Left that appointment and went straight to the ER. As soon as the doctor came in the door he says my God what is wrong with your eye! She is a 3rd generation opthalmologist and a retina specialist with impressive credentials. She clearly explained the problem which she had encountered multiple times before. The recommended treatment (eye injections) did not always work, so we agreed to give me time to think about it. At my followup appt she noted my condition had slightly improved. She monitored things for a couple of months as I continued to improve and then recommended treatment with my local provider for my cataracts. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Jardeleza. Don't be put off by people at the front desk, some of whom are less than friendly.

I said, I'm happy to wait as long as I need to for an eye exam and to purchase glasses and contacts, if possible. I guess, you guys must make enough money, to let me walk out. I usually pay between $500-$1000 for glasses and contacts. At the end of the day, it's a Business. If customers want to drop Money in your lap and will not complain about wait time... ie; walk-in!!! Make it happen!!!! Customer retention, customer resolve and customer experience not a focus here. Why pay anybody a salary at the counter just to say no to paying and happy to wait all day customers. Just plain stupid. Just keep on making those appointments and racking up those customer complaints since you can't seem to honor appointments either. Who is the owner or manager of this place?
