I had no wait and a nice gentleman went to the back and got my food for me. I made some additions and subtractions to some ingredients. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Service is terrible, the food looks like slop, and both times that I've been here, my order was wrong. I picked up lunch for my boyfriend and I today at this TB. Normally we don't do fast food, but we had a few tasty beverages last night, and Taco Bell just sounded good. After a long wait in the drive thru line, I was greeted by a zombie. Yes, a zombie. The woman looked and acted high and she looked like she was barely holding on. I thought she was going to fall asleep standing up! I ordered a burrito supreme and it was mostly sour cream, lettuce and refried beans (there was a minuscule amount of beef on it). It was so nasty I had to end up throwing it away. I've stopped going to this location of Taco Bell. I get the general feeling that the people that work there don't really want to be there. They don't take a lot of pride in their work and it shows both in the cleanliness of the restaurant and in their General attitudes. What I find most disturbing is when I go through the drive-thru every single time and I come up to the window they asked me to back up like 40 ft and then come to the window again. I imagine that this is to reset some sort of timer on their drive through time. It's annoying and I literally stopped going there because of it. I don't drive up to a window in order to be told to back up and drive back up to the window. How about taking some responsibility for the fact that it takes you a long time to get me my order at the window rather than basically lying and making it look like it takes a lot less time just to keep your boss off your back. read more

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I got HALF a quesadilla with chicken and the other half just cheese. I have to update my Great Review from over 3 years ago to reflect "current conditions." I went about 6 months ago before the renovation and it was filthy inside!! My food was okay and I still had faith that it was just a bad day/week/month. I was glad to see they closed the place for about 3 weeks to Renovate, Surely it would be an improvement, right? I took one bite and the shell completely shattered! Again, impossible to eat. I actually believe this is a corporate issue, trying to save money by serving Paper-thin shells! What else are they cutting back on, only to charge us more?! I used to love making a Run to the Border, but I'll never go again. PLUS they had just advertised several "dollar menu" awesome looking Burritos for about 2 weeks around the Super Bowl and while I was in there, THREE separate customers came in to order some and the employees apologized that the deal only lasted 2 weeks. This taco Bell is extremely hit or miss, however a few things I've noticed is that the lobby always seems to be closed ahead of the hours posted, and ordering inside on multiple occasions I've had food forgotten and when it gets brought to their attention I get called a liar until I empty my bag and present a receipt, three stars seem pretty generous but I can't complain about the food when my order is right, just seems to be all staffing issues here. What really blows my mind is the consistent bad reviews and complaints that you can find all over both yelp and google, followed up by countless calls to corporate. Stay away... Stopped in here tonight shortly before closing (930p). Some of the staff were busy on their phones. I ordered a Mexican Pizza, amongst other things. There wasn't any red sauce on top. I said something about it and got the response that it was on there. I dug around and noticed a small amount of red stuff on top, just in the center. When I tasted it, I realized it was hot sauce, not the normal red sauce that is on top. I guess they were out of it, or had put it away already (see below). The pizza tasted a little odd too, but maybe it was because it was missing the red sauce. Also... when my guest was ordering chalupas, he was told it would be at least 15 mins wait. We didn't wait nearly that much time for the food, probably 5 mins. The wait was rather typical. After we think about the other things that happened, we wonder if they just didn't want to make them. Over half of the soft drink buttons were blacked out. They only had the basics like Pepsi, Mt Dew, and diet versions. I decided to get "fresh brewed" Lipton sweet tea. It was a peculiar color, kind of yellow/orange, not typical of tea and the taste was like some dispensed via machine. It was NOT fresh brewed Lipton. So... it was almost 10pm and we decided to get drink refills and head out. We were 2 of 4 people left at that point. I went to get some more tea, hoping from another container, and the containers were gone. When I asked at the counter for tea, they told me they had dumped it all already, because they were closing. So... I decided to try the Mt Dew. One of the most watered down Dew's I've ever had. As we left, we saw the drive thru was full.
