Second year in a row, I ordered from this location. I had ordered the 12 piece sub box for Super Bowl LX party. Part of my order was the # 8 club, for second straight year they forgot the BACON on the club subs. (who doesn't want bacon on their club sub) On some of the other subs there were no tomatoes, the sandwiches were all end pieces, and the bread was hard! I called and spoke to a young lady, who informed me that I would not be refunded the cost of the order, but could come back and get the bacon. I told her that it was too late, the game had already started. She then offered me an IOU, free sub on my next visit. This is the last time I cater from them! read more

Called minutes ahead of time, they told me 15-20 minutes. I arrive and they tell me my hot subs are not ready yet. 10 minutes go by and I ask "did you forget about me" now they say he never got the ticket to make my subs. So first off my order was never close to ready. And if I wouldn't have said anything they wouldn't have acknowledged they messed up. Spent an extra 20 minutes inside for nothing. Great Subs but the service not as good as usual. Had a family meal there last night- Thursday. Arrived around 7:45pm. Waited really long for 3 regular subs ( actually 2 mini's and a regular) At 8:20pm when we got our subs, we wanted to order another as a take away. Went on the app, but the app stated that the Sub would not be ready for pick up before closing. It was 8:20pm, there were at least 8 young guys working ( more in kitchen) the store's closing time is 9pm and I can't order one regular Sub for pick up?? I had to get back in line to get the Sub as Take-away.. Service not as good as it used to be- usual young man who used to take orders is not working there anymore :( read more

Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich shops to eat from, and the employees at this location are cheerful, welcoming, and engaging. A few months ago I started jokingly adding "Make with love" to the additional instructions section on my online order, and the employees took note of it and started writing some form of message in response on the packaging of my sandwich. We did take out for dinner from this location. It was extremely organized. The store was super busy and had a handful of people waiting. We ordered online and our order was ready right when we walked in. The store had tables set up to set to go orders on. Parking was a bit difficult as they have limited spots, but even during this time is wasnt much different. read more

The online ordering system would work so I called in to talk to the manager. I called at 930am and he answered (they open at 1000am) I told him I tried placing an order for 18 sandwiches, drinks and ships but it wouldn't go thru. We agreed that I would bring him the list to save time on writing every detail of every sandwich down. Picked up two hours later, they helped me bring everything to my truck and load it. Out of 18 custom sandwiches, none of them were made wrong. Each one of my associates were very happy and the sandwiches were delicious. Gluten free bread! Most staff don't mind changing gloves and some places have a separate slicer, cutting board and all to prevent cross contamination. The sub in a tub is good as well. read more

I will not compare this chain to any other sandwich shop ( ie ; Subways ) , there's a different quality to their subs . The service is more than friendly. I've been in locations in Garner (2) and Fuquay Varina , and neither time have I been disappointed with the service or quality of choices and foods. read more

Used to frequent this location weekly for Togo dinner pick up. Over the last few months it has drastically been declining. We have tried ordering via phone, the app, in person and nothing makes a difference. Either the order is incorrect, or the quality of ingredients was borderline edible. We ordered from this location for the last time today. Two steak and cheese. The steak was so tough we couldn't even chew it. And it tasted like it was cooked in a deep frier that hadn't been cleaned in months. Nothing about it was enjoyable. If we ever decide to try Jersey Mikes again it will NOT be at this location! read more

Super impressed! We had an order for 5 sandwiches on a Sunday right at 12:00. I was worried when we walked in because it looked like the after church crowd has beat us in. They had 4 people working on sandwich making and moved everyone through very efficiently. Efficient but very accurate. I really did appreciate the care taken with our order. The cashier asked what initials I wanted on one of two of the same sandwich. What?!? I'm used to getting everything home and digging through bags to assign the right sandwich to the right family member. Good job! read more

Really like their roast beef subs, so much better than the other chains. Real roast beef and very fresh ingredients that you can add to the sandwich. I don't tend to eat fast food but this is good. Like their pepper relish. read more
