Service however was not as good as most places. I asked for a sub sauce instead of mayo or mustard and they looked at me like I was speaking another language. We did end up with a little oil and vinegar, but not much. My cup had a leak in the bottom and after waiting a while, when I asked for another one, was treated like I was a real pain. No comment at all.... They still have the cherry limeade which is awesome . They even have it with no sugar and sparkling now. Yum! So good sub but not so good service.

Food was great but service was an issue. I usually tip a couple dollars at these type places (not 20%) as the do not bring your food out or pick up your plates. It's a do it yourself type place and that's fine but I'm not going to give you 20% tip for nothing. Our bill was like $41ish. I'm chose the -10% tip option as it would be probably a little over $4 which is fair for really doing nothing service related. Well 10% tip Option equated to $7.15ish tip when I looked at my receipt. I mentioned it to the guy calling order #s and he couldn't bother to give me an answer. Wasn't going to pursue any more because it was only taking an extra $3ish but was quite disappointed and annoyed. Like I was giving you a $4ish tip for basically nothing. The young man taking the order apparently thought this might be a crank call as he didn't ask for a name or telephone number associated with the order. Finished up at Food Lion, arrived to pick up the sandwich and it wasn't made. In this age of call ahead everything, I was surprised that they didn't even attempt to make it. When we were ending our phone call, there was no goodbye, just a mumbled grunt of illegible acknowledgement. They also don't take coupons.
