STAY AWAY! This is the worst Burger King! The people who work here, at least on this night, Sunday, don't care about customers or getting your order correct even when you're the only one in the drive thru line. I ordered a Whopper meal with No cheese and extra raw onions and extra pickles. The cashier (young guy) seemed pleasant enough but gave me a weird smirk when he handed me my bag of food. I didn't think anything about it and drove home. When I opened the bag 15 minutes later I saw no Whopper but instead a small double cheeseburger with nothing else on it. The fries were horrible too. This evening I visited the store in Clayton NC and was very put off by the employees at the drive thru. I was the only car at the drive thru and 1 car at the window to get their order. After waiting a few minutes for someone to ask for my order I started speaking out and got no response and thought possibly the speaker was broke and drove to the window. There was 2 young men standing there with the window open. They both looked at me and walked away to completely ignore me. I now understand why this location is normally not busy. Close at midnight but will not take your order at 1015 pm. Employees sit there and watch you wait at the drive thru. They lock the doors so you can't come in. Burger King was so good I had to go through the drive-through every weekend that's how good it is and I cannot stop eating it. It's so good I love their whoppers and they're just so nostalgic. Only came here because they open late. Entire restaurant looked unorganized and dirty. FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!! The oil needs to be changed in the kitchen, or the food is just left out for too long. The Burger King in Fuquay-Varina always makes all of their food including the fries, fresh whenever we order. Two-star rating since the burger was good, as was the cup of coffee, speaking of which I asked the girl as she was handing it to me, "How old is the coffee?", which I felt was a legitimate question since the breakfast hours had passed. She didn't immediately answer but as she was closing the little window to go get my burger, she goes, "how old is the coffee?!". Now, a major irritation for me is to buy a cup of coffee from a fast food joint without determining how long it's been sitting on the burner and find out down the road that the coffee has that over-cooked taste, but apparently this woman took offense to the question and as she was returning with the burger, I heard her telling a co-worker what I had asked and was saying it her normal speaking volume which was not quiet as if she did not care that I could hear her. As she handed me my food, I said to her "yeah, I just wanted to make sure the coffee had not been sitting around a day or two" and she replies, "oh no, we're not like that". Worst BK in the area. The dining room is constantly dirty and unattended to, even during the slow hours. The inside drink machine is always out of certain drinks, and getting them replaced takes an act of God. Tonight was a bad night for them so they made it a bad night for us. Apparently they only had 2 employees working so although it was only 3 cars in the drive thru it took us 35 minutes. (Of course they asked us to pull forward and wait.) Prior to leaving we checked our order but they forgot our cinnamon roll and a medium fry. My boyfriend got out the car and walked up to the door but the employee locked us out. My boyfriend yelled "Our order is wrong!" But they just stared at him. Finally the guy came back to the door and said you have to go back through the drive thru. But by this time there were about 8 cars waiting!! The service is inexplicably slow, and if you come here around 10 pm then prepare for their "shift change" which for some reason isn't staggered so for about 30 minutes the kitchen is at a complete standstill. This is the first time I've been to a Burger King in, oh... 20 years? It was on my way to where I was helping some friends move in, so I thought I'd bring everyone some dinner. I saw this place had 1 Review with 1 Star so I thought maybe that was an off day. If it wasn't for the fact that I spent about 20 minutes in the drive through line, I would have been okay with it! When I finally got to the window and could see inside it just looked mis-managed. 2 people were rushing around like crazy, seeming to do everything. 1 girl just stood at the cash register doing absolutely nothing at all, just waiting for customers. It didn't appear to be super clean. I hate to only give them 2 stars when it seems like some were really trying to get things done, but the long wait was a bit ridiculous. The food was pretty good though. Maybe I'll try them again sometime since I have friends that way now, and at that time I could raise the review. Its tough though because from the Burger King you can see a Brand New Wendys with cars moving through the drive through pretty fast. read more

Not only will I not be going back, but I feel sorry for those employees. I sat in the drive thru about 5-7 minutes WAITING to be asked for my order. After saying hello twice and driving around I went inside. I was HIGHLY UPSET since I was on my lunch break and it's only 30 minutes. So I go inside and order, which did end up being free after my complaints, but they had just got a remodel done and obviously they did NOTHING to the kitchen because nothing was working. Awful customer service...I was going home from work and thought I would pick up a quick dinner. The drive thru was slow! The fries were nice and hot and the fish sandwich was old and dried up!!! I called to tell the manager. I ask what was her name and she refused and said " why are you calling?" Poor customer service!!!! The phone was disconnected all of a suddenly. I would have chosen half a star but that wasn't an option. ALWAYS messes up my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after visiting 5 times with the order always wrong, I decided this is just a sucky place. You'll have better luck going to the two star Wendy's across the street. See my review for them if you'd like. They take FOREVER to prepare your order, only to get it wrong. Please don't ask to have it your way...it's too much work for them to comprehend. I sincerely respect and appreciate the work that fast food staff do, but good lord you have to get it right at some point. I have finally decided to give up and stop going here, which sucks because of the convenient location to my house. You're better off driving down the road to McDonald's which is awesome by the way. Okay, I am done. I drive up to the drive through and was told to pull up to the second window without ordering. 4 cars in front of me, they all pay and get their food and leave. While waiting, I see two female employees come out, one after the other, and get in a car with a man. I have seen drug deals and this is exactly what it looked like, but i could be wrong, could have been a sugar daddy. After finally getting to the window, I was greeted by one of the employees who had been out to the car and was given a price to pay. I told her i had been told by a male employee to just pull up and had not even ordered yet. She seemed pissed and told me that i would have to come in since their computers were not working correctly and everything was being done through one. I decided to go inside and saw a man at the front register who looked high and barely was able to keep his eyes open and head up.
