Most of the meal was satisfying, but lackluster. The shake was good and the salad was the best part. It's large, fresh, and packed with toppings. On the uber eats menu, we were not able to customize the entrees to remove items. Plus the uber eats menu doesn't mention that the chicken cashew salad has cheese on it. Our order was accurate and packaged well. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and would order from here again.

I told the clerk that it was supposed to be a large drink, and so she corrected the charge and proceeded to make my drink. I watched her as she hit the ice dispenser three times, filling the large cup to the brim with ice, and then she poured the drink from the medium cup into the large cup. She even had to pour some out because it was overflowing. I brought it to her attention that I didn't want extra ice and she got upset, rolling her eyes, and proceeded to make it correctly. She was not happy about it at all, but who's paying for it anyway? I think these fast food restaurants forget that we have options and don't have to settle for poor service. The manager just said that she must have hit the small size dispenser 3 times to fill up the large AFTER she told me that the dispenser accommodates the amount of ice needed for each size. No accountability, and no apology!

I waited another 10-15 minutes and then asked to see the manager. Who immediately had an attitude and was acting very disrespectful !! I explained what was happening and he said the same thing about hot subs. I explained I've already been sitting there for over 30 minutes and watched at least 15-20 customers come in and leave. He didn't admit that they dropped the ball or try and make up for it in anyway shape or form!! Just more attitude!!! He went in the back to make the sandwiches. After another 10 minutes I finally asked for a refund. The manager "Joe" who refused to tell me his last name. Threw the subs in the bag and said here you go. I told him I don't even want them anymore I want a refund. AGAIN WITH MORE ATTITUDE!!!!!! He told me NO and here's my subs just take them and go home. I again explained I want my money back! He then threw the bag up against the wall behind him almost hitting another coworker. Then gave me a receipt. When I asked what was this with even more attitude!!!!! Said because I paid with a card. It had to go back on the card. (Mind you I used a gift card and a credit card). Then told me to go home. I told him that I would be contacting his higher ups he said what the F ever !!
