Okay. To the point. If you want a really good sub this is the place. Trust me. I'm kinda portly , I know subs. I drive past another jersey mikes to come to this one because it is run so well. The manager On duty during the recent pandemic was swamped. And I do mean swamped. The whole store was beyond busy. Turns out they were having a 50% off sale and everybody and their grandma was ordering. Also were throwing in free delivery. Okay. So here's my story. Ordered three subs through the online app and was told 30 min to get them. Okay. So that was a little off because they were so swamped and app doesn't count crazy good deals I guess. So , lady says sorry. Found your order but we haven't made it yet because we're backed up . Anyway. 15 mins later I get my subs and I drive home and the subs are all right except one is not what we ordered. We ordered a #9 but got a #7. I've been there. Sometimes a 7 or 9 can be similar. Problem is a double meat club sub is way better than a double meat turkey. There's just not any comparison. A # 9 is approaching perfection at this jersey mikes. So I call them up and tell em I know y'all are really busy today and feces happens but my son ain't gonna be cool with a #7. Just ain't. Manager says come on back and I'll remake your sub and went over my order specifics to make sure it was perfect. I drive back and sub was ready and he hooked me up with a little something something for my trouble. Also apologized for my inconvenience. Yeah. Dog tired and been swamped all day and still excellent customer service and retainment. I will be back and jersey mike , y'all need to step up and reward these employees for all their hard work and dedication. The service and subs they make can sometimes be terrible--especially with one of the middle-aged ladies working there. She is always careless, rude, and constantly makes mistakes. My husband and I get subs there regularly, and we've both had the same experience. Last time I went, I paid $20 for a sub that had less meat, less tomato, and no mayo--despite my specific request. Well, well, well, where to begin? This was my first experience at jersey mikes and it's safe to say I'll be back. I was unsure of what to get but the lovely Harper was able to give me a wonderful recommendation. Harper also eagerly suggested I try my sub mikes way, which I happily agreed to. The lettuce was crisp and tomatoes juicy. The whole sub was well seasoned and the vinegar added a delicate punch. I was lucky enough to eat my food inside and was pleasantly surprised by the music choices and atmosphere upheld by the workers. I hope Mike knows his name is being upheld. Do NOT order delivery from this location. I have spent way too much money and they can't read a damn ticket. I've complained to corporate and to the manager, nothing changes. The manger bLames it on evening crew but I just got lunch and same old thing, wrong damn drink. I've literally had like 50 drinks come to me wrong and they don't care. I stopped ordering from them for months but tried again recently just to be let down. Make sure if you order you watch them closely and grab your own drinks/chips or something will be wrong. They need to give mandatory reading tests to employees I think or stop hiring ignorant people to work there. I will never order from here again to avoid having my food spit in after this review! Preorder on-line a Tuna Fish sub and two other subs after picking up order went home to enjoy the Tuna sub. Well I unwrapped the tuna sub and was surprised how wet it was. It was dripping liquid I did go ahead and took a bite and it was not good. When taking the bite there was a taste of fishy and mushy texture to it I put down and just threw that half away. The tuna was old and really a gross flavor that was left in my mouth. I did return the other half to the store and when I told the clerk why I was returning it she said well our manager had some earlier and didn't say it was bad. Seriously like I would care if the manager ate one earlier. I said please just issue me a credit for the sub and she did. Let me say when I do eat at Jersey Mike's I only order tuna sub it was one of my favorite food "s. Very disappointed and the employee response was unwanted. The amount of meat on the sandwiches has been on the decline. I used to love eating here and being satisfied with my sandwich. The meat is still fresh and good. No issue with quality. But for the price the Jersey Mikes is declining to the Subway level. If you don't get many toppings, which I don't, you end up with a bread sandwich with a light layer of meat. My most recent visit I was concerned to see two staff wearing face masks. If the employees are that sick that they need to cover their faces they shouldn't come in to work. Obviously health and safety of customers is not important in this store. read more

Jersey mikes never disappoint but my delivery driver put my food on concrete. I didn't have contactless delivery and food on the floor is so disgusting. I should've took my tip back. Of course jersey mikes is a clean environment. I'm just really overall disappointed because food was placed on the concrete and the bag is open and not concealed so any bugs would've been able to crawl in it. read more

