Transferring our scripts here was easy and painless. Davis offers free home delivery, which has been a godsend to us because we're disabled and have days we're unable to drive. It's been a huge help during the COVID-19 pandemic. The store also has lovely and interesting curios and gifts. Take a moment to look around while you're waiting for yout refill. It doesn't print anything on the spot -- it just sends your order into the back for someone to maybe get around to eventually. I placed my order at 3:50 PM. The screen told me it would be ready at 6:00 PM. I came back at 7:00 PM, and the photo counter was moving at the speed of a DMV line during a power outage. One customer ahead of me took 40 minutes because the employee behind the counter was working like he was underwater. When I finally got to the counter, I was told they "hadn't gotten to it yet because they were busy." There was nobody there when I placed the order, and only one person ahead of me when I returned. That excuse doesn't fly. I left, came back two hours later, and the same employee told me he still hadn't started it. Not "it's almost done," not "we're printing it now," but hadn't even started. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst "customer service" I've ever seen. These funployees have zero urgency, zero awareness, and zero interest in doing the job they're standing there getting paid for.
