I have to agree and say it is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited and corporate should look into this because it is an embarrassment and shame for the company as a whole. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will point out they do gave unique menu item biscuit and gravy, and the dine in area is relatively clean mainly due to the customers who don't leave a mess. I ordered 2 sausage burritos and a biscuit and gravy, and after about 30 minutes, I went up and asked about my order since everyone else's orders kept coming up. So one employee brings me a bag with my order and just shoves it towards me without any words. I tell her I also had a large orange juice and if I could get hot sauce and she questions me and asks "you didn't get your drink?" and I reply no. So then she throws the hot sauces in my bag and hands me the drink. The entire time I'm waiting, I noticed that numerous people come in from the drive in to get their order corrected or for condiments they didn't get, and a number of takeout order are check by the customers and they have to go back to the counter to correct them. I also notice certain individuals are very friendly and accommodating to regular locals, but for visitors they treat you like your a burden to them. My sausage burritos and biscuits and gravy were semi warm which added to the already insult of waiting 30 minutes. After I was finished eating, I noticed about 50 minutes after I originally order that they started to call out my order number and name. Wow, I can't believe the lady who filled my order off the receipt didn't clear if off their system so it was finally filled 50 minutes after the initial order. This McDonald's had plenty of staff, it just is disorganized and I would say that it a training and management issue overall.
