Never again!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am not sure how they consider this food. Unfortunately, we didn't know this is how my food was made until we got home.

Giant Italian Sub to share. It was loaded Mikes way adding mayo and pickles!! Yummy!!

Last night we didn't have time to eat before watching our granddaughters T-ball game so we were starving afterwards. We decided something quick on the go. The Jersey Mike's In F-V made the best Italian Sub I've had anywhere from any sub shop!! Fresh whole wheat bread, meat, cheese and loaded with veggies. Definitely a do over and highly recommend!!

Nasty Chewed on reminants of food fight horseplay getting old... GROSS! This is what happens when kids run the place.

When an owner is too cheap to pay at least one responsible adult to manage their staff of children you get what you should expect from this Jersey Mike's location. My first trip to this place, I stood around waiting for a few minutes before I saw a soul... I heard a lot of laughter and horsing around in the back but, nobody up front. My second time in, the kids were all cutting up, joking around and seemingly doing nothing except one who was sweeping the dining area. As I was waiting I noticed in the Deli Case a Nasty hunk of some kind of Meat Product thrown in the corner getting very old looking and appeared to be possibly chewed on. No doubt it landed there during some kind of food fight horseplay... Gross!!! Steer CLEAR of this location.

The BLT sub was tasty and good, but it seemed pricey for a foot long sub. $15.00 for a sub seems high to me.

Ordered a hot sub and waited almost 20 minutes for it to be prepared. For close to a 12 dollar meal, it was depressing service.

They are very friendly and work hard to get your order exactly right. My favorite sub is I think #14 the Jersey Devil. It has soooo much meat. The first one I took home I weight it and it was 3lbs. If you go to Subway you are lucky if your sub is half a pound and pretty much costs the same. There is a photo of one on the scale topping out at 2lbs10oz. The subs are so big I always have them quarter them for me and they pretty much make four meals. The most epic thing I did once was order one for a motorcycle trip then I rode straight to the top of Mt. Mitchell where I enjoyed one of these subs. My only beef I have with them...they have a loyalty program. I always get the Jersey Devil which is one of the most expensive subs at $17 (was $13 when they first opened). This is not a problem because it's so much food. So I was in there and went to redeem my free sub and I had my kids and they usually get a small ham sub or a turkey sub which is about $8. I checked out and went on my way but didn't notice until I got home that they redeemed my free sub for $8 instead of the big one!!! Of all the places Ive ever been with loyalty programs they always give you the most expensive one for free....I guess here you have to make a separate order to do that. Felt like my loyalty got taken advantage of. Lesson learned.

They were doing everything right, even down to the Dr Brown's, and they had ZERO flavors too. There is a meat and cheese counter,r but most of the length of the shop is pastries, cakes, pies, es and other beautiful-looking treats. We ordered our sandwiches; I had an Italian sub, and it was just ok, kind of dry and lacking in flavor; frankly, Jersey Mike's makes a better Italian. But my wife got theReubenn, and it was simply the best Reuben we've had outside of Katz in NYC. I order Rueben's all the time, and I'm consistently disappointed. Most are dried out, have too little meat, and the corned beef is often dry, but not in this case. The sandwich was truly worthy, and we are ready to go back and have it again. Moist, flavorful meat, a generous portion, and the dressing andkraut weres well balanced. The bread was grilled, not toasted, and was itself rich and flavorful. Altogether, it is a Reuben worth driving a distance to have it. We are already planning to come back and try some of the baked goods, but also get the Reuben again too.

This place was really good. It was priced a bit on the high side for a sub...kinda like they kept…read morethe New York or Chicago prices once they setup shop in NC....but not absurdly expensive. It is mostly self service. You order at the counter standing up, they give you a number that you place on your table and they bring your food out. You are responsible for your own drinks and bussing your table. The drink fountains are all inside as far away from the patio as they could possibly be which is an unfortunate design choice. I got the New Yorker full size. It was good. I ate the entire thing and was pretty full, I probably could have had half. For a side I got the macaroni salad and it was nothing special, I'd try something else next time. My girlfriend got the meatball parm on gluten-free bread and enjoyed it. The dessert case was way too tempting. However, the subs filled us up so we got them to go. This is where it adds up. Most slices are $12-15 but they are pretty big. I got the lemon blueberry which was $15 and the girlfriend got a piece of gluten free cake that was also $15...so it was over $30 just for dessert. The decorations in restaurant and bathroom make references to New York and Chicago. There are some religious references via Bible scriptures. I don't find it pushy or overwhelming. I think the vibe is supposed to be a NYC deli but it's way too big and clean versus anything I've ever visited in the city which is good. They had a display case full of ham and roast beef and other meats and I'm assuming this is where they store them until they slice them up. We got lucky when we were here and there was a concert in the shopping center so we got to hear music while we had dinner. We will definitely be back!
