Plates weren't collected until we were almost done and we had to keep refilling our own drinks. There were plenty of them there working but they were just standing around much of the time. English was not their first language and they didn't seem to know any answers to our questions. For $65 per person and mandatory payment plus 18% gratuity 2 days before, it's not worth it. Tips are meant to be post-service, when you can decide if the person earned it. They most definitely did not.

The place was always packed and busy yet cozy and calm with great service. Hopefully they relocate or put some of the items from the menu at Pooles. The salad was made correctly, and the dressing was included. The salad was full of veggies, and the cake was rich and moist. Service was friendly and as soon as I finished my iced tea, another appeared. My wings were brought out first and it was a while for the rest of the meal as the restaurant was full.
