She states they work through lunch (like how does that even help me). What business in 2024 doesn't use technology and unable to accommodate their patience. Needless to say, I will not be returning!. AON, the sinks that they ask you to wash your hand at before using contacts, hasn't been cleaned in years... This is beyond pathetic. When they move one patient out and another in to the exam rooms, they DO NOT sanitize the equipment. Lazy!!! Please visit elsewhere.....

Once I arrived at 1800 made contact with Rodston he started searching for my Oakley Two Face. He found the lens not the frames, he asked me for my frames told him you'll have my frames. He stated all they sent us was the lens. Mistakes happen that's not the problem. The problem is when a customer calls and ask you to check because they are coming 45 mins away get off your lazy butt and check. This all could've been avoided if someone had checked for me like I asked. Customer service is a thing of the pass for this very reason. Laziness!
