My mom qorka down the road feom this drug store and happened to recommend them. I am very glad she did. They ended up getting my prescriptions filled super quick and ended up being cheaper. My normal pharmacy takes longer times when filling new prescriptions but this one did not. Will definitely be using them more in the future. read more

While at my grandfather's funeral, out of state, Beddingfield texted me obsessively about picking up a prescription that was literally 4 days old. "You need to get your prescription or we will send it back and tell your doctor" "Your prescription is overdue and we will tell your doctor you didn't pick it up" Today is the 7th and my doctor called it in on the THIRD. FOUR DAYS. Multiple text messages, super inappropriate, extremely unprofessional and rude. Funny thing- this RX is a sleeping medication that I use occasionally, but the RX that I'm not supposed be without, they NEVER have in and I'm constantly stuck without it for a week while they "get it delivered". Their texts started rolling in approx 4:30 this morning. This pharmacy is a joke and they should be embarrassed that while their customers are burying loved ones, they are harassing them through text messages. read more

I switched my medication over here from Walgreens, and every part of the experience reminded me THIS is why we support local businesses! They had an issue with my insurance card, so they called me, called my insurance, figured out the issue, and called me back to let me know they fixed the issue and what the price would be! I am not used to this, Walgreens it seems almost impossible sometimes to be able to speak to a human on the phone! Ontop of this once they told me the price they asked if I had a coupon and I told them I did not, and asked if they had any coupons for the insulin (I'm type one diabetic) and the pharmacist told me about a website to register for a savings card. I registered, got the card emailed to me immediately and got the price down to only $15 for two months worth of insulin (well over $100 off)! I've been on this type (one of the two insulins I use) for over two years! No one ever told me there was a good way to save money on this. I highly recommend this pharmacy. read more

We switched over to Beddingfield Drugs because I was having a real problem every month with filling a prescription with a pharmacy at Shotwell Rd. @ US Business Hwy 70w here in in Clayton, NC. A little background about why we switched pharmacies. I take the same medication every month however the pharmacy would never keep the medication on their shelf. When I went to pickup the medication in person at the pharmacy, I was told every time that they were out of my medication. I asked why they were always out of the medication and the pharmacist told me that it was my responsibility to make sure that the mediation was in stock. It should not the responsibility of the patient rather the pharmacist and the pharmacy should ensure that the medication is in on the shelf. However if it not on the shelf, they should have the professionalism to see that it is at least there on the shelf when the medication is due to be picked up. The pharmacist has very poor communication skills. I could understand if this was a one time prescription and they did not have in on their shelf. However since this medication is for a continual 30 day supply and has been for many years there is absolutely the pharmacy/pharmacist has no excuse for not having it ready for pickup. Now to Beddingfield Drugs. I went up and talked to Eric about transferring all of our prescriptions from the old pharmacy to Beddingfield's. Eric took care of everything for us. I cannot say enough how much we think of Eric. He cares about his customers. Beddingfield's operating hours are a little limited. But if needed for some reason, Eric will make the arrangements to see that your needs are taken care of. Another reason to deal with Beddingfield's is they offer free same day delivery to your residence as long as you get your order in to them in a timely manner. Now I don't to worry about my monthly prescription not being on the shelf when I go to pickup our medications. Eric always makes sure that they are there when I go to Beddingfield's. Eric now has our medications on automatic reordering and they call us every month that they are ready for pickup. We pleased that we switched pharmacies. They may be small but the large pharmacies cannot even come close to Beddingfield's. It is so refreshing knowing that we will be taken care of at Beddingfield's. Keep up the great work! read more

This is a wonderful pharmacy. They honestly care about their customers. If your medicine is expensive they will look for a coupon or discount from the pharmacuetical companies (even if you have insurance). If you need your r/x right away, no problem. You can have it in a few minutes. No long lines, no more having to spend an hour at the drug store. Eric, Amanda and all the employees's are so kind and helpful. They have the medicines I take in stock almost always. They remember your name and are always willing to answer as many questions as you have. If there is an item you use and they don't carry it, just ask, and they will gladly order it. I am so thankful that I never have to be at the mercy of the over worked, much too busy to help, pharmacists at CVS ever again. Oh, how I used to dread going to the drug store. Now thankfully, never, ever again. If you use a large chain pharmacy and then come here, you will not go back to your regular pharmacy. This is truly what a pharmacy should be. read more

What a find!! Not a "Big Box" pharmacy, but a local enterprise! And they're included in Medicare plan "D" options. They provide free home delivery! They have pre-loaded pill packs for people who take lots of medications... no extra charge... delivered 4 weeks at a time. And they do monthly billing. Our primary care office set us up with Beddingfield... we could not be more pleased!! read more

My family has used the pharmacy off and on for years. I would go back ,but there hrs. are not as convenient as others and don't want to have to use Alot of different pharmacies just one good one with hrs. as you can't know when you may need medication. Being they moved from downtown to near hospital I was hoping the hrs. would change some. read more
