One employee = 5 stars. Walking in, created by Janie from the register. The store is a little dark. Doesn't bother me. Clean but a dash neglected. Looks like they have enough people to keep it stocked but not completely tidy during the rush. Found my items. Janie checked me out. She was wonderful. I don't know how they're so busy or are even allowed to stay open. They have the worst service. Can barely get a hold of anyone & when I do, they can barely manage all that's going on & my matters never get resolved. I tried to transfer a script here from my preferred Walmart 42 because they were out of stock & Walgreens just lost the script. I don't have time to be on hold for 20 minutes, then never have my script filled & have to call again. Then Just to wait in line for another 20+ minutes. Terrible customer service every time I have to go here. I avoid it at all costs but I only go because it's my closest location but I dread it every time! It's been years like this. They need management or something!!! read more

Pharmacy is awful, whenever you try to call you cannot speak with a pharmacist. They keep you on hold and then pick up without saying anything and put you back on hold. This happens until it disconnects 10-15 minutes in. The staff cannot multi task. My son's Medicare Medicaid is forcing us to use a chain. AWFUL read more

The have the worst wait times ever. They have had 48 hours to refill a prescription, and it is still not ready. The run out of one of my prescriptions every month. There is always 4 or 5 people behind the counter but only one working the pickup line. read more

Came to pick up a prescription that was Ready 1 hour ago and still wasn't ready was only able to get part of it and now have to cone back first thing in the morning.... I dont know if its their computer system the is asinine or if it is just the employees that are slow morons ( i have a feeling its the latter ) either way this store is terrible !!! read more

Drive thru isn't for ppl who have a million questions and apparently don't have a RX that is ready. Why this store is catering to this is beyond me. Tell these customers to come inside, call and come back when RX and mess is sorted out. I could hear the entire conversation about the doctor the medications. Get it together ppl. Sitting in line for one customer for 25 min is ridiculous!! You have multiple windows inside, only 1 drive thru. This is NOT the line for this and it's Walgreens employees responsibility to guide this along. read more

My review will be in three parts because I partook of three services while I was there. First, my husband and I got our Covid boosters. I can't say enough about how professional, prompt and courteous the pharmacy staff were. The woman who gave our shots was just so nice and personable. She ensured the whole process was problem free. I would give the pharmacy 5 stars! We also got our passport photos made and that went off without a hitch. Our photos came out much better than I anticipated. The costs were reasonable and it was pretty quick. Another 5 stars! The same woman who made our passport photos tried to help us make copies of our birth certificates, marriage license and other identifying information which is REQUIRED by the federal government in order to process our passports. There was a kerfuffle about what kind of paper to print them on which led to a dramatic increase in costs. We were in the process of sorting that out when another employee came over, grabbed our copies off the printer behind the desk and insisted "Oh no, we can't copy stuff like this. It's not legal." The first woman was trying to explain that it was required for our passport application which we were also printing out. The second woman crumpled the copies in her fist and held them up to the first woman insisting. "Copying this isn't legal. We can't copyright this stuff. We'll get into trouble." My best guess is the second employee was confused about where she worked, thinking it was perchance the copyright office. She was so strong in her conviction that if I didn't know better I might have believed what she was saying. At that point we just gave up, paid for our passport photos/snacks and we just left the store. This is, hands down worst experience I've ever had in a store. The absurdity of thinking it was illegal to print out everyday documents would have been laughable but we had to go to the UPS store down the road to get our copies made. At least they weren't under the delusion they were responsible for copyrighting our birth certificate. It's things like this that contribute to the huge amount of one star ratings for this Walgreens. I'd give the print shop ZERO stars if I could. read more

Arrived at pharmacy drive thru at 6:15 after calling to confirm RX was ready. My existence was ignored for a good 15 mins. It's now 7:00 with a huge line of cars behind me. They told me the RX is ready but have yet to give it to me. Don't bother..... do better Walgreens. read more

