We stayed in a VRBO rental, and vowed not to cook for the entire 2 days we were here, lol. We ordered pizza from 2 Cousins and had it delivered. have been ordering from 2 Cousins Italian Pizza for about 7 years and usually do not have problems,…read morewhich is why this order was disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas with pepperoni, jalapeños, garlic, and extra sauce. What I received did not match that order. The pizzas were pepperoni only -- no jalapeños and no garlic that I could see -- and the crust was tough. I contacted the restaurant to explain the issue. Instead of offering to fix the order or even checking it, I was told I was not an honest person, that I would not get anything, and that I should not call or come back. I am disputing the charge because this is not what I ordered and the response made no attempt to resolve it. Longtime customers should be able to point out a wrong order without being insulted. I will not be ordering here again.

I had high hopes for this place but they were greatly exceeded. This was arguably the best meatball sandwich I have ever had! I was not expecting that from a place in Angier, NC and I don't give that designation lightly. The meatballs were perfection, served in a nice crusty roll with fresh mozzarella and a fantastic sauce. I want to drive back down there just thinking about it and I live 45 minutes away. I also had a cannoli and it was exceptional as well. I'm a cannoli junky and this one did not disappoint. I often don't like the ones where the shell is coated in chocolate because they're often some manufactured shell dipped in waxy chocolate. Not the case here. The quality of the chocolate this shell was dipped in was excellent. If you're in the area and want a great Italian sandwich, absolutely stop by. It's so good it gets the rare Stevie K Certified Legit AF designation.
