We had a great experience last night when we ordered two pizzas for delivery at Draft and Vine. The estimated wait was around 40 minutes, but it actually arrived in just 25! The pizzas were hot and we really liked how the toppings were diced smaller than your typical pizza place. We got two medium pizzas and with delivery fee and tip it was about $30. The pizza crust selections are amazing and delicious! My favorite is sesame, butter, and garlic herb. I order this Hungry Howie's Pizza once a week because I love it so much. I actually prefer it over Papa Johns, Dominos, Little Caesars, and Pizza Hut. Those chains have nothing on the unique and tasty Hungry Howie's Pizza! My favorite bread is the cheese stuffed and I love the chocolate chip cookie dessert. I have never eaten at their location, I have only received deliveries. Their employees who make those deliveries are always friendly and timely. I would recommend Hungry Howies Pizza to everyone!!! You have to try the different crust selections! Enjoy! read more

I've only had good experiences here. We usually do curbside. We've tried several different kinds of their pizza but, the chicken bacon ranch is so good! I love the choice of flavored crust, makes it extra yummy and flavorful. We're from Seattle and have had a difficult time finding good food here. Standards seem to be lower. The wife and I tried HH for the first time, here are my thoughts: * We ordered two thin crust pies , one with sausage and one with bacon , the bacon pie was ordered with Asiago cheese crust but it was present on it. * The pizza wasn't very flavorful , maybe it was the thin crust ..the sauce is sweet , I like a more savory sauce. * 3 stars for the service as the staff is very friendly ..but 2 stars for the pie as I've had better frozen pizza. read more

How much would you expect to pay for a large 2 topping pizza when receiving this in the mail? When I ordered thru the app it it rang up totaling 18.07. I had to pay when I checked out figuring the owner/ Randal would correct it when I arrived. Nope, he looked at me and said "I don't know why it wouldn't change the price on the app, maybe it is for ordering in the restaurant only." I think my jaw is still on the lobby floor. I'm sure I don't need to say this but... Customer service in many places is lacking these days. NOT at this hungry Howie's location! My wife accidentally ordered a pizza and put only pepperoni on one side (no cheese) and Randol (the manager) took the time to call me personally and make sure that's what I wanted! This kind of care and thoughtfulness does not exist today! And it literally prevented a 6 year old's melt down. Sorry pizza hut and dominos.... It's this hungry Howie's from now on!!!! read more

Regular customer, today we ordered salad, Flatbread and wings. Wings were terrible, not the way they were prepared, but tasted awful in general, maybe stored poorly or out of date, IDK. At any rate I called the location to report this, I expressed I was not looking for a refund, replacement or any compensation, just letting them know and they may want to check it out. I guy answered the phone ( Coda, Dakota not sure) was dismissive and acted like I was bothering him. Well, no worries I won't be calling or placing orders any longer, we ordered from this location at least 2x per month. Good help is hard to find, but this kid shouldn't be the face of your business. This place isn't worth the money or time to give. The pies here are dry and the cheese is always over baked. Even requesting they don't burn it. The crust flavors burn all the time and it's just terrible pies. The employees are nice though! But the food sucks. read more

First, five stars is not enough but...DoorDash picked up the wrong pizza for us. Not sure who to call, I called the Cleveland location and explained. The gentleman was very nice and offered to do the pizza we ordered at no charge to us. Now this was not Howie's fought but they cared enough that we were happy, that they took care of us. They had made our pizza earlier but the wrong one was picked up. The young ladies out front were very sweet and the gentleman I called met me out front with a new/hot pizza. The pizza was good of course, but the people will be the reason we come back....a lot! Glad they are there and they are fantastic! read more
