I find that hard to believe. The wait time to see if they had any available appointments was long. Then after they ask all of my info there were no appointments.

She has a GREAT sense of humor, keeps you laughing while doing a terrific exam. Brenda helps you find just that right pair of frames for your face. She can tell if the nose piece and arm length will fit you properly.She'll have you try as many different frames as needed to make you walk out happy!!! If your not happy you go back and they'll make you happy with your purchase. I was told they were not set up to email or fax me a copy of my receipt. I was told I could come by and get one. When I informed her that I work an hour away and don't get back in town until 8pm. She states they work through lunch (like how does that even help me). What business in 2024 doesn't use technology and unable to accommodate their patience. Needless to say, I will not be returning!. AON, the sinks that they ask you to wash your hand at before using contacts, hasn't been cleaned in years... This is beyond pathetic. When they move one patient out and another in to the exam rooms, they DO NOT sanitize the equipment. Lazy!!! Please visit elsewhere.....

He said glasses would not help. 18 months later, saw a new doctor who diagnosed me correctly and told me glasses would help my driving.oh and by the way, there is no diabetic damage. Booked an appointment with their optometrist 5 weeks ago.Showed up for appointment and there was a…read morelady in front of me checking in.She was told that her appointment had been canceled and that they tried to contact her via call text and email. I said to myself that sucks as she left the store.I stepped up and said I was there for my appointment and guess what,yep I got the same treatment. They are liars,no missed call ,no text and no email.She had the nerve to ask me if I would like to reschedule. These frauds will never get a dollar from me.

Once I arrived at 1800 made contact with Rodston he started searching for my Oakley Two Face. He found the lens not the frames, he asked me for my frames told him you'll have my frames. He stated all they sent us was the lens. Mistakes happen that's not the problem. The problem is when a customer calls and ask you to check because they are coming 45 mins away get off your lazy butt and check. This all could've been avoided if someone had checked for me like I asked. Customer service is a thing of the pass for this very reason. Laziness!

Keeping up with orders and notifying me weather my contacts or on back order or my favorite is when I called and ordered more contacts they took payment and said they were on order and will call me when they came in like usual. I called back a week later to check, and they said they weren't ordered and they would order them. I called back a week after that, and they tell me I need a eye exam before they can order the contacts. Wait what!?! all this lead my to my 1st Yelp review and change in my eye doctor.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The tech was very rude. The doctor did not listen to…read moremy concerns. Her recommendation was I am old and I just need to live with it. I had glasses made based on the script and I could not see with them. I had to schedule a recheck. When I called I was told I need to wear the glasses and get use to them. I told them I could not see with them at all. The gave me and appointment a week later. When I went to that appointment I expressed my concerns again and once again, they were not take in to consideration, I was given a different script. I had to go to a different doctor and it was discovered that I have a clogged tear duck. That is something if they had listened to me would have been recognized and I could have gotten the correct script. Do not go there if you need someone to listen when you say my vision is not clear. They will not listen.
