When I arrive early this morning at the Clayton Walmart auto service center , where the tires were drop shipped , I'm told to take the tires to Discount Tire to have them mounted as they won't mount on aftermarket rims even though they're same size and material as factory wheels. I refused the tires and told them to return them since they broke our service agreement. Online customer chat service (offshore of course) was of no value. They refused to issue a receipt for the return or note it in my online account , only pointing me back to the store for paperwork (I didn't order from the store, but from the Walmart website). So today, Walmart has my tires, my money and the paperwork and refuses to complete the contract. Pro Tip: Go to a real tire store, not the Clayton Walmart excuse for a tire store. I guess there's a reason they had 8 service bays yet I was the only customer there.

This Walgreens used to provide excellent service; however, over the last 6 - 8 months their service has been absolutely ridiculous! As the primary caregiver for both my parents, I am having to fill prescriptions more frequently. For the last several months, I have had to deal with prescriptions being canceled without notification, critical prescriptions taking 5 - 7 days to be filled, and most recently, very rude and non-empathetic customer service not to mention that they have also hung up on me several times in the midst of discussions regarding issues about the prescriptions. I am very frustrated and will most likely take my business elsewhere. I don't know if they are understaffed in the pharmacy department or what the problem is but they need to DO BETTER!

Today in the drive through they told me they had no time to fill my prescription while I waited as there were people waiting ahead of me. I parked my car and went inside and this is what I found. When he went back to exchange it they would not give me a refund on the open product. I had to get on my son's phone and insist that it was their fault hence the return, and they grudgingly said they would give me a refund, but only this time (even though it was their error???). In front of my son the manager roughly put my son's cell phone down, made an annoyed gesture and acted angry. So, because they do not know their products and misinform customers I'm the unreasonable one. Bad service, zero compassion, little patience with customers, don't know their own stock...too bad they lost a long-time customer.
