I drive up here again three hours later and it still hasn't been filled. An employee presses a couple button and says to the pharmacist "we have one hundred and thirty in stock". Then I am told "we do have them in stock but we are closing for lunch you will have to come back at 2:30". There is a sign on the drive through window saying that the drive though is closed due to short staff. Meanwhile there were 4-5 pharmacy customers on hold according to there phone intercom. I understand being short handed. There is nobody to man the drive through, close it. There isn't enough people to handle every caller, by answering the phone constantly the people who are here get bogged down and cannot do the job in front of them, ok don't answer it. Now you can focus on the customers standing at the counter and they will receive your full attention. If that's what it takes Great!! But I have stood at your counter four times this week my needs have gone unaddressed and you just turned me away again because my medicine was interfering with your lunch break.