When you order online your order gets forgotten. You go at your pick up time and still wait 20 minutes In total 50 minutes. Your cold sub sat in a bag for who knows how long, waiting on a hot sub. By the time I got home the bread on cold sub was soggy and wet. I'd also mention the staff with super long hair and shoulders length hair had nothing containing it. The girl with really long hair was whipping her ponytail all over. I've actually complained about this before and obviously not taken seriously. This is a great location in Mill Pond Village. We stopped in for lunch and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. You pick your sub type, size and it moves down the line. If you want the regular toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar, just say "Mike's Way". There was ample seating the there was a decent lunch crowd and the line moved quickly. We used our Citypass coupon where you buy two subs and two drinks and get one sub free. I had the turkey sub on wheat and it was delicious. These guys just can't stop doing it right. On any normal day, David & his Team are always 5 star performers, but with all of the crazy Covid-19 closures & chaos, they're at their very best. We decided to call our order in. A corporate website meltdown (right after a the launch of a nationwide promo) just compounded the crazyness. People were lined up out the door and the phones were ringing off of the hook, and these guys just kept on keeping on, they didn't skip a beat. I recently had to start eating gluten free and when ordering the staff did not even question me and everyone was clearly trained on gluten free etiquette! They are also always friendly. Meh. It's Jersey Mike's. They were friendly, but the menu is so basic and the ingredients never seem fresh. 5/5 for staff, 1/5 for food.... 3/5 overall. Parking can be a nightmare because of how busy the shopping center is so don't waste your time trying to find a spot because you'll be disappointed with your lunch. The best Jersey Mike's I've been to. I put a lot of faith in Yelp ratings and reviews because I'm not from Cary, and I decided the trip to this location might just be worth it. I drove past THREE other locations from work, and it was totally worth it! The cleanliness of the entire location from the front doors to the counters to the windows to the serving stations, clean to a T. And not to mention I received the kindest and fastest service from Jamie and Sarah! These ladies are another huge reason why I plan on returning again!!! I greatly appreciate that the COVID-19 precautions were taken seriously at this location as well. I've been to multiple locations amidst COVID-19 and several employees weren't wearing their masks properly, if not at all, which made me really uncomfortable and the stores weren't the cleanest and they weren't managing the amount of people inside at once. So I am really happy that these ladies were cleaning as the went and everyone was considerate enough to protect themselves and others!! read more

The staff here is fabulous. They are kind, welcoming and very funny- you can tell they care about their customers and you will leave each time with a huge smile on your face. I have been to this location a number of times. What concerns me (and it seems to be a regular practice) is that one of the employees making sandwiches also doubles as the cashier. They use the same gloves to put together the sandwich as they do to take cash and payments at the register. I have yet to see any of them change gloves. Eww...so gross! So dirty and unappetizing! You forced my hand, Jersey Mikes. I wanted to send feedback to your website but it's down right now. Bottom line, I get too much attitude from this place from the same kid. I'm in the hospitality business myself, so I didn't want to ding you too hard. One thing training has impressed upon me is that you [your staff] has to be the tour guide when ordering. It's you who are the experts of your menu, not the customer. Treat each like it's their first time coming in. When I order a hot sub, ask steak or chicken if I don't specify. That one was my fault. I feel like you shouldn't have guessed which meat I wanted. It's like when someone orders a burger or steak and don't specify the temp on it - you just don't guess. You want the guest to be happy with their meal, so sometimes you have to prompt them. But, when I say I want lettuce and tomatoes on my sub, don't train me and tell me I could have said something before, then act like it's an inconvenience to you. I don't understand the need to say something at all, instead of just fulfilling my request. But, if that's your system for hot subs, I think you need to guide customers by asking, "Do you want anything on that?" before hurriedly putting the order to the back grill. Your competitors (Subway, Quiznos, etc.) put condiments on afterward. I'm sure this has happened in the past. Don't try to teach customers to order in the process you want - guide them (or don't say anything at all). The fact that you tried to tell me how to order, I interpret as inconveniencing you. It's easy as a restaurant employee to go on cruise control and go through the motions. But, you start to pick up on patterns of people's habits by making "special" requests. If you're efficient and proactive, you then realize you need to cue the guests so you avoid the confusion/extra work. For example, my restaurant had a particular salad, where people loved the salad dressing and would invariably ask for extra. It got to the point where I learned, when they ordered the salad, to ask, "Would you care for extra dressing on the side?" It's ultimately the guest to order what they want, but sometimes, they need guidance through your system. read more