They tell you how your medicine one day and turnaround tell you it'll be another month for you get if they don't like the job they need to find another job that fits them. where do i even start i walked in with a simple question since i believe i have the flu and wanted to get tested i walk in waited for the young lady to finish taking care of her customers and then ask the question if they have anyone to test me for flu since im clearly sick and lost my voice.. she rudely laughed in my face and pointed where i should have gone instead of using her voice and telling me so i quickly walked out and am writing this review im 21 years old and never care to write reviews but for someone too disrespectfully laugh in my face over a simple question is uncalled for and down right disgusting your better off saving your time and going elsewhere!!! 5/26/24 read more

Wow, this place is useless. Just moved here and have no family or friends close by. My 4 year old is home with the flu and needs pedialyte and I have an antibiotic ready which is needed for an infection. So I try to get 1 hour delivery, because they say they do 1 hour delivery and I don't even get someone on the phone for 5 hours!! Just to tell me they don't do 1 hour delivery. So I will pack my sick child up, pray he doesn't choke on vomit in his car seat and come get what I need! Will NOT use them, ever again!!! read more

My wife took two prescriptions to be fied and get shingles vaccination. She got an argument from the prescription clerk because the prescriptions were both for pre-dental appointments since we both have had joint replacements and require antibiotics before dental work. They did not want to fill two identical prescription Despite their being for different patients. she was told to go to a window to get her vaccination. After waiting by that window for nearly an hour she was told that she should be at a different window despite having been sent there. After finally getting her vaccination she was given Walgreens coupons. She took these coupons to the check out and asked if she could use them. After being told that she could she made her purchase. That clerk told her she could not use them. She asked for the Manager to resolve the issue. Manager "Julie" took the coupons ad told her the pharmacy was not allowed to give coupons and ripped them up. This unpleasant experience took over two hours in this miserable store I went in to speak to "Julie" to question this encounter. "Julie" Initially claimed that my wife left the store with the coupons. When I pointed out this was not true & that she had torn the coupons up she said my wife was not entitled to them. I hope the Wallgreens management will address this treatment. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Hoffific pharmacy service. Phones have not worked for a week or they are just hanging up on us. Seriously do you think walgreens couldn't get their phones up and running in a day? Today I heard one of the employees tell someone, "yeah our phone is down today" Yes we can call BS here. My dr called in an rx days ago. I went to pick up they said no rx. I went home called doc. We went over the pharmacy to be sure sent to correct one. She showed it went successfully. She sent again anyway. Went back. No rx. And the so called 'service' person rolled her eyes. I had to do all I could not to respond in the same rude manner. Now mind you the line waiting for them was down the aisle. The employees are laughing, holding bins and chatting. Not waiting on those in line, oh no that would be service. It's always like this. This will be my last visit. Moving pharmacies. They are terrible here every single time. Its pitiful. Go elsewhere!! read more

I received a voicemail last Friday (16th) stating that my medication would be ready for pick up. I have not been able to pick up the medication until today(22nd). On my account it states the medication would be ready for pick up until the 24th (friday). I just went to pick up the medication and was told the medication was put back and now that the prescription is expired. The tech said the medication is usually kept for pickup for about 10 days after being filled. It has been 6.They are willing to give me a few but will need to contact the prescriber for more refills. This is an anxiety medication that is not supposed to be stopped. It has to be tapered down. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location and will be transferring my prescriptions some where else. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life and I'm not that young!! When the doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy they don't do anything with it. in order to actually get a prescription filled you have to call and repeat call and then maybe they'll fill it. if there's ever a problem they don't let you know about it they just make you wonder and don't ever call or communicate with you whatsoever!! And the line in the drive-thru, you might as well dedicate your day because you're not picking up a ready prescription in less than an hour. Absolutely unprofessional and unorganized. Multiple occasions of excuses trying to fill prescriptions. Had flu shot scheduled and they were rude and didn't want to give it to me. I like this Walgreens, everyone working there is friendly and they carry all of my favorite Oil of Olay products. Been going there for about 5 years with no problems. Pharmacy is good too. read more
