New Biscuitville location off of hwy 42, in between Fresenius Kidney Care and Circle K. The parking lot is very clear, store is very clean. We went through the drive-thru and it was not busy yet. They were kind and patient since this was my first time...they addressed us by name when we rode around to pay! The process was quick and they even have dog biscuits at the pick up window too *amazing* However, they forgot a part of our order so we had to turn around and go inside. They were sooo nice about it and prepared us new sandwiches! The food was good (my taste is distorted due to covid) but I recommend the location due to service!

Long line but it moved fast. The food was good and hot and the customer service was cool.

1st time to Biscuitville! Great bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. Wish they were in Southern California. Outstanding service. Enthusiastic staff member Heidi explained everything on the menu and was very helpful.

I figured I would stop by for breakfast and eat inside for the second time ever. The line at the register was very long and extended to the back of the restaurant. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for Biscuitville to make a way for the line of customers to wrap a few times in the lobby area (much like a Burger King restaurant). Otherwise, you run the risk of having people hover over you while you eat. All in all, once I was seated, the food was quite tasty. I ordered a sausage platter with grits, eggs, and a biscuit. I especially enjoyed the homemade biscuits, which are made fresh daily. Oh, and if you happen to fall in love with this restaurant, beware of the early closing time. I believe it is somewhere around 1:30 p.m. each day.

Great food, but service is poor. The man that appears to be the manager was rude when I asked to get something fixed in my order.

As someone who grew up in the South and now lives in Miami, I have pretty high standards when it comes to chicken and waffles. The chicken was disappointingly dry and lacked seasoning, while the waffle tasted more like something pre-made and reheated than freshly prepared. The syrup didn't help matters either, tasting more like a heavily processed corn syrup product than real maple syrup. The loaded tater tots were the stronger of the two dishes. The tots themselves were impressively crunchy, and the toppings were generous. The pimento cheese added richness, while the red and green onions brought some welcome freshness and balance. Even so, the dish felt a bit dry overall and never quite rose above average. The bright spot was the service. Everyone was friendly, the food came out quickly. With so many great places to eat in Raleigh, this ended up feeling like a missed opportunity and, for me, wasn't the best use of valuable stomach space on a short visit to the city.

As we were walking up my grandson said " this is a fancy place ". The decor is nicer than most bbq places for sure. I was surprised to see so many options that were not bbq and a large selection of sides. He got meatloaf with Mac and cheese and baked beans. He said it was the best meatloaf he ever had and this comes from a picky eater! He loved the Mac and cheese as well. It was a huge serving so I got to try the meatloaf and he was right. He didn't share the Mac and cheese. Neither of us cared for the baked beans. I had the brisket, Brussel sprouts and potato salad. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Awesome. The potato salad was ok but I didn't care for the Brussel sprouts . I would try two different sides next time. A basket of hush puppies and biscuits came as well. We were both so thirsty and I can report they had excellent sweet tea. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant. The food came out faster than I expected. We will be back!

When you walk in the space feels like a converted industrial warehouse with a polish of upscale. You'll check in with the host when you arrive and then be seated. For the starter we ordered the Pit Sampler (a medley of their appetizers; which includes pit-smoked wings, BBQ soul rolls, Southern-style deviled eggs, and pimento cheese balls). Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the pit sampler as most dishes were a bit on the dry side, but the free basket of biscuits and hush puppies were great. For the entree we ordered the half rack of baby back ribs which were good but pretty fatty in some sections. I would return again in the future but may try something else on the menu.

There was a bit of a wait to sit outside - this place is POPULAR! But it was worth those few extra minutes for front row seats of the action on the tarmac below. We arrived during their lunchtime buffet hours, although you can also order from their regular menu. I'm not usually a buffet person, but since I wanted to try a little bit of everything it was definitely the way to go. For $18 I got some ribs, pulled pork, and BBQ chicken. Not to mention, a side of their delish cornbread, and a scoop of two of my Southern faves: mac & cheese and collard greens. Sadly, I was too full of the deliciousness to make a second trip, but if I had it would have been for a heaping pile of mashed potatoes and a generous scoop of their homemade peach cobbler. If you like airplanes and BBQ, add this to your list for your next visit to the area. They also have a full bar, though on this hot day we were happy with bottomless refills of their refreshing sweet tea.

It didn't take long for a table to become available, and I was seated and my drink order taken. I went with the Tuesday special of beef tips and rice, and selected deviled eggs and baked apples for my sides. I got some Hush Puppies too. I was intrigued by the chicken pastry special and ordered that to go with sides of mashed potatoes and zucchini. The chicken pastry is similar to chicken and dumplings. It was well packaged so nothing spilled on my drive home. I was amazed that the items were still hot when I got home.
