While having the initial screening with the tech, her coworker snapped at me about no longer using the machine that blows in your eye. Umm... the tech was doing her job and reassuring me - I'm not sure why she felt the need to get involved. 2. I mentioned I plan to purchase my glasses online and the doctor preceded to " lecture" me on how I am breaking the law. I checked after leaving and could find no evidence to support his claim that it is illegal to purchase glasses online. * I did purchase a set of glasses from Atlantic so will update when I receive them.

He stated all they sent us was the lens. Mistakes happen that's not the problem. The problem is when a customer calls and ask you to check because they are coming 45 mins away get off your lazy butt and check. This all could've been avoided if someone had checked for me like I asked. Customer service is a thing of the pass for this very reason. Laziness!
