In the past year I have nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Every month they ask me if I want my heart meds on auto refill. Every month I say yes please. Every month I go to pick up my meds and they are not ready. They say "it's too soon to fill when it's not. Every month they say I have never requested auto refill. It is literally EVERY MONTH. It's always a stressful encounter. I'm done. If I could give a 0 but I can't. I will never step foot in another Walgreens ever again. We are talking about heart meds that I need. Not narcotics.

Second occasion, again nearly a half hour wait to pick up RX refill for my wife. Was told the Rx was going to be over $200! Said, we have insurance with a co-pay of ZERO. Was told her insurance info wasn't in the system and if I wanted it I needed to pay the $200. Very, very unhelpful. That's why we go to Wal Mart...no hassle, notification and personable staff.

It's been a consistently poor experience over the last 6 years but it's gotten worse in the last…read moreseveral months. I call well in advance (6 days) to ensure the mediation needed is in stock because it's frequently not. I wait on the phone for over an hour to be told they will order it to ensure it will be in stock. Fast forward 5 days later and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I wait 2 hours on hold only to be hung up on because of lunch break. The next day I go to the store inside (as soon as they open) to be greeted with 8 other angry customer in similar situations. After waiting 20 mins in the store I am told the medication is still not in stock and it will be here the next day. I finally get the medication by the pharmacist transferring the RX to another Walgreens. If I didn't ask to speak to the pharmacist they would have turned me away again. I only agreed to this because after 6 days of trying to get the medication filled I was completely out at this point. Do better Walgreens!

This Walgreens used to provide excellent service; however, over the last 6 - 8 months their service has been absolutely ridiculous! As the primary caregiver for both my parents, I am having to fill prescriptions more frequently. For the last several months, I have had to deal with prescriptions being canceled without notification, critical prescriptions taking 5 - 7 days to be filled, and most recently, very rude and non-empathetic customer service not to mention that they have also hung up on me several times in the midst of discussions regarding issues about the prescriptions. An employee laughed and said it was her husbands truck who was in the salon and she wasn't going to move it. I was on the phone the entire time listening to these "nice and honest people" be disrespectful to my wife.
