It's been a huge help during the COVID-19 pandemic. The store also has lovely and interesting curios and gifts. Take a moment to look around while you're waiting for yout refill. Skip the big-name, impersonal chain drugstores and come here instead!!!

Took truck in to get my trucks tires balanced and rotated . Drop it off went to shop . Came back 1…read morehour later and truck was not touched after I was told at drop off I was next to. So pissed . So made appointment for fallowing Saturday at 11 . Took truck in for the rotate and balance . Had truck done in 39 minutes . That part was good . Truck shook like crazy for 2 days after , went back to store said It would be 2 hours . Fuming mad I left and went to tire shop instead . The tire shop said balance was off and lug nuts weren't Ruston 2 of my tires . Holy hell , could have caused a lot of damage to my truck and got me seriously injured. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS WALMART FOR ANYTHING. Cost me $80 to have done right . But worth it . Walmart to big to fight over it . I had service warranty when I bought the tires , save that money and go to tire store instead .

A very rude, vile young lady who obviously hates her job as a cashier and customer service representative. She rang my items up incorrectly three times and when I corrected her, I got the " hissing sound" of the young ladies that are angry they were corrected. I watched in silence and was astounding that this young lady is on the front lines of waiting on customers. I asked for managers and names. As I was leaving, I did run into Austin, and we discussed what Miss Serenity did. His comment was " thats unacceptable and she will be written up." I am definitely not trying to get this young lady in trouble, maybe a 2nd time around in customer training is what needs to happen. Serenity, do better babe! Do better!

I tried to transfer a script here from my preferred Walmart 42 because they were out of stock & Walgreens just lost the script. I don't have time to be on hold for 20 minutes, then never have my script filled & have to call again. Then Just to wait in line for another 20+ minutes. Terrible customer service every time I have to go here. I avoid it at all costs but I only go because it's my closest location but I dread it every time! It's been years like this.
