Excellent Chick-fil-A location. Recommended items: chicken minis, chicken biscuits, and milkshakes. I love the mobile drive thru. It is incredibly convenient. Order online, drive up to scan the code, and then pull (all the way) around to pick up your order. They do not start making it until you arrive so there is a slight wait, but then your food is fresh and hot. Similar to other locations, the employees are incredibly friendly and efficient. They definitely do something right with the training and hopefully pay them well. The menu is the same as other locations. I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but I do like the milkshakes, kale salad, and fruit tray. Most people in Raleigh like Chick-fil-A so it is a great option when choosing a party/work caterer. The prices are reasonable and the biscuits come with 2 complimentary sauces. The menu is customizable when ordering at the store and somewhat online however there is no notes section. Therefore if you want to make changes to any item I recommend ordering at the store. Even when the line is long it usually moves at a reasonable pace. Having multiple drive thru lanes definitely helps. Overall we have had a few positive experiences here and recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others!

I really like this location. It's brand new, not overly crowded, and all of the workers are very friendly. I always place my order online via the app and you can either pick up your order inside or at the drive-thru.

I really wanted to like Nana Morrison's in Cary because I had heard so much hype about it, but this…read morewas a huge disappointment for me. As an African American woman, soul food is more than just food to me. There's a certain authenticity and flavor I expect when I walk into a soul food restaurant. I ordered several items and after tasting everything, I honestly ended up throwing the entire meal away. I took a bite or spoonful of each item just to give everything a fair chance, and every time I moved on to the next thing, it was another disappointment. The mashed potatoes had a strange aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I don't know if it was the gravy or something else, but something tasted off. The barbecue ribs tasted more boiled than slow cooked and were completely drenched in sauce. The cabbage was overwhelmed with vinegar and lacked seasoning. The mac and cheese tasted more like overcooked noodles with cheese instead of flavorful baked mac and cheese. The cornbread was dry, and even the cake was dry. I will say the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly, so I have no complaints there. My issue was with the food quality and value for the price. Spending around $30 for a meal like this did not feel worth it at all. Maybe other people love it, but based on my experience, I don't understand the hype. The food just did not taste authentic or well prepared to me. I wish I had stuck with my original plans and just gone to Mikey's Diner in Wilson, North Carolina instead. At least I would have left satisfied. For me, this wasn't worth the drive, wasn't worth the money, and I won't be returning.

As of this review they are the #2 most reviewed place in Raleigh only behind the Pit. When we went last week for a farewell dinner it took us 3 weeks to get in. We got turned away 2 other times. The place was always packed and busy yet cozy and calm with great service. Hopefully they relocate or put some of the items from the menu at Pooles. Fuquay could use a nice place like this and it would be way cheaper than Raleigh! Best of luck to the staff in the future as they all look for work.

I understand as if you aren't seated when they open, you can expect a 90-minute to two-hour wait. I was hoping to get the Chicken Pot Pie this time and thought my prior visit was just off. I was thrilled that most of the menu was available. They were just out of the banana pudding. So I got to try the pecan wings I read about with the white sauce. It was so good. Then I got the chicken pot pie and biscuits. The pot pie had old biscuits for the topping, but the creamy mixture with large chunks of chicken was delicious. My biscuits came with honey and were served warm. I left with a slice of the chocolate-caramel-coconut cake, a side salad without onions, and a fried boneless thigh. The salad was made correctly, and the dressing was included. The salad was full of veggies, and the cake was rich and moist. Service was friendly and as soon as I finished my iced tea, another appeared. My wings were brought out first and it was a while for the rest of the meal as the restaurant was full. But they didn't rush me at all. I actually liked the space between the dishes, as I might not have been able to eat it all otherwise. I couldn't finish both biscuits and was even provided a container for the honey. I am going to miss Beasley's, but I'm glad I got a positive experience to remember the restaurant.

You can genuinely taste the difference when something is made to order like this. Whether you eat it right there in the H Mart food court or take it to go, the quality holds up. My go-to is the Spicy Garlic, which has fantastic flavor, bold, savory, and just the right level of heat without overpowering the chicken itself. The sauce clings perfectly to the crispy exterior while the inside stays tender and juicy. It's the kind of place you go back to again and again because it's reliable. No surprises, no drop-off in quality, just consistently great fried chicken done right. I got rice as my side. It was overcooked and boring, but the chicken was so good I honestly didn't care. I got rice just in case the sauce was too spicy for me and I needed something to soothe my tongue. When I eat here again, I'll get pickled radish as the side!

I've been here multiple times since they opened a few months ago, and I have to say that this is the best fast food spot in the Chapel Hill area, especially for breakfast. The dining area looks somewhat smaller than most Chick Fil-As I've been to - not in terms of space but the amount of seats. Regardless, I was able to easily find a seat in my latest visit for breakfast. There's pop music from the radio playing in just the right volume, so the atmosphere doesn't feel dead. Place looks clean overall and temperature is just right despite the cold weather outside. Chick fil-A's app is one of the best for ordering in any method. I never have to go to the front counter when dining in but I noticed a tiny flaw when going ordering via Mobile drive thru: it seems they don't prepare the order until you get to the drive thru area - which could be a good and bad thing. Good because it ensures freshness but in a couple of experiences, it was bad because I had to wait a few more minutes despite ordering via the app ahead of time even though there weren't a lot of customers. In the latest visit, I dined in for breakfast and ordered a spicy biscuit combo with those little "hashbrowns" and half sweet tea/half unsweetened. My latest discovery is that I could just order the protein such as a spicy fillet for the first time. Also got the honey and the other type of honey sauce for the sandwich. I also added egg and American cheese on my sandwich for additional price, and my total was around $10.50 - overall great value for fastfood breakfast. I sometimes order parfait with granala instead of hash but that costs around $3 more. Spicy chicken fillet sandwich was satisfying, breaded and spiced just right. The signature Chick Fil-A sauce is good but I wish they also have something similar to Cane's or Zaxby's spiced orange sauce. Being able to customize order in the app is easy and it's nice to get points for rewards (free items). Chick Fil-A's reputation for having amazing customer service is carried on in this location, and this is one of the major reasons I decide to go to this fast food over others. An employee often comes and ask if I need anything like a refill and they sometimes help take my trash away when I'm done. Despite a few flaws like forgetting a drink order or leaving 1 of the tables not completely clean at 1 time, Chick Fil-A's customer service is excellent in this particular location. I'll definitely return here again (more for breakfast). Not saying lunch/dinner menu is bad - love the salad and the typical chicken sandwiches and breaded tenders but since they took out the pimento sandwiches, it gave me 1 less reason (major to me) to grab lunch or dinner. They need to spice it up, introduce something new worth trying. Nonetheless, I enjoy Chick Fil-A overall and I'm glad this Chapel Hill locatiok now exists. It's close to the Planet Fitness too, so customers can go there if they want to burn those poultry calories!
