"Meh" perfectly sums up the hot dog experience here. Like a fellow reviewer wrote, I expected better quality. I opted for some plain dogs - wasn't quite feeling the chili, mustard and onion experience. The dogs were small and underwhelming. I did the $9 two dogs, drink and fries combo as it seemed like a deal. The price paid was not worth it. The crinkle cut fries were well over salted. My spouse did try the dogs the Snoopy way, but he too was not impressed. We have had numerous better hot dog experiences throughout the country. First time ever eating here and actually I had never heard of it! Currently the drive thru is open only. I ordered the hotdogs special (2 hotdogs, fries, drink for $8.99 + tax). The "Snoopy" way is mustard, chili, onions - however you cab customize to whatever you like! Drive thru line was long, but it moved really fast. At the Garner NC store I justed visited it and a white female was extremely rude yelling through the intercom being funny I guess and then I get to the window and a tall white guy ask to take my money while the girl stood to the side of him laughing after giving him the money, he passed me the food as she continued to laugh. Before i could drive off the thin white boy slammed the window and walked off. I immediately asked for a supervisor and take a guess yes he came after minutes as he stood close by watching his crew be nasty towards me. Well he came to the window being nasty too already wuth his gaurd up protecting the rude behaviors of his crew. I'm not sure how to rate this place. The food wasn't bad...but how do you mess up on a hot dog? What really ruined this experience for me was the customer service...well lack thereof. My husband and I placed our order, we were told the total...she messed up and corrected we proceeded to the window where we got a while new price! Wth? How hard is it to say 26.42. Don't "Hang On" at this Snoopies! We are new residents to the area and when we saw this place we instantly got excited! We love Hot Dogs! Last Friday we went to eat here and what a let down. First the girl greeting us was completely bored and did not care. We asked her whats good here, and she said "I don't know, but I can tell you what we have...we have chicken sandwiches"...and so on. After hearing her ramble for a minute, we placed an order for three dogs, some fries and a drink. We had no idea what was to come. We expected that a place that sells hot dogs this would for sure be better than what we get at home. What we go was three small basic boiled hot dogs. Not even ball park size! If I went to the Food Lion across the street and bought a 60 pack of dogs for $12, they would be bigger and better than these! Even the buns were blah! Not toasted or anything! The fries were basic crinkle cuts with salt and nothing special as well. To top if off the dining room was cramped and the packets of ketchup were all sticky. Every single one of them! How can the staff not know this and clean that up! Do they care? Anyways, we will not be going to Snoopy's again and I would encourage you to not bother. Go over to Speedway and get two dogs for $3 and save your money. At least you will get a decent hot dog! read more

This is one of the worst places I have been to since moving to Raleigh North Carolina. My wife and I were out Christmas shopping most all day and wanted to stop by Snoopy's because we heard a lot about it. I read a review were a customer could request the hotdogs be crisped When we initially came in we were greeted fairly quickly. I did ask about that option and was told it is not available at that location however a review for this location states that it's possible. We both got the hotdog combo and ordered the brown hotdogs. However, once we got home. The hotdogs were ice cold and under cooked. I would add that we live in Cleveland Springs not even a minute from the restaurant. When I bit into the hotdog I immediately spit it out because it was ice cold and under cooked, and mushy. We were given the red not the brown as we originally ordered. I was very disappointed in this restaurant due to the fact that we had to throw away our food that we bought and had to cook our dinner. So it was a complete waste of our money. I would also add that this was our first visit to Snoopy's and will most likely be our last if this is the quality of food and service we can expect. We chose snoopy's due to your reviews however these reviews are sadly mistaken on the actual quality of food. I would sincerely hope that a restaurant who serves the public can do much better than this. I would expect more from family owned restaurant than what we experienced tonight. I hesitated to leave a review because I LOVE the hotdogs here. However, today I ordered a burger and I guess I didn't order it correctly and someone on the other side of the intercom made it known by scoffing after I ordered. I thought I had imagined it until I had handed payment to one employee another employee nearly broke their neck to give me food and made a smart comment about my burger order. Went to this location in Garner recently. It is a small, cute, little diner-feel like the other Snoopy's in Raleigh but there was seating room inside and not the walk-up window, however this one has a drive-thru. The hot dogs are the standard Snoopy's hot dogs, hot, yummy, cheap, and gets the job done when you want something quick and will cure your hunger when you are in a hurry. Of course the visit couldn't be perfect. The staff behind the ordering counter were slinging around racist slurs and while I was dining, a female apparently was fired and started yelling at the staff, all of the people in the waiting area and was cursing up a storm. DRAMA! She finally left but made me worry a bit that she was coming back in with her gat to blow us away, postal style. I soon gathered my things and left. My husband loves this place and I have only been here twice. The first time was okay, but the second time here was awesome! The hot dogs are good but I absolutely love their fries. They are a nice crinkle cut, and usually I'm not a fan of crinkle. Hot dogs come with mustard, chili, and onions unless you specify. I usually get only mustard and chili, and add some cheese.
