To those individuals leaving one or two stars: wow, really?! You must have been lucky to NEVER work a retail or customer service job, with all of the nastiness you've been writing. I've actually worked in a pharmacy before and it is generally a NONSTOP job for the majority of their shift. They try to do their jobs as best they can and answer your questions as best they can as well. You should be aware of several things before you go getting pissed at them. Most of the wrong answers you get, such as NO, are due to your crappy insurance and two: they have another set of people calling you that are NOT physically located at the Walgreens, however, technology allows for them to use the same phone number. Please, keep in mind that they sometimes have issues with their phones or computers as us normal folk do. So, next time that those from this area of North Carolina leave a nasty comment, remember where you live and those fine southern manners and make everyone's day much better by hiding your embarrassingly nasty attitude. This Walgreens used to provide excellent service; however, over the last 6 - 8 months their service has been absolutely ridiculous! As the primary caregiver for both my parents, I am having to fill prescriptions more frequently. For the last several months, I have had to deal with prescriptions being canceled without notification, critical prescriptions taking 5 - 7 days to be filled, and most recently, very rude and non-empathetic customer service not to mention that they have also hung up on me several times in the midst of discussions regarding issues about the prescriptions. I am very frustrated and will most likely take my business elsewhere. I don't know if they are understaffed in the pharmacy department or what the problem is but they need to DO BETTER!

CVS is 2 minutes from my house and the vet is 30, so sure. But they had to special order it. It took a week. When it came in they texted me I could come pick it up. So far, so good. My wife was in the area taking our son to Snapkick and daughter to Christy's Dance. After karate class my wife called me and sat in the car blocked for nearly 30 minutes before walking to salon to ask if they knew who's truck had her blocked in. An employee laughed and said it was her husbands truck who was in the salon and she wasn't going to move it. When he proceeded to finally come out side and move it he was rude and lying to my wife about how he was there for only a couple of minutes. He also proceeded to lecture my wife about parking in salon only parking. At the time of this post there is no sign in the parking lot saying salon only parking. I was on the phone the entire time listening to these "nice and honest people" be disrespectful to my wife. Upon calling the salon myself to speak to the a manager, she laughed about the whole situation saying it was unfortunate and prolly shouldn't have happened. After telling her I plan to park there every time I am in the parking lot going forward, she tried telling me two wrongs don't make a right.
