings, same. Bone-in wings, were good, not as good as boneless. The fries are great and there are so many good options of wings but the best part is the customer service and hospitality. Ordered $65 worth of food directly from their website. Waited the 30 mins and drove there. Upon arrival there was alone out the door. Once inside I learned their computer system was down and nobody's ordered were received. I was told I'd have to come back in a day for a refund when the system was fixed or I could wait for them to cook my food. No problem, I'll wait. Waited 45 min. I get home and fries were cold and hard. My order was 1/2 missing. Drive all the way back and explain 1/2 my order was missing. People who were there when I left was still there waiting for food. Get missing order and return home. The manager on duty could have handed out free drinks to people waiting or a darn brownie or cookie.. something. How about a Coupon for future purchase even.
